• Rafal (8/5): Preis-/Leistung gut. Lage top. - Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Toilette getrennt vom Badezimmer. Betten & Bettdecke gemütlich und sauber. Räumlichkeiten für zwei Personen genau richtig. WLAN viel zu schwach und TV Sender gingen nicht (waren zum Glück nicht viel im Appartement). Etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Zu wenig Ablagenöglichkeiten für Kleidung.

• Becker (7/5): - Super lokalita, čistota, kávovar včetně kávy, pohodlí, klid. Slabší vybavení kuchyně. Chyběla naběračka, toustovač, sendvičovač, skleničky na víno i otvírák. Hlavní problém byl s chybějícími skříněmi, odkládacími policemi na oděvy, na potřeby, na boty, i v koupelně.

Appartamento caldo e silenzioso, con ampia zona giorno anche se usata come zona notte. Ci sono delle viti allentate un po in tutta casa.. una maniglia della cucina, quella che sorregge il soffione della doccia, alcune gambe delle sedie... piccoli dettagli per cui bisogna adattarsi. New pun was opened next building and it is very good food and drink. Good value for money. Recommend The bathroom needs to be cleaned better - there was mold in the shower that can be cleaned easily with bleach

• Mike Dominick (10/5): Beautiful, large apartment in a nice location - Beautiful apartment, very large and spacious, having all the necessary amenities. Despite the freezing cold outside, inside it was very warm and pleasant, which was an important aspect for us. The apartment is located on a quiet street, where we easily found a parking place, and we paid with tickets bought at the Traffic shop down the street. There is also a big garage nearby. The small restaurant at the corner of the building was also a big plus, good food, affordable prices, nice owners. The communication with the apartment's owners was great. We are highly recommending this apartment for a Vienna stay. -

Квартира дуже сподобалася: гарне розташування — лише 5 хвилин пішки від вокзалу Майдлінг, зручно добиратися в будь-яку частину міста. Сама квартира зручно розташована, тепла та затишна. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Ціна повністю відповідає якості. Господар завжди був на зв’язку та швидко відповідав на всі запитання. Залишилися лише позитивні враження. Кілька невеликих пропозицій для покращення: – Дверний замок потребує ремонту, оскільки двері було трохи складно відчиняти. – Було б добре замінити електрочайник, адже кришка не закривається належним чином. – Приємним доповненням була б наявність базових речей, таких як кава, чай і цукор. – Також, оскільки є пральна машина, дуже корисно було б мати невелику кількість прального засобу. – І було б чудово мати гарні келихи для вина або шампанського, щоб краще насолодитися атмосферою.

• Melis (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt und alles ist gut erreichbar. Geschäfte, Restaurants und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat wirklich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Außerdem war es sauber, ordentlich und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
• AlenaRad (9/5): Příjemný pobyt ve Vídni - Zastávka autobusu MHD a tramvaje velmi blízko, rychlé spojení do centra, krátké intervaly. Klid v apartmánu, minimální ruch z ulice. V apartmánu teplo, teplá voda. Čistota a vše potřebné k dispozici. Wifi jsme nepoužívali, máme svá data. Bezproblémové použití kódů pro vstup a rovněž komunikace s ubytovatelem. Jen snad prázdné baterie v ovladači televize. Nepodařilo se nám ji zapnout.

• Marta (10/5): - Estaba todo impecable, limpio, cómodo, la habitación a muy buena temperatura. Y muy acogedora y bonita. Todo funcionaba a la perfección. Para repetir estancia sin duda. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero como tiene una parada de bus y tranvía justo en la puerta, no es un problema.

• Massimo (9/5): Città elegante e vivace - Per quanto riguarda l'ingresso al palazzo ed all'appartamento mi sono stati comunicati i codici necessari la mattina dell'arrivo, l'appartamento confortevole, la facciata del palazzo ristrutturata le scale di un palazzo storico, abbastanza vicino al centro città 8/9 km di belle strade per l'auto, ma per chi vuol muoversi con i mezzi pubblici, c'è la stazione di treno, tram e fermata dell'autobus a 50 mt., bella città. Il parcheggio potrebbe essere la nota dolente dal punto di vista dei costi, dentro alla struttura esistente a 100 mt. circa € 16,50 al giorno o € 3,30 all'ora, sulla strada € 2,60 all'ora con biglietto da acquistare prima in tabaccheria (chiudono alle ore 18) o scaricare l'app, la nota positiva è il sabato e la domenica che è gratis ovunque

• Silke (8/5): - Schlicht aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Betten. Super waren die Lage und die beiden Zimmer, so dass wir uns wirklich nicht gestört haben. Bad ist etwas klein und es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche, die uns aber umgehend vorbeigebracht wurden. Der Service vor Ort war wirklich schnell! Leider hatten wir Samstagabend massive Wlan-Probleme. Es wäre auch gut, wenn ein Handwerker mal alle Schrauben, Muttern etc. im Bad festziehen würde. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement weiter empfehlen. Siehe oben

Es war leider nicht sauber.... unter den Betten sehr viel Staub, Fenster dreckig, Balkon nicht geputzt, Dusche bzw Fugen schimmlig... der Kübel am Balkon wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr zum Putzen gebraucht.

Manque de vaisselle !! 3 verres pas d epluche-légumes, pas d ouvre bouteilles, tt est à l économie... 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 2 personnes et 4 jours !!!! Le drap était taché et le sol pas lavé. Le lavabo s s'écoulait très mal. 1ere fois où je loue 1 appartement où il n y a pas 1 sachet de thé ou 1 capsule de café en guise de dépannage ou pour juste accueillir les locataires. Enfin l emplacement sur 1 carrefour crée des nuisances sonores à cause du traffic. Dommage car bel appartement et joliment meublé.

• Barry (10/5): Great place to stay. - Access to the flat is by codes sent by email, we got our codes the morning of the day of the start of our stay, as promised. The flat was clean, modern and in good condition and although it is some distance from the centre, it is very close to tram, bus, underground and the railway, making it extremely convenient. I would happily stay there again if I were to return to Vienna.

Allowed easeniss for eveyone to do their own plans. The apartement was an excellent size, had the miniums kitchen wise and rooms. we booked the whole apartment, so we easily rearranged the furniture in the house to allow us to eat in the kitchen and be more comfortable. Freshners, washing machine powder, cleaning material, shampoo and body wash dispenser working - would be appreciated.

The location is ideal for the center is accessible quite fast with public transport just a few minutes away, and shops around. There was nothing wrong with the apartment. However, some very basic cooking stuff would have been appreciated.

• Travelpeter (9/5): It is a perfect place if you want to use transportation going anywhere in the city. - Transportation was perfect. Tram and bus stops are at the corner of the apartment. Elevator inside the hosue. Grocery is a few hundred meters. We missed a wardrobe. Wifi could be better.

• Chantelle (8/5): Good stay for visiting Vienna - Location was ok, close to bus and metro and tram, but not a lot happening in the area. Apartment was clean and updated. Check in was easy. Shower didn't drain properly. Parking is not on site, but close by. Everything else was good.
• Vikhram (7/5): value for money - I liked the location and I do love that there was extra towels to be used, all the facilities provided and the feel of living in a 90s house the wifi was bad, the host was not responsive for wifi, she never told me where is the router, for me to switch off and switch on, I assume the Wifi, would not improve in this location in the near future.

Had all appliances. - There had been missing information about how to access the property and additionally a scan of my passport page had been required. The host was very helpful and after some phone calls and texting I got the necessary codes and everything was resolved. I believe the booking process should be adapted to improve communication between the three parties (myself the guest, Booking.com and host) about providing information required e.g. guest address, email, phone number and scan or photo of ID / passport as soon as possible after booking the property.

It has only 2 bedrooms, the bathroom is very small, we had only 2 small towels,and no bath product, shower gel,shampoo etc. If you wanna stay hear you must travel with your own products. Also the same apartment is post 2 times with different prices. The first time is posted as an apartment with one bedroom and a living room and the second time as a 2 bedroom apartament. I don't recommend it.The tv cable wasn't warking. I had to connect my own Netflix account to watch something. Only one room has tv.

• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, spacious, very good location, close to metro. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Great Viet restaurant across the street. I missed a shelf in the bathroom, but that's just to write something :)

Simplier equipment, we appreciated a big fan as a partly substitution for the missing air condition. The noise from the street.
