Good facilities with a full kitchen including washing machine. Close enough to the town centre. Good secure parking facilities, underground car park Area suggests its in a poorer part of the town. I booked this apartment on the understanding that the host/owner spoke English. This was not the case and we were left waiting for an hour to be met by someone who spoke no English at all. Not the poor lady's fault but if it wasn't for Google translate we would never have achieved the handover procedure. It needs clear printed instructions in English left in the apartment for key arrangements.
