A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

- JOSE LUIS (10/5): Apartamento fantástico en un entorno fabuloso - Estuvimos en Casa Adriego entre el 22 y el 29 de julio. El apartamento es fantástico, cuidado hasta el último detalle. Es precioso, cómodo, funcional, espacioso y con todas las comodidades que pudieras esperar, además de contar con unas vistas fantásticas y de estar todo super limpio. La cocina dispone de todo el menaje y electrodomésticos necesarios, incluyendo lavavajillas. La urbanización es muy tranquila, con una gran piscina y un césped cuidado. El ambiente es muy familiar, con gente que repite vacaciones año tras año. En las inmediaciones se pueden visitar infinidad de pueblos y realizar excursiones por el monte, y la atención de Sandra ha sido fantástica en todo momento. En definitiva, una experiencia de 10 que merece la pena repetir. Todo estuvo bien.
- Christian (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and cannot thank Sandra enough for how helpful she was with her responses to any questions at any time day or night We just about get by with some holiday Spanish in more tourist locations, but with Sandra's guidance on where to eat etc and an app translator, we managed perfectly well The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, mountains, farmland (cornfields) and woodland as far as the eye can see We hadn't realised there was no air conditioning, but it seems less common in this part of Spain for good reason; despite the days being hot (and therefore the pool a very welcome amenity), the evenings were cooler with a nice breeze through open windows, plus there are fans if needed This was a part of Spain we had not previously visited but I would highly recommend it
