MUY DÍFICIL DORMIR - Ubicación El apartamento tiene un problema grandísimo: se escucha todo lo de los otros apartamentos, pero especialmente se escuchan las calderas de agua. Alguno de los vecinos se despierta a las 5 am y dura media hora bañándose. Ambos días ese ruido fuerte y sostenido nos despertó y nos impidió dormir. Sé que eso está fuera de control del host control, pero claramente es un factor que impide descansar plenamente y que baja considerablemente la calificación de la habitación.

• R (7/5): Nette, kleine studio in Chapinero. Okay voor twee of drie nachten - De studio zelf is erg klein met alleen een tweepersoonsbed en een stoeltje bij een schrijftafeltje. Er is een funtionerend keukentje en een badkamer. Je kijkt uit op een blinde muur. Communicatie met de verhuurder via whats app verliep soepel. Erg sympatiek was dat we op de laatste dag iets later mochten uitchecken alvorens af te reizen naar El Dorado Int. Airport. Je moet van tevoren paspoortgegevens delen met de eigenaar en die deed dit via het zeer onveilige Whatsapp. Die paspoortgegevens zijn nodig om de receptionist je toegang tot het enorme complex met studio's te verstrekken. Dit gaat via gezichtsherkenning. Erg veel privacy-issues! Uiteindelijk waren niet de juiste gegevens bekend bij de receptionist, waardoor het inchecken een eeuwigheid duurde.

• Nedelec (10/5): Super, très confortable pour passer quelques nuits à Bogotá ! - L’appartement était sécurisé dans un quartier sympa de Bogotá, il était également proche des transports. Petit plus pour la piscine avec une vue magnifique !

Los utensilios de cocina, faltaron toallas de papel de cocina o servilletas y que los platos y vasos sean para usar en el horno, los pocillos y platos no eran aptos para microondas. También tuve problemas con el televisor, no hay señal de televisión, es un poco difícil y las peliculas se cortan en la mitad entonces no hay para ver televisión.

• Rmajor55 (10/5): Great location, one of my favorites in Bogota - Excellent location and the the front desk staff were very nice and helpful getting me the key fob and entering me into the system for access through the security gate. The apartment is small but functional and the small electric stove is not good if you like to cook a lot.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is great! Near the Carrera 7, so close to public transport, lots of restaurants, and all the best nightlife in Bogotá! The apartment is really modern and clean. The bed and pillows are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need. The shower has hot water. Overall, it was a great place to stay! And I would stay there again.

• Yin-bai (8/5): It deserves the high score you see on booking.com! - The location is good and the host is very very carry and helpful. There are many local restaurants nearby. Zona G, where all nice restaurants/ cafes at is also in walkable distance. You reach 2 main roads by walking in 5 min so it’s easy to get taxis or buses. The guard is kinda strict for me. I couldn’t have a visitor for short spontaneously, even during day time. Visitors needed to be registered/informed beforehand, but for those who very care about the security, this could be a plus.

• Frank (9/5): Overall, I felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed here. Great value and I recommend to solo travelers. - The host is a five-star husband and wife team. They are always friendly, making sure everything is going okay, and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and had almost everything I needed to make my 13-day stay comfortable. The security personnel are very friendly. The shower had hot water, the appliances worked well, plenty of closet space for my needs, quiet at nights, located close to all the essential locations like Exito (department store/grocery), Panamericana (office supply), Carulla (grocery store), Bodytech (gym), walking distance to some really nice restaurant/bars like Insurgentes Mexican Restaurant, and some wine bars. The surrounding area doesn't seem that great, but it is within 15 minutes walking distance of a lot of great places. I often walked to learn more about the city. I didn't have any problems. The towel hook doesn't hold a towel and the towel keeps falling off or the entire hook falls off which means your towel often ends up on the floor, too much water pressure in the bathroom sink (it splashes all over you if you're not careful), there is no broom to help someone sweep for longer stays, and I was unable to open the blinds to let sun in during the day. These are pretty small things that are easily overcome and by the time you stay, it may be all fixed.
• Jennifer (7/5): Good - Very clean, all that you need, comfortable, hot water in the shower, good location. A bit expensive and there was an issue with the key. They came to fix it pretty quickly though all together it was still one hour which was a bit frustrating. They offered me a 4% price reduction for that which is frankly laughable but everything else was good.
• Dario (10/5): Tranquility, comfort and cleanliness, 3 words to go to Bogota - It really was a very comfortable and quiet stay, no noise and everything in the apartment is perfect, the kitchen, the bathroom, the small study, the bed, the TV with Netflix and the other platforms, excellent, thank you very much nothing, everything was perfect

Security guards were friendly and helpful to provide locations/advice. The view from top floor was incredible! I suggest to arrive walking through 7th avenue, is the nicer pathway! Hosts were kind and reply fast. There was cold water in the shower, I tried many times, but it didn’t work (facilities mention hot water). It was comfortable stay, however it would be good to change the mattress, it’s pretty noisy. Swimming pool isn’t available yet!
