- Ana (2/5): - I booked and paid online to stay at this place, when I got there they said they did receive any payment or booking on my name and I showed the receipt of the payment I made through expedia and they refused to check me in, now I am asking for a refund, and they said to contact expedia and I did receive a message from expedia that can't refund my money because Ox apartment did not authorize it...I had a terrible experience with them and I ended up paying for another place to stay at.....Terrible and unreliable.

- Rio (8/5): - Love the apartment, the proximity to the campus, shopping mall, sports complex, food courts etc... all the amenities and supplies were provided. I just wished i had been informed well in advance on the steps to follow in order to access the property. This had costs me a night payment for nothing, and had to pay extra to spend the night in another hotel. But overall, it is a lovely place to stay... it just feels like home away from home. Great for a family. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Suva looking for a home away from home. Thank you oxford apartement.
