• Hans Martin (10/5): Tipptoppe, moderne Wohnung Nähe Bodensee - Tolle, moderne und sehr grosse Wohnung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, alles bestens! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstrasse, die Fenster der 3 Schlafzimmer sind in Richtung Strasse.

• Maria (10/5): - Es hat uns sehr gefallen,das Appartement ist modern und gut ausgestattet ,schöner Ausblick,Parkplatz und Aufzug vorhanden,ein freundlicher Gastgeber.
• Raphaela (5/5): Für den Preis enttäuschend und unfreundlicher Kontakt. - Die Wohnung hatte leider einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach altem Rauch, der permanent vorhanden war und auch nicht weggegangen ist. Zudem war es leider nicht sauber (Ofen voller Krümel, gelbe Spritzer vor WC...). Küchenutensilien wie Schwamm, Geschirrspültuch etc. waren nicht vorhanden. Zudem war der Staubsauger komplett voll, so dass wir nicht mal selber saugen konnten. Laut Vermieter sind Kaffee- und Teeutensilien vorhanden, diese haben wir nicht vorgefunden. Wir haben die Punkte dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, jedoch trotz mehrerer Versuche keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Für den Preis absolut enttäuschend und die gute Bewertung auf Booking absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.
• Marhoffer (8/5): - Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit großem Bad, toller Dusche und sogar Badewanne. Gute Betten. Schöner Balkon. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten Probleme die digitalen Türschlösser zu öffnen. Wir haben den Zahlencode zwar erhalten, welchen wir analog eingegeben haben. Allerdings ging die Tür nach Eingabe nicht auf. Keine OK oder " Bestätigen" Taste vorhanden, so hat es einige Zeit und Versuche gedauert bis wir herausgefunden haben, dass man unten mit der Glocke-Taste und oben mit # bestätigen muss. Bei der Kälte etwas unangenehm.

Lots of space for a family group to relax, a great kitchen and excellent facilities. Good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in walking distance. Great base to explore Lake Constance.

• Talea (10/5): A wonderful apartment by all standards — I highly recommend it! - The apartment was wonderful by all standards — clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had parking, air conditioning, and all necessary services. The host was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with all daily essentials such as tea, coffee, and cooking necessities. A small note: the pillows were not up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment. They just need to be reconsidered in terms of quality or type
• Bassel (10/5): Exceptional - It was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places that I have ever stayed in. The location is on a semi-main street, which makes you feel the life, yet without much noise. The flat is top of the notch, smart, wide, clean, and fully equipped one. It would have been the place of dreams if there was a Lakeview. However, the views of the mountains make up for that.
