• Essa (6/5): A great location, but the apartment needs better cleaning and urgent plumbing fixes - The location of the property is excellent, and the apartment is a decent size for a family of four. Having two toilets was convenient. The overall cleanliness was disappointing — there was a strong smell throughout the apartment and especially in the corridor between the lift and the unit. The sink was not fixed properly and water would get stuck, and the shower was also not functioning well. Overall, the toilets clearly need plumbing maintenance. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and proper fixes, this could be a much better stay.

Safe area and apartment was secure The kitchen was fitted out with good amenities and a washing machine Heating was good No exhaust fan working in the bathrooms and smelt badly. The sofa bed in the lounge was a joke and dangerous - I had to pay for alternative accommodation for one of my sons as it was completely unsuitable to sleep on, let alone sit on Nowhere comfy to sit and relax in the evenings. Says up to 5 people can stay, - The furniture would need upgrading to cater to this. I stayed with my 2 adult sons Very Noisy with planes flying directly over, Need to keep the windows shut.
• Nasser (10/5): Exceptional - Warm and clean apartment in a quiet and safe area, not far from London's attractions. Before our arrival, there was a malfunction in the hot water, but Mr. Tom dealt with it very professionally and promptly and carried out the necessary maintenance, and upon our arrival everything was excellent. The check-in procedures were very clear and quick. If I visit London again, I will not hesitate to stay in this apartment. Nothing

In advance of our rental the owner was attentive to a couple of minor questions we had. He also checked we had arrived ok and had settled in. Location is nice and quiet and was ideal for our trip.
