• Persefoni (8/5): - Ausgezeichneter Koch , besser als alle Tavernen in der Nähe, Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon ,5 Schritte zum Strand. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zeitnahe Antwort auf Mail anfragen. Gerne wieder.
• Silvia (7/5): Spartanische Einrichtung - Bequeme Betten, Ausblick auf das Meer; Lage direkt am Strand Kein Kasten in der Juniorsuite - lediglich ein mobiler Kleiderständer mit 4 Kleiderhaken. Kein Safe. Keine ausreichende Duschwand. Frühstück ab 10 Uhr möglich.
• Julia (5/5): - liegt sehr nahe am meer die fenster sind nicht isoliert und es ist sehr laut im zimmer, die betten sind viel zu hart
• Tatyonok (9/5): На Крит приїду ще раз, обов'язково! приміщення буду рекомендувати. - розташування безподобне! Хвилина і ти на пляжі. Для того, щоб скористатися шизлонгом хватає замовити сік, або з ранку поснідати в ресторані прям під Вашим балконом. Номер маленький, але зручний. В номері є холодильник та кавоварка. Я попросила чайник, бо онук з ранку їв каші, що ми привезли з собою. від помешкання до зупинки автобуса 7 хв. можно замовити таксі (35Є до аеропорту)ю В 15-20 хвилинах по узбережжю можно відвідати велиуий акваріум, цікавий як для дітей, так і для дорослих. Рядом з приміщенням є супермаркет. в примішенні немає нічого для прибирання. Дитина щось розлила, або розсипала і це немає чим прибрати. маленькій балкончик буд дуже грязним.

• ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή! - Υπέροχη τοποθεσία ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο, άνετο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό επίσης πολύ ευχάριστο. Απολαύσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο καθώς και στο εστιατόριο του!
• William (7/5): Locatie goed maar het geld niet waard - Direct aan het strand Erg slechte schoonmaak, in één week is het toilet en de badkamer niet één keer schoongemaakt. Steeds weer vragen om nieuw toiletpapier. Ook het trappenhuis is rommelig en ronduit smerig. Rond het gebouw liggen opgestapelde kapotte dozen met inhoud.

• John (10/5): - The location of Nami was ideal, two steps from the sandy beach. It is on the beachfront! There was also an organized beach with sunbeds and umbrellas that serve excellent products from Nami bar restaurant. The room was spacious, well designed and clean. We really enjoyed the ocean view relaxing at the balcony! Many thanks to the team that made us feel welcome!
• Tzika (10/5): Comfort stay by the beach - The staff was very friendly and warm from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean with super view at the beach. The restaurant of the property downstairs was the best at the area. A plus was the Nami seaside beach that was equipped with comfy sun beds that we enjoyed all day. Definitely an excellent choice! We will be back for sure for more days!
• Yochanan (6/5): דירה נאה אבל בסיסית במיקום מצויין עם חוף נפלא. - זה דירה במיקום מצויין, מעוצבת באופן מודרני, נאה ופשוט, עם כל המתקנים שנחמד שיהיו לך בדירת ארוח, הקבלה והשרות הם במסעדה הצמודה , הצוות נחמד וידידותי ועוזר. חניה יש בשפע באזור. המטבח מצוייד ונוח לעבודה. הבננו מהתמונות/תאור שיש נוף לים , בפועל זו היתה דירה בקומה ראשונה עם נוף לחנייה. המיזוג הוא רק בסלון/מטבח ואין מיזוג לחדר השינה, במיטה היה רק סדין אחד זוגי , בלי שמיכה/סדין נוספים. המקלחת היתה סתומה והמים עלו (היינו צריכים לנקות את הניקוז בעצמנו) , לא היה מספיק נייר טואלט, לא היה נוזל כלים במטבח, לא היה מטאטא/מגב בדירה. קפסולות למכונת קפה היו רק 2 - כדאי להשאיר עוד אם שוהים ליותר מיום. אין שולחן מתאים לאכול בו - אכלנו בסלון מול הטלויזיה. לא התלוננו על הדברים במקום כי לא היינו כמעט בדירה למעט לשינה ורק ליומיים.

• Ανδριάνα (10/5): A great value for money choice on the beach - The location is perfect at the beachfront. The room had a great view to the ocean and it was well designed and clean. We was spending our time to the beach which was organised with sunbeds and umbrellas and we were served delicious food and cocktails from Nani seaside restaurant. Overall it was a great value for money choice! Many thanks to the friendly staff and the owner. The A/C was close to the bed
• Marie (10/5): Un petit coin de paradis - Tout d’abord, l’accueil, le personnel, l’emplacement, la vue mer, la qualité de la restauration ! Bref tout est exceptionnel !!! Je suis ravie ! J’aurais aimé que les serviettes et le ménage soit fait plus souvent. Mais sinon c’était très bien.
• Abdullah (1/5): Ich würde das Hotel kein zweites Mal besuchen oder keinem weiterempfehlen. - Der Blick zum Meer und die Lage. Das komplette Personal war extrem unfreundlich, hochnäsig und respektlos uns gegenüber. [Außer ein Kellner und der Cleaner (obwohl wir in den 11 Nächten nicht einmal eine Reinigung bekommen haben außer ein einziges Mal wo die ins Zimmer kamen und den Müll mitgenommen haben und uns dreckige sehr muffelige Handtücher da gelassen haben)]. Die Bettwäsche wurde auch NICHT gewechselt wie versprochen nach 3 Tagen angeblich. Erst nachdem wir die Inhaberin angesprochen haben ob wir neue Bettwäsche bekommen könnten ,wurde das Bett gewechselt. Doch die Bettwäsche war extrem ekelerregend (siehe Bilder). Gott sei Dank hatte ich Einweg Camping Bettwäsche extra mitgenommen, sonst hätten wir im Bett nicht schlafen können. Wir haben das Zimmer zwar für zwei Personen bezahlt, aber hatten jeden Tag mindestens 30 Mitbewohner (Ameisen). Die Duscharmatur in der Wand war weder richtig montiert noch verdichtet. Es war ein riesiger Riss um der Armatur und der Fliese, was extrem nach Schimmel gestunken hat. Genauso wie der Waschbeckenunterschrank der total verschimmelt war, hinterm Waschbecken. Wir haben ein einziges Mal am ersten Abend Essen bestellt. Der Kellner war extrem hochnäsig und unhöflich und das Essen war für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Da unser Balkon zur Bar schaute, wurden wir vom gesamten Personal ständig beobachtet. Eine angenehme Sitzmöglichkeit war nicht möglich, da wir uns unwohl gefühlt haben. Trotz der Vorauszahlung haben wir andere Hotels in der Nähe aufgesucht, die waren aber leider ausgebucht.

• Edwin (9/5): Superb - Upon arrival we were greeted by a complementary welcome drink and shown our room. Antonio, the hotel owner asked if we wanted a free upgrade to a junior suite. Which we happily accepted! The rooms were very modern with very nice design and vibe and had newly been renovated. The hotel restaurant is without a doubt the best in the area and as a guest of the hotel you get 10% off from the menu. The hotel was right next to a very nice sand beach and had a lot of sunbeds which were also complimentary by the hotel. You could easily order from the hotel directly to the beach which felt almost like a beach club. The staff were super friendly and we have nothing but good things to say about NAMI!

• Jasmina (1/5): Avoid the place. - It is recently renovated. Very small apartment. There are no doors between living room and bedroom. There were no curtains in the living room which exposed us to the neighbors across the street. No cooking dishes in the kitchen. There was a sandy storm lasting for 2 days which filled the apartment with dust, but we did not have a broom to clean it. Although promised that he will address our complaints, the owner did not show for the next 7 days. I still did not got the invoce after repeatedly asking for more than three weeks to send it to my email. The place is definitely overrated for the service we got. Unprofessional!
• Cole (7/5): Nice simple hotel by the sea in a rougher area of Crete. - Amazing staff very helpful and friendly! Bedding very poor, needs proper duvet cover and sheets also more than 2 pillows would be nice.

It was super clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Nami is a great value for money that also provides access at the beach and the sunbeds. Tip: Visit Nami seaside Restaurant for a tasteful experience. A must visit place. Couldn't book it for long stay because it was full
• Demetrios (9/5): Modern facility with room for improvement - The room was modern and clean, by the sea, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly. Hangers for the towels are needed in the bathroom. Also, and this is not the property's fault, as the facility is by the sea, moisture from the sea can come in, and the sheets feel a little dampened. This is something you can "feel" in all seaside properties, though.
