La atención personal para confirmar nuestra llegada o estar a disposición si lo hubiéramos necesitado. Algo que ya escasea en Booking. Por decir algo, el ruido de los coches que pasaban por la carretera más próxima, molestaba un poco para dormir.

• Pavlína (9/5): Moderní ubytování v centru historické části přímo pod Montserratem. - Hostitel na nás čekal (něco jsme se opozdili s dojezdem), byl velmi přátelský a vždy maximálně poradil a vysvětlil, co jsme potřebovali, Vynikající místo pro ubytování pro návštěvu Montserratu - kousek od nástupu na zubačku na Montserrat a také od vlakového nádraží (cesta do Barcelony trvala necelou hodinu, zpáteční jízdenka stála cca 14 EUR). Není co vytknout.

On arriving, he met me and handed me the keys and sent me the location of the supermarket. The apartment was perfect and the town is beautiful - the perfect place to stay if you are planning on going hiking up Montserrat!

• Phil (10/5): Great location, just walked up the road to get the rack railway, lovely apartment full of features. - I was met at my car, and escorted to the property. Great as I could not find it in the rain! Maybe a sign on the property to make it a little clearer that I was in the right place. Better instructions for parking, which was just past the property but free.

• Sally (8/5): Great host, fantastic location. - Location was great. Just a ten minute walk from the train station. Great host, kindly left coffee pods in room. No blind at the bedroom window. Hot water tank didn’t hold much water so had to be quick in the shower.
• Olga (8/5): Very good - It is clean and neat apartment. Small, but comfortable. It is located next to center of the village. Owner was very helpful and nice. When we arrived we have found coffee capsules and water, it was nice. When my husband went to take a shower, he ran out all hot water for less than 5 min. But after 20 min break, hot water came back again. Windows are thin, so in winter apartment could be bit cold.

• Rehan (8/5): Cozy place with free parking and nice owners - The owners were extremely kind, flexible, spoke English (on phone and Whatsapp), and helped accommodate to our schedule on arrival. They also helped make sure needs were met (needed a second towel). There was free parking, but multiple stairs away. There was enough room for two and luggage. The location is close and walkable to several restaurants, but they might not be open. Expect to drive to the main attraction in the area or one of the other means. The unit is a floor down so expect to carry all your luggage a flight through a narrow stairs. The hot water ran out quickly. Shower splashed water all over the bathroom as there was no door. The washer had multiple error codes which required resetting the wash to get them done. Due to these delays, the clothes didn't hang dry (there is no dryer).

• Mjl (10/5): A delightful village and the perfect location for exploring Montserrat - We had the perfect host who was in contact with us several days before we arrived to make sure our check in would be smooth. Monistrol is the ideal place to stay to be able to have a full day at Montserrat and the location of this apartment was an easy 10 min walk to the funicular. The apartment is newly renovated, so the host is in the process of fine tuning some small glitches and welcomed our feedback. It is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It will definitely become a very popular choice for travellers to the area.
