Просторное светлое помещение, качественный ремонт, отделка хорошими материалами. В номере все подготовлено для комфортного отдыха, есть все необходимое. Удобные кровати, мини средства для быта. Можно готовить. Это удобно, когда нужно завтракать рано.

Cheguei mais cedo e conseguiram liberar o checkin para mim e foi incrível poder descansar depois de um longo voo. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos e estava ao lado de tudo, mesmo! Recomendo 100%!!

In der Lobby konnte man gratis Trinkwasser abfüllen, die Wohnungen waren außerordentlich umfangreich ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) und die Rezeption war stets mit freundlichem Personal besetzt, das uns Tips gab und weiter half. Die nächste Metro Station und Buslinien waren nur einige Schritte entfernt, der Bahnhof, bekannte Museen, der Retiro Park und der Botanische Garten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das galt auch für die Gastronomie, Cafes und Bars.

Fully equiped kitchen, dish washing machine cloths washing machine, iron, big flatscreen smart tv and small things lie peper and salt, soap, even earplugs. Also front desk with real people comes handy when u loose your bag at the airport and gets delivered directly to you room! (Thank you lady :) ) Nothing, everything was extra!

Not a great place if you're bothered by inside, hallway noise, and you have to work late and sleep late. Not a great place if you are annoyed by children's noises and crying and running, as many families appear to use this facility.

- Yana (10/5): Прекрасный отдых в Мадриде - Проживание в данной квартире было очень комфортным. Лёгкая регистрация по ссылке за 7 дней, затем за 24часа прислали код доступа в подъезд и апартаменты. Расположение отличное. В шаговой доступности парк Ретиро. Рядом супермаркет Lidl. Жили на 3 этаже. Лифт работал. Квартира укомплектована прекрасно. Везде чисто. Достаточно просторная для 2х человек. На кухне есть всё необходимое оборудование, включая посудомоечную машину. Кофемашина, чайник, тостер, плита и духовка. Шкаф, полочки, зеркало большое, утюг и гладильная доска. Удобная большая кровать. Телевизор. В ванной большой просторный душ, все принадлежности для душа, шампунь, лосьйон для тела, 2 больших полотенца, 2 маленьких, фен. Выселение тоже очень простое. В следующий раз обязательно буду бронировать здесь. -

- INMACULADA (9/5): REQUETEBONITOS Y SUPER ESPACIOSOS - El apartamento impecable. Tenía de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además nuevísimo o muy bien conservado. Las camas y las almohadas espectacularmente cómodas. La ubicación en una vía con mucho tráfico. Aunque tenía buenos cerramientos... Algo se oía La climatización centralizada hacia un poco de ruido durante el día (por la noche no). El primer día no usé los tapones (que dejan junto a la cama) peor el segundo sí, y problemas solucionado

- Kelvin (10/5): - A great apartment with everything needed for a short to long term stay. The supermarkets are very close. The staff were very helpful. The perfect location for walking or bus. The bed was super comfy and while there is a little road noise at night it didn't disturb our sleep. There was nothing not to like.

- Christian (8/5): - Le confort et l'emplacement. L'ameublement est beau mais les poignets pour ouvrir mes meubles ne sont pas adaptées (il faut deux mains pour ouvrir le frigo!). La lumière de la cuisine associée au ventilateur n'est pas très heureuse. Le four micro onde est beau mais compliqué à utiliser. La télévision a un fonctionnement bizarre car au bout de 5 mn il est très difficile d'agir avec la télécommande malgré le changement de piles.

- Andrea (3/5): Un gran peccato... - La struttura è veramente buona e la camera meravigliosa. Non posso dire la stessa cosa sul personale, imbarazzante. Abbiamo avuto tutti i giorni problemi con la doccia (non c'era acqua calda per un problema impiantistico). Al secondo giorno ho deciso di farlo presente e mi è stato detto che sarei stato contattato dal manager per risolvere la questione e ricevere un indennizzo. Non si è fatto sentire nessuno e ci sono stati problemi anche gli altri giorni, dunque non siamo mai riusciti a fare una doccia normale. UNA MANCANZA DI RISPETTO ASSOLUTA, PECCATO.

- SOLEDAD (9/5): - Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo. Tal como aparece en las fotografías. Bien situado y bien comunicado. Hay un supermercado en la planta baja. Al personal no lo vimos. No hizo falta. Únicamente que soliciten foto del DNI, pero finalmente se solventó. El personal entendió mis motivos. En realidad tendrían que revisar ese requisito, pues no cumple con la Ley de protección de datos. Les sugiero que le den una vuelta y piensen alguna alternativa legal.
