• Angelika (9/5): - Wspaniałe panie sprzątające, chętne do pomocy. Cudowna lokalizacja i bardzo czysto. W kuchni potrzebne naczynia i lodówka. Wspaniale, że był ekspres do kawy i kapsułki do wyboru, dostępne również płatki śniadaniowe i ciasteczka. Działająca klimatyzacja 😍 W pokoju dało się wyczuć delikatny zapach wilgoci, który starano się maskować odświeżaczami powietrza i przyjemniejszymi zapachami.

• Jitka (10/5): Výborné a čisté ubytování v centru - Skvělé ubytování v centru, čisté a bezpečné. K dispozici kávovar, lednice, mikrovlnka a ranní cereálie. Ani jsme nečekali tak vysokou úroveň. Doporučuji určitě všem, kteří preferují čistotu a nevadí jim sdílené koupelny (opět velmi čisté). Proleželá matrace na dvoulůžku, jinak nic.

• Tere (10/5): Excelente ubicación y todo lo que necesitas para una estadía confortable - La ubicación y tiene todos los amenities que se necesita incluyendo café y galletitas que es súper bueno para poder salir en la mañana ya habiendo desayunado algo. Lo único es que me quedé sin agua caliente en medio de una ducha pero pasó porque tres personas se habían bañado antes que yo, entonces creo que debí esperar un poco más para que se llenara el calentador de nuevo.

Unica cosa positiva, appunto, la posizione molto centrale a max. 10 min a piedi dal porto. - L’unica cosa positiva è che era in una posizione comoda, vicino al centro. Se lo richiedi c’è la possibilità che ti cambino gli asciugamani personali. Abbiamo trovato la stanza che puzzava di fumo di sigaretta in modo nauseante, abbiamo preso noi i prodotti per la pulizia dell’odore. Inoltre l’igiene in generale non era il massimo, abbiamo trovato una carcassa di una blatta nel bagno e gli asciugamani che vengono utilizzati in comune da tutti i clienti non vengono cambiati regolarmente (in sei giorni che siamo stati, neanche una volta).

The hostel requested a €50 deposit for any possible damages, i was in shock the room was tiny , double bed which you could touch all four walls with ur foot , 2 x hangers for storage , a tiny tail .The walls were covered in scuff marks and the walls were paper thin i could hear someone snoring four rooms away!

• Manuel (7/5): Bien por calidad y precio, pero ruidoso - La ubicación es muy buena para descubrir la ciudad, y la parada del bus para el aeropuerto está cerca. Se aprecia que explican la parada en el email. El hostal estaba muy limpio. Se agradece mucho que hay café, té y jabón de ducha además de toallas. Se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones. Hace falta más utensilios, tazas, y platos en la cocina y tal vez un sofá más en la sala.
• Izabela (9/5): - Hostel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, na zewnątrz nie ma nazwy Koala. Bardzo czysty, bardzo wygodne łóżko z grubym materacem i dużą kołdrą. Są ręczniki i środki czystości. Dla gości kawa, herbaty, cukier, ciasteczka, chrupki do mleka. Jesteśmy mile zaskoczeni. Duża przestrzeń wspólna, dwie łazienki na 7 pokoi było wystarczające, nie było kolejek. Mała uwaga, dzwoniąc nie mogliśmy otworzyć drzwi, ale pisząc otwarte natychmiast. W pokojach od ulicy słychać samochody, w pokojach od podwórka nie ma widoków, ale jest cisza. Co kto lubi. Nam brakowało drugiego wieszaka, drugiego krzesła i choćby małego stolika w pokoju, ale to detale.Rozumiemy, że mało miejsca. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

• Roksana (1/5): Bad rooms and clealiness - None I do not recommend this place. I feel cheated. There were no real windows. In my room, the “window” faced another building, so I had no natural light at all. I had to use artificial lighting in the room, which was very harsh. There was no real bed. The “bed” was just two mattresses. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and even uncomfortable to lie or sit on. There was no bedside table. The only things provided were a chair and three hangers. I had nowhere to put my belongings. There was no proper shower and no shower cabin. There was only a curtain, which was too short, so water spilled onto the floor. There wasn’t even a holder to hang the shower head, so I couldn’t shower comfortably. Poor cleanliness – the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower curtain was dirty. And finally, the cherry on top: a €50 deposit that was never mentioned on Booking.com. I had to pay it in order to check in. I still haven’t received a refund, even though the hotel claims they returned it. Now I have to sort it out with my bank, wasting my time and energy. Also there's no reception, not at all. The entire check-in process is online, which wasn't mentioned either. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone without internet or phone skills. For this price, you can find much better places in a similar location, especially in winter.

• Artur (8/5): - Koala Hostel to świetne miejsce w Alicante, świetny punkt w samym centrum tuż obok hali targowej oraz blisko do Zamku św. Barbary. Czysto, bardzo ładna cżęść wspólna z aneksem kuchennym. Świetna cena jak na wyjazd podczas ferii. Jedynie brak dodatkowego krzesła w pokoju, musieliśmy pożyczać hoker z aneksu.

It would be so much better if the room had a plastic window instead of a glass window. Everything was shaking in the room when some car passed.

Mí esposo y yo nos quedamos en n la habitación 6 no se puede dormir, la luz y el ruido de todo lo que sucede en la calle entra completo, la luz de la cocina entra por todas las orillas de la puerta y Los baños sucios ya que las otras personas los dejan todos mojados y realizan sus necesidades y las dejan sin bajar, y para colmo la chica de la habitación de al lado era las 2 y las 4 de la madrugada y estaba pegando gritos discutiendo con alguien estuve 4 noches y no pude dormir ni descansar bien. Les escribí por WhatsApp y les comenté lo que estaba sucediendo y la respuesta fue. Ya que es tipo hostal ellos no pueden hacer nada, que si yo quería me cambiaban a otra habitación y que pagara la diferencia. Muchos dirán porque no te fuiste? No me fui porque no te devuelven el dinero. • alba (2/5): Cucarachas en la habitación. - Hay cereales pero No hay leche y el café de cápsulas es el peor del mercado, está malísimo. CUCARACHAS EN LA HABITACIÓN y en el hall. Los baños sucios y al ser baños compartidos con otros huéspedes, hubo algunos muy marranos que no tiraban de la cadena. El servicio de limpieza iba y solo lavaba y planchaba las sabanas y toallas pero las mamparas de la ducha parecían llevar sin limpiar siglos y los lavabos daba hasta repelús lavarse ahí hasta las manos (hubo una flema de mocos en uno de los lavabos durante dos días). La habitación tenía una ventana con vistas a un patio interior que a las 12pm no se sabía si era de día o de noche ya no tenía absolutamente nada de luz y si queríamos ventilar entraba todo el olor a frituras, menos mal que había aire acondicionado. En el hall/cocina hace un calor terrible y no hay aire acondicionado . Y lo que en el anuncio califican como "armario" es una barra mal atornillada y medio caída con 3 perchas... que ya me contarán para dejar la ropa de dos personas para 5 días en 3 perchas.... mas las toallas de la ducha mojadas y las de la playa también mojadas.... y solo había UNA silla.... repito, DOS personas..... Ni recomiendo, Ni repito.

Le personne a l’écoute et très compréhensif Il y a avait beaucoup de bruit. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et nous avions l’impression d’être dans la chambre avec les voisins. C’est dommage. Rue très passante et bruillante.

• Laima (10/5): Alikantė paliko gerą įspūdį. Ypač verta apsilankyti tokiu metu, kai kitur Europoje jau šalta - Tvarkinga, švaru, ramūs kaimynai, ypatingai gerai vieta - šalia Santa Barbaros kalno ir jūros. Geras susisiekimas su oro uostu. Už tokią kainą - tai puikus pasirinkimas.

• sophie (8/5): Bonne localité et assez bon rapport qualité/prix - Bien situé. Fonctionnel, propre. Check in et check out autonomes. Personnel aimable et serviable. Fait parfaitement l'affaire pour poser ses affaires et dormir seulement. La pension porte un autre nom, ce n'est pas le nom utilisé sur Booking qui est utilisé donc compliqué de s'y retrouver à l'arrivée. La chambre est très petite, juste l'espace de circuler autour du lit. Lit bringuebalant. Heureusement, je dormais avec ma fille qui fait une 2Oaine de kilos seulement ! Système de porte-fenêtres doubles : on ne peut donc pas ouvrir les fenêtres, avoir de l'obscurité totale et la chambre donne sur le boulevard donc c'est assez bruyant de ce côté-ci. Les parties communes sont aveugles donc pas très cosy si vous souhaitez passer du temps dans la pension.

• Bernardo (7/5): - La cocina es muy completa, estuvo siempre muy limpia y tener la heladera, café y algunas cosas para desayunar es muy conveniente. Si bien la calle no es lo más pintoresca o tranquila, la ubicación está bien, muy cerca del mercado, el metro y a algunas cuadras de la rambla y la playa. Se oye bastante el ruido o las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas y las ventanas de las habitaciones dan a un patio interno, por lo cual puede no haber mucha luz natural ni ventilación.

• julija (3/5): Biggest disappointment as it is NOTHING like in the pictures on Booking.com and way overpriced. - Nice communal area, fast internet, good location. Free shampoo and body wash available in the shower. Cleaner doing proper/deep clean in communal area every day. Completely different from pictures on Booking.com, very dirty walls and duvet. Squeaky and uneven bed. Room is empty apart from 1 chair, 1 wooden shelf above the bed that is barely holding on and wouldn't put anything on and 3 x hangers - no wardrobe/cabinets, no where to put stuff out. No floor towel in the shower and shower curtain is too short so water was everywhere and very slippery. No soap. Air con makes random buzzing noises every few minutes (few seconds only but super annoying). Walls are paper thin and could hear EVERYTHING - from people snoring and farting to having showers and blowing their nose. Also, there is no sign on the building that Koala hostel is inside so very confusing when arriving.
• anne laure (2/5): Horrible - L'emplacement très proche du centre-ville La dame qui s'occupe du ménage, très gentille Le thé et café, lorsqu'il y en a (les premiers jours où on est arrivées c'était plein, le 3eme jour plus rien pendant des jours). Pour tout le reste je déconseille, ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une auberge de jeunesse très bruyante . Des soirées sont organisées au sein de l'auberge, consommation d'alcool et autres. Les murs sont fins , on a l'impression d'être dans la même pièce que les personnes qui mettent le bazard. Une des salles de bains était en travaux lors de notre séjour du coup embouteillages et salle de bain salle. La chambre pourrait être sympa, elle est grande, par contre on est loin de la photo, les murs sont sales, aucun rangement. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la semaine lors de notre séjour, au bout de 2 jours , nous contactons l'hôte pour le bruit. Il a soi disant fait un rappel du règlement pour les soirées. Rien n'a été fait. Il nous a proposé de partir car il ne pouvait rien faire pour les nuisances. Drôle de standing pour un établissement qui se veut "hôtel". Bref si vous voulez vous reposer, je vous déconseille. Si vous voulez faire la fête par contre c'est le bon endroit.
