• Magdalena (7/5): Great in pictures, lacks in reality - This is a beautiful villa in a village where there's absolutely nothing going on. This is for people who want to have peace and quiet - just you and both of your neighbours since you can see and walk to both villas next door, see their pools and all. If you expected privacy, don't. The villa is really nice thought with great beds and nice bathrooms. There were however more cons than pros considering the price - very easily fixable with a few changes from the owners side. Where it was lacking though was the terrible communication with the owner, who was the most unhelpful host ever. She sent some premade messages where she said you are family and have an amazing day and always asked if we needed something, I texted her what we needed, she said no, this is a holiday villa and not a hotel. Lol. If you offer accommodation in a country where you have to throw used toilet paper into a bin, I would expect a cleaner to take the trash out. Nope. There was no bin outside, nothing. So we took our trash outside, put it in a corner for the cleaner to take and it stayed there for the whole week of our stay. If there was at least a big bin, we could have disposed of it ourselves, but nope, were forced to look at our trash sitting in the corner. I even saw the cleaner once, she just took a broom, swept the yard outside around the pool and left, trash stayed where we put it. Very weird. Then I'd advise you to give your guests more toilet paper and some washing powder, and maybe some oil and salt as cooking essentials instead of the cheapest wine and coffee. That would be highly appreciated.

• Maarten (10/5): Mooie villa met vrij uitzicht - De accomodaties is schitterend gelegen. Vrij uitzicht vanaf het terras en het zwembad. Makkelijk bereikbaar binnen 15 min met de auto vanaf het vliegveld. Goed en snel contact met de host. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen en daarna te relaxen bij het zwembad. Geen opmerkingen.
• Adele (7/5): Frustrating as it should have been so lovely but the cold pool ruined it. Otherwise we would have given it a 9. - Nice location and views. Comfortable and clean Cold pool which wasn’t sorted until the day we left.

• StevensS (8/5): - Complete ruime accomodatie met van alles wat je nodig bent. Meerdere kussens beschikbaar om te slapen. Goede tv. (zenders wat onduidelijk) Vaatwasmachine incl middel aanwezig. Voldoende handdoeken en zeep. Parking privé achter hekje. Wat weinig schaduw plekken door ontbreken parasol. Maar dat is vast vanwege de wind niet mogelijk. De wastafels hebben geen werkende stop. Het water loopt weg. Een map met wat informatie over de accommodatie en apparatuur is wenselijk. Bedden wat kort. Schoonmaker wat lawaaierig. Praat veel via de telefoon tijdens werkzaamheden. Communicatie soms wat onduidelijk, maar redelijk vlot. Issues opgelost tijdens verblijf.

• Muñoz (9/5): Muy recomendable - Un buen alojamiento con muy buenas vistas, ideal para descansar. La ubicación es excelente y bien comunicada para visitar el resto de la isla. Además con una cocina muy bien equipada. En días con viento, es incómodo disfrutar de la zona de la piscina.

La casa está fenomenal, la piscina climatizada impresionante, la terraza con hamacas y la mesa a la sombra con sus sillas también comodísimas. Todos estupendo. La anfitriona muy amable nos ofreció recomendaciones para cenar en la zona.

• Anna (10/5): Our stay was perfect. This was our second time staying on of these villas. (Previously Villa Mandarina). Spotless, view - Villa is amazing. Cant fault anything.
• Kennedy (10/5): Exceptional - This villa exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, a beautifully heated pool, and all the facilities we needed. The villa was immaculately clean inside and out. When we encountered an issue with the front gate, Gloria, our host, responded promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption. The maintenance team followed up the next morning to complete the repair, impressing us with their speed and attentiveness. The nearby amenities, including a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and petrol station, were incredibly convenient. While a rental car is recommended for exploring areas like Puerto del Carmen, the villa's proximity to the airport (just 10 minutes away) is a huge plus. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa and look forward to returning in the future. It's an excellent choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay – you won't be disappointed

• Sinclair (10/5): Exceptional - The villa was exactly like the pictures with a great infinity pool for us to leisure in and around. Outside their was a dining area when the sun got too hot to sit in the shade but still enjoy the outside pool. Great villa. Gloria was a very good host and always answered questions or queries promptly. would most definitely stay again.
• Dawn (10/5): Fabulous view, superb pool & a great base for our family holiday with teenage kids. - We found the location of Tias to be a great base for exploring the island. The villa itself was spotless, very modern, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The pool with a view of the sea was beautiful (which was kept clean daily, every morning) & there was plenty of space for sunbathing too! We appreciated the BBQ area as well. Everything felt to be of very good quality & we were sad to leave! Comfy beds, excellent showers and a well equipped kitchen. Gloria communicated brilliantly with us before arrival & during our stay to check all was well. I would recommend hiring a car (there is parking at the villa), as we hesitated and originally thought we’d just use public transport, but hired a car from TopCars in the end & were very pleased we did, as it enabled us to explore the island properly. Overall, a brilliant villa in a superb location. Nothing!

The outside Terrance had 2 seating options , plus a little nook for nighttime if it’s windy. It felt so secluded from everything but being so close to everything. Showers were amazing always hot water & good pressure. Nothing it was amazing.

One of the biggest attractions is the pool and terrace, which are truly the best places to relax after a full day of exploring the island. After returning from discovering the beauties of Lanzarote, we looked forward to relaxing by the pool, which was always perfectly maintained and the water was pleasantly warm. The pool is large enough for swimming and refreshing, with comfortable loungers around it where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The ocean view perfectly complements the atmosphere at sunset. The terrace is another fantastic place to relax. It is spacious, modernly furnished, and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and ocean. The comfortable furniture and cozy atmosphere of the terrace make it an ideal place for an evening with a glass of wine or a morning coffee at sunrise. After a full day of adventures, we perfectly relaxed here and recharged our energy. The interior of the villa is clean and stylish, with everything you might need during your stay. Each room is carefully furnished and offers high comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is great for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. Overall, the atmosphere at VILLA PITAYA is very pleasant and welcoming. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, which contributed to an even better experience. Gloria in particular fulfilled all our wishes. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place on Lanzarote where you can truly relax and enjoy everything the island has to offer, VILLA PITAYA is the right choice. • Robert (10/5): Great for family’s - very chilled out feel and very open plan downstairs - we would recommend and stay again in a heartb - The property is beautiful and well kept - the pool is a welcome extra as is the bbq / garden area Nothing to dislike it’s beautiful ( only thing I would have changed about everything would have been extra pillows which I’m sure if we had asked Gloria would have sorted - she was fantastic

• Gemma (10/5): Amazing villa and host 100% perfect - The villa is absolutely beautiful with everything you need for your holiday all in one place washing machine ironing board dishwasher bbq facilities all the cooking things you need to make lunch evening meal ect … on arrival was greeted with a hamper of milk wine breakfast cereal crisp’s everything you need after a long plane ride .most days gloria would message me to see if I needed anything nothing too much trouble her attention to detail is outstanding.when we was leaving gloria left us a present of jams and different salas to take home and remember Lanzarote by ♥️my family only stay in villas as we like our own space and this was the best yet already looking to return thank you Gloria for the most amazing week Xx I can’t say I came across anything I didn’t like or would change at all everything was just perfect .
