It was, without a doubt, the best accommodation we’ve ever experienced—absolutely perfect in every way. The view—oh my goodness, the view! From the room, you can see the caldera with Imerovigli to the right, and directly in front of you, an unobstructed panorama of the sea, the island, and the sunset. It truly felt magical. The entire property is charming, spotless, and looks exactly as pictured. Andonis, who welcomed us, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything and even surprised us with a bottle of wine as a thoughtful gift. • Samantha (1/5): Misleading photos, terrible smell, do not stay here - The hotel is located in a good, safe area in Santorini. We were really looking forward to our stay at Nevma Suites, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. When we first arrived around 3 p.m., we noticed a strong chemical odor in the room. We dropped our bags and left quickly, hoping it would dissipate. However, when we returned around 1:30 a.m., the smell was overwhelming—it was as if someone had dumped an entire bottle of cleaning solution to mask something. The air was so harsh we tried sleeping with blankets over our noses. The photos are misleading so don't be fooled there is no pool here and it does not overlook the bay as much as it seems in the photos. The breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel in Europe. Four slices of untoasted white bread, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. There are so many better options in Santorini that have pool and better breakfasts.

The location was brilliant and the sunset view was magical from our very own uninterrupted balcony and spa :) The most stunning little cave room with a generous fresh breakfast daily. Santorini was spectacular and unique with its blue domes, characteristic white buildings straight out of a perfect postcard. Highlight of Europe trip with perfect weather and quieter crowds in early July around the local area :) sensational. Nothing at Nevma Suites. When the cruise ships came in the crowds flooded Fira and its village shops and eateries. :(

• Steve (10/5): Amazing views of Santorini - Well located with really nice and helpful staff. Antonis gave up a complimentary up grade which made our memories of Santorini even better. The breakfast served on our private deck was a lovely touch.

Wir sollten unbedingt eine Zeit angeben, die jedoch nicht eingehalten wurde. Das Frühstück wurde auf einem Tablett. Serviert, der Kaffee in den Tassen war lauwarm. Gebrauchte Gläser wurden nicht ergänzt und waren nicht sauber. Wir tranken das Bier aus der Kaffeetasse. Ein Geschirrtuch fehlte, um selbst das Geschirr zu spülen. Während unseres Frühstücks wurde die Terrasse geputzt. Alles verzeihlich, jedoch nicht bei diesen Preisen

У нас была зарезервирована другая комната, но эти апартаменты были свободны, и Антонис любезно нам их предоставил. Ради такого вида и стоит ехать на Санторини. И это не только закат, но и утро с видом на сверкающее море, вулкан и белые лайнеры! Хотелось бы иметь наружную сушилку для полотенец, чтобы они быстро сохли на солнце. Внутри комнаты высокая влажность и душевые полотенца остаются мокрыми. Мы вынесли подставку для чемодана и на ней все моментально высушили))

• Shutendo (9/5): Exceptional suite with a superb view over the caldera - I booked the suite with private jacuzzi. The position of this apartment is superlative: Firostefani is easily accessible by bus, or walking about 10 minutes from the central village Thira, but it's much more quiet and enjoyable especially if you want to rest at evening. The view from the patio and the hot tub is simply stunning, you don't need to go out to enjoy an exclusive sunset panorama over Imerovigli and the caldera. The apartment was very clean and neatly designed, with a typical Cycladic feeling. The welcome given by Antonis was exceptional, he was extremely attentive to providing indications, additional services and to listening to my personal needs and remarks. I liked this property and I would definitely book again when visiting Santorini next time. There was no kitchen cloth and dish soap in the kitchenette; the shower didn't have a curtain or frame so the bathroom floor was wet afterwards; the breakfast was cheapish. All in all these were minor details, you can hardly be disappointed when you stay in this suite.

They are really fast replying to every need: early checkin, taxi arrangement, activities, whatever you need. They even provided an early breakfast for us because we had an early flight. I noticed it as soon as I entered their room. They were unable to sleep and had to book a different hotel for the second night. They requested a refund for only one night, and the property would only refund them $100. After they submitted a review explaining this, their review was promptly removed.

They changed the room right away. The breakfast was good, and on time, we had no problems with checking in late due to our flight being delayed. Antonis, our host was the epitome of Greek hospitality and could not do enough to keep us happy. Everything we asked for, he got us. We really could not ask for more. There was nothing. Hotel is well located, nice and quiet at night, but a short, beautiful walk to Fira (the capital) for buses etc. Antonis was so helpful and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, especially considering our flight was changed at short notice and Antonis made sure we aware and had everything we needed.

• Carol (10/5): Great view, great staff - The view, the location, the staff were all awesome. Our room had two balconies. One balcony faced west, with a view to the caldera and the sunset. The other balcony faced east, from which we watched the sunrise. We loved getting breakfast delivered to the latter. Many restaurants are very close by. We didn't get to stay long enough because we only had 24 hours on Santorini. While that was better than nothing, longer would've been even better!

Breathtaking caldera view , sunset right in front of our terrasse, suite is clean and spacious with kitchenette + fridge, breakfast served every morning in our terrasse, location is excellent, right in middle of Santorini ( few minutes walk to downtown Fira, same to Imerovigli, 15 min walk to Fira bus station, which can take you to everywhere) , and the most important point that made our stay most enjoyable, is the host, the owner of the hôtel, Antonis, best host ever, he's there everytime we need something , answered quickly to our message, we feel safe knowing that he'll be there to back us up, arranged the transfer from/to airport/port or from everywhere else we needed, ( for us, from Amoudi Bay back to our hôtel). Thank you so much for your hospitality Antonis, you made our stay in Santorini wonderful, enjoyable, memorable... Strongly recommanded this hôtel suite , and surely if we return one day to Santorini, we will go back to Nevma suites. Can not find anything that we didn't like!
• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Antonis was the best host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and boat tours and helped us with the bookings. He really was so lovely and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the Caldera, a short walk from everything. The breakfasts (included) were basic but tasty. Our transfer dropped us at the bottom of a coblestone road and we had to drag our large bags uphill, then up another flight of stairs. However that was a small inconvenience for a great stay. The shower was the tinest I have ever used. Usable, but we had a good laugh about it. No pool on the premises, and we would have appreciated one on the hot, hot days.

Our room had a very nice view of the islands and is very convenient to watch the sunset from your room, if you choose to do so it at least once. We were somehow mislead by the pictures of the facilities, where you can see down there rooms with hot tubs, a nice pool close to the sea, etc. But when we got there there was no hot tub, no pool, and I don't even know whether those belong to other suites of the facility (meaning that we were mistaken booking the cheapest rooms, because those are the ones booking.com offers first). or those were pictures of a resort at a lower level, so before you book try to talk with Antoni to make sure you'll get what you thought you would get. Apart from that little disappointment, our experience at Nevma Suites was excellent! Nothing, All was excellent.
