• jasmine (10/5): would stay again. - easily accessible, great location and rail transportation relatively close. extremely comfortable and contained all amenities, staff were lovely and responded quickly. couldn’t get the shower to work but other than that, i didn’t have any issues.
• Muhammad (7/5): Everything is good except beds and worm water in the tap. I think using very old system boiler sys. - The beds are old and not comfortable at all. Warm water in the tap is not coming either and also need toilet shoes.

• Maxim (8/5): - Wie ein Zuhause fernab von Zuhause Das Apartment hat perfekt zu uns gepasst – man fühlte sich direkt wie daheim. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Ein Supermarkt ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt und die Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum ist zuverlässig, auch wenn die Fahrt rund 50 Minuten dauert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos organisiert. Rundum ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

• David (9/5): Superb - Ibrahim responded to texts, even late at night. Location good, 10 minutes walk to bus or tube. Safe parking, no problems. All good.
• Craig (1/5): Absolute con - Nothing It’s an absolute con they charge for a deposit then make any excuse not to give it back avoid at all costs
• Anand (6/5): Pleasant - Flat is in quite & good residential area Flat is far away from bus stops no hot water to sink only first date we got hot water afterwards no hot water to kitchen sink & not solved our problem within our stay hassle for manage also for bathroom sink no mixer tap
• Young (1/5): Bad - Location was good and access ok Had 2 adults and 2 kids staying, kids double bed was a leather sofa with pull out futon rather than bed. No extra bedding for kids bed, no extra towels so had to share. No hot water but electric shower so got by. We had a fly problem when we went, had to hoover loads of them from ceiling at midnight. Ended up booking somewhere else for 2nd night. That said, was cheaper than everywhere so should have lowered expectations
• Brandon (8/5): Great apartment for commuting and exploring - Property has a great location within walking distance of 3 train stations and multiple bus routes. Provision of car parking is a massive bonus and the car park always has spots available, there’s plenty of space in the apartment and storage is plentiful. The apartment was clean and tidy with no issues to report and comes fully equipped to support cooking, laundry etc. Minor cons include no lift access in the building (if you have luggage there’s multiple flights of stairs) patchy wifi that isn’t the highest speed and a ridge down the centre of the bed where two mattresses join together causing a little discomfort. Customer service received from the hosting company is fantastic, they are fast to respond to any questions and all answer are informative and polite.

• Sonny (6/5): Could be better - Heating They fixed everything upon notification Wi fi was irregular on first day Could not lock the bathroom door Flash was not working efficiently Old fashion wash basin where you cannot mix hot and cold water. A table or similar shelf was missing in the bathroom to put your clothes The price could have been cheaper considering the fact that the nearest bis stop/ train station takes 15 minutes of walking in this cold and gloomy weather They joined two single beds to make it a king size bed, it was uncomfortable to sleep as couple.
• Sophia (1/5): Worst accommodation experience - For the price we paid we expected human conditions. Cold, the heating wasn’t working, the shower was bad, no pressure and wasn’t properly working, dirty sheets and towels, bad location as well and no wifi from the first night. Just some of the problems. We couldn’t bear more than one night there and we tried to get the deposit back and a refund but it’s been 5 days since then and we haven’t received anything. Really bad experience for us, wouldn’t recommend.
