• Phil (1/5): Just awful - The only good thing about this place is the location. **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING** This place is not as it is advertised. It is old, smelly and cold. It looks like this is someone’s house that they try to rent out to make a little bit of money. There’s holes in the walls, it is filthy and really put a dampener on our whole holiday in Japan. We stayed for one night out of the 6 we were booked in for because we couldn’t find somewhere else to stay in a pinch and that was more than enough. Stains on the blankets, hairs on the beds, old lipstick on the duvet covers, smelly pillows… I could go on here 😬 Really disappointing for the amount of money they charged.

• Alin (3/5): 經過這次的經驗，真心建議：多花一點錢住飯店 - 1.入住一樓，門鎖老舊,大門鑰匙一轉就斷,真傻眼！幾番波折後，終於聯絡到民宿老闆，最終賠償5000日幣,作為重新打鑰匙的費用。 2.有一間房間的對外紙窗門，有好幾個破洞，（網站照片是經過修改，現場的紙窗破好多洞），都可以看到外面，風也會吹進來，很冷也很沒有安全感.，而且是用和室房改造，桌子下方的洞還在，只是放上兩張床，一不小心可能會踩空跌倒，而且彈簧床超級軟一踩直接到地板。 3.另一間房間的床是用兩張床疊起來，下方的床老舊不堪，看了真的很恐怖，感覺很髒。 4.浴室的窗戶是像百葉窗那種，但是是玻璃材質，坎入的不能關閉，從外面有可能會看到裡面，而且是入住1樓，洗澡洗得很不安心。 5.主臥房有一小格窗戶跟廁所窗戶一樣，風吹進來很冷，無法關閉。

• Sl (6/5): Good location apartment, need to improve cleanliness - - The apartment is located near metro station (about 5 minutes walk). - There are convenient stores and restaurants near the apartment. - Clear instructions were sent on how to check-in and access the apartment. - Bed sheets were not clean. It was full of hairs. - Beds were too soft. - The paper on the traditional sliding door, which connected to the small garden, was torn. And it became very bright in the room after sunrise. Need some maintenance on that. - There are stains of laundry powder at the top part of the washing machine tub.
• Siva (10/5): Marvellous location and great place. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay there! - Very spacious for a family of 4. Very convenient location with restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, coin laundry, supermarket and subway station all within a few minutes walk. You can even walk to Shinjuku Station in approx 20 minutes. Self check-in was very easy. The owner was very responsive to our needs and there was even cooking oil provided, in addition to other necessities. The shower and bath was excellent, beds are comfortable too. The washing machine was also very efficient. The master room could have had its own heater as it was noticeably colder than the other rooms due to the layout.
