• Guest (5/5): Desastre - La piscina por decir algo La casa se alquila por habitaciones que incluso tienes que compartir el baño con otras personas que no conoces de nada y el paston que te vale una noche como si durmieras en un hostal, con un misero ventilador porque no tiene ni aire acondicionado y tampoco ventanas al exterior por no decir que tienes que bajar tres plantas hasta llegar hasta tu habitación por mi parte no merece pagar ni la mitad de lo que nos costó ya que las primeras parejas ya estaban ayi acoplados y ni tan siquiera podíamos meter una botella de agua fresca en la nevera ni mucho menos cocinar porque eran los dueños de la casa y las terrazas y de todo osea un desastre no repetiría nunca aquí por si le sirve a alguien de ayuda es como dormir en un albergue a precio de hotel 5 estrellas y por no quitar que para todo tienes que coger vehículo para desplazarte

• Esther (3/5): - Lo más impresionante y bueno son las vistas que hay hacia el mediterráneo. Buen aparcamiento en la calle. 1. Falsa descripción del anuncio ya que lo que te venden no es la realidad. 2. Ubicación incorrecta, estuvimos cerca de media hora perdidas por la urbanización, no coincide ni la dirección de la casa, ni la ubicación ni el nombre con el que tiene aquí. 3. Entrada a las 15h y salida a las 11h ni 24 h podíamos estar alojadas. 4. Abstenerse minusválidos y personas con movilidad reducida ya que la casa al estar en montaña son cuatro plantas llenas de escaleras. 5. Lo más impresionante es que la casa es compartida, nos enteramos allí mismo ya que no se explica esa información. Nosotras personalmente tuvimos suerte pq las otras cuatro chicas no estuvieron en todo el día pero ninguna intimidad hay. Se comparte salón, baños, terrazas y cocina la cual tiene un frigorífico de casa normal y no cabía todas las cosas de ambos grupos ya que en total éramos 15 personas. 6. Una urbanización muy tranquila, si el objetivo es divertirse, charlar y escuchar música, olvidarse mejor, ya que los vecinos son algo delicados con la música. 7. Pero el remate fue cuando vimos que no había piscina.... La piscina no está en la casa hay que bajar la calle como unos 70 metros y si son pocas las escaleras de la casa hay que sumarle como unos 100 escalones para bajar a darnos un baño en un clima más silencioso que en un entierro y por supuesto nada de comer, beber y fumar. 8. Si se quiere salir de la casa a divertirse pero sin vehículo difícil está la cosa con los taxis... Solo hay seis taxis en toda Almuñécar/herradura... Tuvimos que esperar una media de dos horas para poder volver a la casa. Recomendación: Leer los comentarios antes de reservarla y que no os enamoren las vistas... Pq al final aunque se consiga fotos preciosas seguro que hay mejores casas por la zona.

While the view is nice, that’s the only positive I can share. ❌ No air conditioning: Opposite to what’s advertised, there is no AC in the room. It was like a sauna all night, completely unbearable. There seemed to be an AC unit in the living room only , but we couldn’t get it to turn on.... it appeared to be broken. ❌ Ineffective, dirty fan: There was a fan on the wall, but when we tried to use it, it blew a ton of dust on us and did nothing to cool the room or provide fresh air...it was still boiling hot. ❌ No relief even with windows: We tried opening the window, but it was around 42°C outside, so there was no fresh air and the room remained stiflingly hot. ❌ Insects everywhere: The room had tons of cockroach-like insects and mosquitoes. I stayed up all night watching over my family so they wouldn’t get bitten. ❌ Shared, disgusting bathroom: You have to line up to use a shared bathroom with zero ventilation, leading to an unbearable smell. Otherwise this is is the WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD ON BOOKING. Other people that came ACTUALLY CANCELLED THEIR BOOKING. We do not understand why there are 10 star reviews on this listing. But I can tell you that all the low reviews are TRUE! My guess is that if people come very late at night and only for one night they do not see everything that we had to go through. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT IF YOU WANT PRIVACY. IT'S NOT TRUE TO DESCRIPTION. We booked the apartment for 3 nights. -No private spaces. No matter which room you book, you will not have a private bathroom, kitchen, or living room. Even if you book a room with a "private" bathroom, it is only accessible through a shared corridor and cannot be locked. We paid for a private bathroom, and guess what? Other people used it -Absolutely no privacy. The apartment’s maximum capacity is 13 people, and check-in is allowed at any time—some guests arrived at 2 am partying. -Everyone that comes is scammed that they will get private spaces for their use. Every guest seems to think they’re getting private facilities. During our stay, new guests arrived, were shocked to see us, and we constantly had to explain ourselves. -No soundproofing. You can hear everything-even people sneezing in next room. -Misleading photos. Some rooms are in the basement with almost no windows (not like in pictures). -AC IS NOT IN ALL ROOMS! AC is not available in all rooms. We booked a "deluxe quadruple," and the AC control was located in the corridor. It controlled both our room and the neighboring one. Imagine turning it on while the neighbors want it off—instant conflict. Some rooms only have a fan. If you complain, they’ll tell you that AC falls under the category "GENERAL," meaning it only applies to the shared kitchen and living room (which do have AC). - wrong descriptions: No mosquito nets, coffee maker is not working, pans are dirty teflon chipped and etc.. No bins in rooms, and you have to go other floor to use the kitchen bin. There is only one bin in kitchen for EVERYONE. -Other guests took our food. No labels in fridge, total chaos. -the owner even allowed a random person to sleep in living room and didn't see a problem until we complained and said we will contact booking. -wrong location in maps.

• Maria (5/5): Overnight stay in herradura - The view was stunning. And living room with a kitchen was nice as well. The room was not so comfortable as of not Good beds The location was different as written on booking. This was enough frustrating as we came in the very evening and we decided to stay, but then we could not Enjoy the centre of herradura. There were another 2 couples and one family, so it was little bit strugling with common spaces.
