- Alison (10/5): Made a weekend in the three peaks really easy - Great location, good communication and clean and tidy Nothing
- Wayne (2/5): We booked 2 nights but preferred not to stay for the 2nd night. - Short notice availability. It hadn’t been cleaned at all effectively.
- Lauren (10/5): Cosy night away in a stunning rural location - Lovely location in the heart of the ribble valley. Was ideal for us attending a wedding function in sawley. Missing a couple of essentials (washing up liquid, hand towel) but overall was exactly what we needed.
- Sarah~lou (9/5): - Fantastic caravan very spaces and lovley views :-) The sofa had alot of dog hair on it.
- David (9/5): - The views, quietness, being able to park next to the caravan Nothing
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The caravan was very cosy and homely. Host Pete was really helpful. He met us at the pub on site and drove down in front of us to the caravan. He showed us round and how everything worked and gave us loads of local information on eating out and shops etc. No negatives at all.
- Andrea (1/5): Stunning view, dirty property - Stunning location Dirty so didn’t stop
- Helen (1/5): Not what I was expecting!! - Brilliant communication with the owner ref arrival/obtain keys.
The area of the caravan park is so quiet. on booking my stay at Rabbit views as was under the impression I would be staying in the caravan advertised & booked (K30)! on my arrival at approx 5pm I was told I would be staying in caravan 150, this was a lot smaller & more older caravan but as it was for 1 night I didn't want to cause a fuss.
The caravan had a musty smell to it, no towels had been supplied, the most limited part of a tiolet roll had been supplied which was just ridiculous, then once it became dusk & I put some lights on, several blue bottle flies appeared buzzing around the lounge/diner & kitchen area, I did find some Raid fly spray under the kitchen sink but as I had 2 dogs with me to spray this was not an option in such a small area, maybe this van has an ongoing problem with flies - who knows? to add to the problem my 2 dogs would not settle & was constantly trying to catch them.
Don't get me wrong the owner explained if I had any problems to give him a call but by 8pm I had already decided I was going to head back home for a more comfortable nights sleep & I left the premises.
- Wendy (9/5): Superb - Really nice guy .nothing too much trouble. Left towels , heating on . Nice views, and quiet. Club house great with food and entertainment . Could do with a couple tea towels apart from that everything fab
- Wendy (9/5): Relaxed - Well equipped
- Emmalene (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and tidy. Directions were very vague - did not know it was in a holiday park and was very unsure about how to find it. Also the flashing lights on the balcony outside the bedroom window were a little bright during the night.
- Lauren (8/5): Absolutely fantastic and we will definatly recommend and most definitely be back. - Lovely little caravan and nicely furnished, everything you need for a cosy stay, 30 second walk from the play park and nice and quiet considering so close to the steamer inn.
The decking is lovely, few nice little pots on the drive way and beautiful lights lighting up the decking at nights. Nice little table and chairs set too to sit out and enjoy.
Me My 2 children ages 4 and 1 and my 2 big dogs had the best time and we will be back. Thankyou The curtains and blinds in the living room area are needing a little bit of tlc but pegging them together did the job 😁
- Emma (8/5): Very good -

- Emma-louise (10/5): Was a lovely little caravan perfect for what we needed, for 1 night before a wedding, i would advise taking own food the - Lovely little caravan perfect for what we neeeded
- Janet (6/5): Pleasant -
