• Marcin (9/5): We enjoyed our stay (actually eating and sleeping) in the hotel. - Location reeeally good - 2 beaches 3 minutes walk away, huge parking 2 minutes, restaurants all around (not all were already open), shop 1 minute, park, playground. Quiet in the night. Very helpful personel. First morning I had an informative conversation about things to do, to visit. Our kitchen didn't work, so we received another room within maybe 2 hours. There was no problem with late check-in and early check-out. I was missing a kitchen towel. Please think about providing it to the guests.

• Dariusz (9/5): - Przy rezerwacji trzeba zwrócić uwagę, czy pokój ma balkon i której strony budynku. Wszystko było super. Tylko dwie rzeczy mi się nie podobały. Poprosiłem o szmatkę do przetarcia blatu, czy anexu i to był problem nie do opanowania, więc sam sobie kupiłem za 1 euro w Jumbo. Personel miły, ale jakby jakiś obojetny, niezadowolony na Twój widok, jakoś to nie było miłe.

• Oleksii Ushakov (10/5): - I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and my previous review can be found in the comments. This time I booked a room with a private balcony facing the opposite side from the hotel entrance. The room was comfortable, as always, clean and regularly serviced. There is a basic set of kitchenware for cooking (you need to buy oil and other ingredients yourself, but in my case salt was provided). Everything in the room was in good working order. I won’t write much about the location since I mentioned it before, and it’s clear from the map that it’s excellent. Great access both to different beaches and to public transport. I read some reviews mentioning downsides like a small bathroom, lack of private space, or missing cooking essentials. In my view, these are understandable since the hotel doesn’t present itself as a five‑star property. For the price, I couldn’t find anything better in the area, and I was fine. I have stayed here twice already and hope to come back for a third time))

• Thierry (7/5): Hôtel bien situé mais peut être bruyant - Localisation, aménagement et propreté des locaux. Très bon accueil. L'hôtel recevait des colonies de jeunes qui logeaient dans des chambres aménagées en dortoir à différents endroits de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de bruit en a resulté tard en soirée et tôt le matin car ils se réunissaient et discutaient voire jouaient au pied de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de passage devant notre studio également dès lors qu'ils allaient et venaient.

Поряд номери мали один спільний довгий балкон, з якого і заходили ми всі в свої номери. Великий плюс готелю - дуже близько до одного з найзатишніше з пляжів Ханьї, пісочок, нема хвиль... Автобусна зупинка міського автобуса Ханьї зовсім поряд. Бажано, щоб у номері були ковдри.

There was a lack of dishes and utensils, even though there was a mini-kitchen, and there wasn't even a knife. The reception was not very welcoming, and there were some issues with the registration process, so I had to pay for it myself.

There was sewage smell coming from the toilet and the aircon wing was a little wobbly and was quite loud. We had to manually adjust it firmly in place so that we could sleep.

Спирката на автобус 21, който е до града е също много близо. Има туристическо влакче, което предлага интересни маршрути из острова. В хотела целия персонал са винаги приветливи и в услуга. Няма такова нещо

• Syuzanna (7/5): - Es hat mir die gute Lage zum Strand sehr gut gefallen. Gute Vebindung zur Stadt Chania mit dem Bus. In der Rezeption waren die Damen freundlich. Die Möbel sind sehr veraltet. Meine Tür war sehr schwer aufzusperren.( bekamen keine Lösung vom Personal). Wir konnten die Dusche am ersten Tag nicht benutzen, weil die Klinge sehr fest war. Erst am nächsten Tag kam jemand zu reparieren. In 4 Tagen wurde nicht geputzt, erst auf meine Anfrage wurden die Handtücher 1 mal gewechselt.

Pláž 5 minút od hotela,krásne čisté more ,piesočnatá pláž. Všetko bolo super.,majitelia nápomocný, poradili kam isť na výlet. Posledný deň vybavili odvoz na letisko. Vrelo odporúčam. Na izbe malá kuchynka dobre vybavená len nám chýbal väčší nôž na krájanie. Inak všetko v pohode .

(8/5): Hôtel à petit budget à l’écart de l’agitation de Chania - L’hôtel est super bien situé - dans une petite rue calme, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de l’arrêt du bus qui va à Chania. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés à proximité, ainsi qu'une petite épicerie. Les équipements sont simples, mais suffisants pour quelques jours. Ne prévoyez pas de cuisiner, il n'y a pas d’ustensiles nécessaires, mais avec tous les restaurants dans les alentours qui ont des prix plus qu’abordables (mention spéciale pour Piato) cela ne devrait pas être un problème. Nous avons réservé un appartement avec deux chambres, et avons reçu un appartement où il y avait juste une chambre et deux lits mis dans le salon. Vu que c’était pour un court séjour et le prix raisonnable nous n’avons pas voulu faire des vagues, mais j’espère que ce n'est pas une pratique courante. Et il y avait des petits moustiques, prévoyez un produit répulsif pour la nuit et surtout n’ouvrez pas les fenêtres!

Neighboring restaurant Talos is the greatest in town. Definately check it. And we could use washing service which we really needed ;) (4eur) Nice beaches nearby. The room window was to a wall, and the "balcony" is not cozy to sit in, because people from other rooms walking by your room. The parking is not by hotel, you need to look for parking place in the nearest street, not far, 1-2 min by walk

• Brigitte (5/5): Hotel laut, keine Privatsphäre am Balkon, Zimmer für 2 Personen eng, Nicht zu empfehlen. - Das Zimmer war sauber. Ich war im Hotel Niriis nur eine Nacht Ende Oktober. Da auf Booking bei allen Zimmern die gleichen Bilder zu sehen, weiß man nicht auf was man sich einlässt, bevor man hinkommt. Jedenfalls waren die Zimmer auf den Bildern viel besser, moderner und wirkten größer, als es dann in Realität war. Ich werde dort sicher nicht mehr übernachten. Zimmer und Bad waren extrem klein. Der "private" Balkon: ein großer Balkon für 3 Zimmer, mit Sichtschutz etwas abgetrennt. Aussicht nicht in Garten, sondern auf Flachdach. Das Zimmer war klein, hatte ein kleines Fenster und eine Türe, beide auf den Balkon. Man konnte weder Fenster noch Türe kippen. Offen lassen konnte man das Fenster auch nicht. Jede Person hätte durch das offene Fenster auf das Bett greifen/steigen können. Für mich ist es ein gravierender Nachteil im Sommer während der Nacht keine Frischluft zu haben und auch untertags alles geschlossen halten zu müssen. Auch das Bad war sehr klein. Ich bin schlank, da ist es gegangen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer zwar sauber, jedoch ziemlich abgewohnt. Der Kühlschrank muss auch schon recht alt gewesen sein und zeigte viele gelbliche Verfärbungen (kein Schmutz, aber unansehnlich). Zudem war der Kühlschrank laut. Es waren zwar wenige Gäste im Hotel, aber die Geräusche dieser Personen waren deutlich wahrzunehmen. Das Hotel liegt in einer engen Gasse, es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze für das Hotel, in der Hochsaison muss das Ausladen des Gepäcks sehr schwierig sein. Ich war Ende Oktober dort. Da ist es gegangen. Man hat mich auf den großen Parkplatz, ca. 5 min entfernt, verwiesen. Die junge Rezeptionistin war zwar freundlich, hatte dann aber doch Rückenschmerzen als es darum ging meinen Koffer in den 2. Stock tragen, auch meinen Rucksack musste ich selber tragen. (ich 60+). Immerhin heißt die Unterkunft "Hotel". Trotzdem ich meine Ankunftszeit ziemlich genau eingehalten habe, war der Kühlschrank nicht eingeschaltet.
• Petra Maria (5/5): Für einen kurzen Stop in Ordnung. - Gastgeber war top und es war auch sauber Parkplätze in der Nähe nicht vorhanden. der Raum war zu klein, die Eingsngstür ist gleichzeitig die Balkontür. Es kann nie richtig gelüftet werden.
• Peter (9/5): - Gute Lage. Die drei Strände sind sehr nahe. Sehr gute Busverbindung. Wir waren ohne Auto, und trotzdem sehr mobil, dank gute Busverkehr. Bei Nachbarn Hotel hat Grichische musik gespielt, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Nichts

• Esther (10/5): - We booked two nights here so we had somewhere to relax before a late flight. It was a great location, close to the beach, clean and very good value for money for the 4 of us. Nice balcony overlooking gardens and very quiet but near plenty of tavernas. Nothing to dislike

• LOUKIA (10/5): - Ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Είχε όλες τις παροχές και τα πάντα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα. Άνετο ντους, άνετα κρεβάτια και μεγάλος χώρος! Στα 150 μέτρα η θάλασσα! Πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης και εξυπηρετικότατοι οι υπάλληλοι. Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Το συστήνω!

• Alicja (10/5): Komfortowo i przyjemnie spędzony wypoczynek - Idealna lokalizacja- 4 minuty pieszo na plażę, podobny czas na dojście do restauracji, sklepy spożywcze w pobliżu. Pomimo tego jest to cicha okolica. Pokój z tarasem i zestawem wypoczynkowym. Niezwykle uprzejmą i pomocna obsługa, recepcja otwarta do późna. Codziennie pokój był sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane co 2 dni. Wygodne łóżka, miejsca do przechowywania. Trochę mało wyposażenia w kuchni - pokój przeznaczony dla 4 osób, ale brakowałoby zastawy czy sztućce dla wszystkich. Apartament raczej dla 3, a nie 4 osób.

• Maria (6/5): Buena relacion precio calidad. - Una habitacion sencilla con una cocina que te sirve para pasar el momento. Está bien para lo que pagué. Está cerca de la playa y de varias tabernas y una o dos cafeterias. La zona me gustó. Te dan un tendedero para colgar tus ropa mojada. Por foto había visto otro tipo de habitación. El balcón es una galería común a todas las habitaciones del piso.

• Tobias (9/5): Lovely holiday - Fabulous location short walk to beautiful beaches, pine forest and restaurants. Very friendly welcome. Apartments are large and clean. Shared balcony is a walkway to other rooms, private balconies are available. Facilities are basic, but all you need for a great holiday. Nothing, all good.
