• Валерія (10/5): Рекомендую - Гарний будинок ,чисто ,все є :рушники ,кухня з посудом . Центр далекувато,в найближчих магазинах не все є та і дорогувато ,тож робіть закупи заздалегідь
• Mao Anselmi (9/5): - La posizione centrale ma nello stesso momento lontana dall'affollamento del centro di ksamil e comunque vicina ad alcune belle spiagge in particolare la spiaggia di pema e thate, il terrazzo con vista sul golfo.
• Annalisa (7/5): - Ottima posizione si può arrivare al mare a piedi lasciando la macchina dentro al cancello di casa. Il breve tratto sterrato per raggiungere la casa.

• Andrea (7/5): Gruppo vacanze a Ksamil - Spazi ampi e ben distribuiti per il nostro gruppo (tra adulti e bambini eravamo in 13 persone). Ottima posizione. Gestori super disponibili e gentilissimi Impianti non troppo efficienti e bagni migliorabili.

• Marius (4/5): - Recomand stațiunea dar nu Vila Osmanaj.Personalul și facilitățile lasă mult de dorit Am fost acuzați la plecare prin mesaje de către propietar că I am furat vesela și i am distrus capul de dus și sapuniera( în situația în care acestea nu existau.In coșul de la baie erau hârtie igienică folosita iar pe furtunul de la dus era un smoc gros și lung de par înfășurat pe furtun.Site la geam nu existau iar noaptea ontra pisicile peste noi în pat.Ligurile si furculițe erau pentru copiii nicidecum pt adulți. Într un cuvânt nu recomand.

• Palo_KNM (10/5): - Výborná lokalita. Kúsok od pláže. Mimo hlavného ruchu mesta a zároveň s krásnym výhľadom na mesto. Večerné posedenie na terase úplne super. Úžasný majitelia ochotný vždy pomôcť a poradiť kde sa oplatí ísť, ktorá pláž v okolí má svoje pre a proti... Aké atrakcie v okolí navštíviť. Porozprávali sme aj o Albánsku. Ako tu ľudia žijú... Čistotu ubytovania musím vyzdvihnúť ako aj pravidelnú výmenu uterákov a posteľnej bielizne...

• Inna (9/5): Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості, приємні господарі, котрі намагаються зробити ваш відпочинок комфортним , гарні крає - Красиві краєвиди, що відкриваються з веранди, приємні господарі , 3 ванні кімнати на 3 спальні ( знімали окремо будинок на компанію з 3-з сімей ), заміна постільного та рушників кожні 3 дні👍 За 10 днів перебування у нас ні разу не прибрали кімнати . Та частина міста , де розташовані апартаменти не має асфальтованої дороги, але це вже питання скоріш до міської влади )

• Delna (10/5): Exceptional - The location is near the beach ⛱️ side, we had a good time there. They provided the kitchen facilities, and the rooms and everything was clean and good.

• Allaman (4/5): not for a family stay. - I’d say the location is good, very close to beach we were left feeling like we were an inconvenience for the owners. Couldn’t use extraction fan for some reason, on the third day of the stay landlady took herself hand towels away and didn’t provide any more, so had to to use literally one towel for all body. When asked to have some , told that she doesn’t have any. No water to cook, we were given one tub at the begging of the stay. No washing machine, tough when asked it was said that there is one. No batteries in tv remotes.Not to be petty but if you rent out a property then give people some privacy, we where overlooked, most of the time, that left us anxious and feeling bad that we’re not welcome at all.
