• Charlie (9/5): The perfect location and the perfect sized villa with everything you need - The location is excellent, we had sea views and the villa is a 2m walk to all the restaurants, shops and market in the marina. The villa is large with 3 good size double bedrooms, two with good sized balconies. the kitchen is a good size and there are plenty of areas to sit down for dinner. It was very windy on our stay, but it was easy to be sheltered from the wind at the villa, to still enjoy the sun which was great, no real complaints, the villa was perfect for us.

• Christian (8/5): Mkt bra boende med fin närhet till det man önskar. - Mkt bra läge, härligt hus med bra faciliteter, trots grannar kändes det väldigt privat och avskiljt. Inga direkta fel tycker jag. Sängarna var lite i enklaste laget om man ska ha någon synpunkt.

• george (9/5): We had an excellent holiday and would recommend to others - Location was close to marina . It was private and clean . Toaster fused on day one . This was replaced the next day . There was dish washer tablets , toilet roll and a selection of shampoo and shower gel . There was not a good selection of glasses for wine . No dish towels to dry dishes . I had to ask for the complementary wine it was delivered next day.
• Ernst (8/5): - Super Lage, schõnes Haus, so ziemlich alles da was man braucht. Pool nicht beheizbar, daher für uns nicht nutzbar. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war anfangs ein Chaos. Wir hatten am Tag der Anreise noch immer keine Zugangsdaten zur Villa und wussten nichts. Der Vermieter verlangte anfangs von uns die Passbilder - jedoch bekamen wir wieder keine Zugangsdaten, daraufhin wollte er noch je ein Bild von unserem Pass. Wir schickten ihm alles mit großem Bedenken bezüglich Datenschutz. Wir waren dann schon in der Anlage und wussten nicht wohin. Der Start war alles andere als ein gelungener Urlaubsanfang😡

Lovely pool area, which the online - The property was clean, in a great location and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful week here. Nothing we didn’t like, we had a very comfortable stay here.

• Lynda (9/5): Brilliant villa for our girls long weekend away - The villa was a great size for our group of three and would easily accommodate 3 couples. The kitchen was well kitted out and we had plenty of towels available. The pool area is lovely and gets the sun almost all day. It is in a lovely quiet location with sea views from the balcony and perfectly located for a 4 minute stroll into Marina Rubicon. There is on road parking readily available near the entrance of the villa compound. The pool area does get a little bit dusty and this does make its way indoors. It wasn't a problem for us as we understand the island is always windy but if you were staying for a week or longer you might benefit from a mid holiday housekeeping service.
• TeeGee (9/5): A lovely place for a relaxing family holiday, in a superb location. - Information was sent beforehand giving instructions on the key collection. The guardian was responsive to our questions and needs. There were some basic kitchen items supplied and some extras which were really helpful: garbage bags, hand soap in bathrooms. Washing up liquid. Some pegs available for washing. Great pool, sun beds, towels, seating areas. Great location with many restaurants close by. TV options. Internet. We received a bottle of red wine and a bottle of Rose Freixnet. It would have been helpful to advise that the information would be sent via what’s App. But it arrived as promised. The kitchen utensils were basic, a medium glass bowl for microwave use, oven glove, grabbers, mats & coasters etc. would have been helpful. Some issues with internet but help was given and sorted when reported.

Kitchen could have more wine glasses, cups, bowls. Pool needs new filter. Pool manually cleaned. These did not effect our stay but would improve even more.

Contact with the host was easy and helpful each time. Lovely outdoor seated area and sunshade, comfortable loungers and fantastic pool. Beds comfy too and bathrooms clean and well equipped. Pool would have benefitted from mid-week clean. We had to scoop out dead ghekos ourselves. Unfortunately, my husband and I landed a week where there were very loud families on either side of us with screaming kids and loud music - all understandable for their enjoyment but ruined our peace and quiet.

• Rebecca (10/5): perfect Villa, perfect location. - Gorgeous Villa, spotlessly clean, lovely large pool and the location was perfect just a short 10 minute walk down to the marina with plenty of great restaurants. The owner was really helpful great communication, we had to check in slightly late due to some planned property maintenance but it wasn’t a problem, huge bedrooms and a real home from home, would 100% stay again. Nothing. Although it did say when booking there would be some kind of welcome pack with wine/free bottle of champagne which we didn’t get but the booking was last minute and not an issue for us at all.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - Beautiful villa with a fabulous pool area, three spacious bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom has a balcony with amazing sea views. Location is so close to the marina area, which has plenty of lovely restaurants, boutiques, and bars. Had an issue with a faulty key and we had difficulty accessing the complex at night , a 24 hr contact is vital in this instance. However. that said it got sorted thd next day and our stay overall was very enjoyable.

• May (10/5): Exceptional - The villa was beautiful and very spacious , was very well equipped, and had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, and laundry was very clean and smelt amazing. The pool area was perfect , and the swimming pool was very accessible ,had walk-in steps and a handrail , and the only thing I would recommend is an outdoor BBQ area. It is situated 2min away from Rubicon marina and close to all the shops and supermarket Hosts were very helpful and friendly ,they were always easy to contact . They were very kind and let us have a later checkout. I can't wait to go back again . Nothing it was perfect
