Secure and high ceiling igarage parking for vehicle. 5. Washing machine with drying function was great along with laundry washing essentials. 6. Clean toilets, nice shower and bath facilities. 7. Quiet neighbourhood. 8. Close to shops and petrol stations. 9. Good communication from owner. 10. Upstairs rooms has cool and working centralised airconditioning feature. 11. Good sized closets with big mirrors and clothes hangers. 12. Books and a few gaming stuff provided was good. 13. TV works well. 14. Overall, a good place for a relaxing stay. 1. On the second night of our stay, we tried to use the airconditioning unit located on the ground floor near the TV, but it seemed to be stuck on a warm setting, despite changing the setting to "cool" using the remote. We had to use the ceiling fan and stand fan instead. 2. The toilet on the ground floor has a sliding door next to the kitchen and family area that did not have a lock, which could have been useful for privacy reasons. We had to put a golf umbrella to prevent the sliding door from being opened "accidentally".
• Lisa (9/5): Lovely home totally on par 😁 - Beds most confidante we have ever slept in! Showers nice and hot. Lovely view over the greens and the ducks waddling about. Short walk into town.

• Bobbie (7/5): It was just ok. - Great location Showers weren’t clean, carpets very stained and mirrored wardrobe doors very dirty. Backyard needs a good clean up as does the garage.

• Adrian (9/5): Restful and fuss free. - Location, size of the bedrooms, cleanliness of the property. Pantry was well-stocked. Air-conditioning throughout. Stove took forever to heat up. Water pressure for the bathrooms were a little hit and miss.

• Andrea (7/5): Served the purpose of a short stay as we were there to attend a wedding. - It was relatively modern with a nice pleasant feel to it and lovely decor. Modern appliances and overall comfortable living area. Easy access in and out of central Dunsborough and other areas such as Yallingup. Minimal privacy backing on to a golf course - with a tiny outdoor seating area. Sprinklers came on at 04.30 am which we were aware of but it wasn’t clear where to turn these off as suggested in the house rules. Also no instructions on how to use dishwasher or the hob. Soap and shampoo were cheap supermarket brands and had to buy our own soap. Small but important details.

• Jennifer (9/5): Loved it - would book it again. - Close to Dunsborough town centre. Clean and warm. Shower head was a bit low to wash hair.
• Declan (9/5): - The owner Caroline was friendly and easy to contact. The place was loaded with utilities, which made meals easy. Definitely a nice little cosy house, perfect for a holiday stop.

• Jean (10/5): Fairway View is a clean, comfortable and most enjoyable home to stay in. ☆☆☆☆☆ - If we were travelling to Dunsborough, we would be most glad to stay at Fairway View again. It was a most comfortable and enjoyable place to visit. Our host, Caroline, was very polite and helpful with any concerns or questions. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so lovely and convenient to have 2 bathrooms. Excellent value for money ☆☆☆☆☆

Kitchen had everything required and there were extra things to be found in the pantry and fridge. Secure garage for the car and the golf course at the back makes it quiet. Deck to relax on. Close to the main area of Dunsborough. Caroline the host, was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend as it worked very well for our family. N/A

• Brendan (9/5): Superb - Great location out of the main strip, however only a short walk in for a coffee, great house, heaps of space. A great deck outside to have breakfast at and watch the golfers. Facilities in the kitchen are great, you have everything you need. The only thing worth mentioning is it seems the property is in need of a visit from a plumber as there was some very loud pipe shuttering when upstairs bathroom was used. Was fine for our stay but it could affect sleep.

• Snowy (9/5): Really enjoyable and relaxing. We will be coming back in the future. - The house was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. We all had enough room to relax in the main living area. It had all the things you need in a house (tea, coffee, paper towel, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc). The house was also easy to keep tidy during the stay.

• Sharon (8/5): Very good - A fabulous stay at this tasteful, thoughtfully appointed home, looking onto the Dunsborough Lakes fairway. The beds and lounges were super-comfortable. Two separate bathrooms was a huge bonus for two couples travelling together. Kitchen was spacious and well appointed and the fridge was mighty efficient. Big lock up garage for security. Nice quiet location only a few minutes' drive from Dunsborough shopping centre. Loved it! Can't wait to return. Upstairs would benefit from a split level air conditioner.

The home had everything you’d need & was great location. Would have loved an air conditioner upstairs, as top floor was very hot during the day which made it difficult to get ready for a wedding without sweating makeup off. Cool breeze at night though, meant we slept really well.

• Charlie (10/5): Excellent and a very good experience - The property was excellent and in a nice location close to everything. It was convenient to show my family around this slice of heaven we call home in the south west. Communication was excellent. Definitely will recommend this place to any others looking for accommodation down south. Nothing really just the shower pressure in the master bedroom other than that it was an excellent stay.
