• Jenny (8/5): Convenient. - The location was perfect for visiting family. The facilities were spot on Parking is a problem and a more permanent solution should be sought. A nearby nightclub kept the children awake.

• Lise (6/5): Its Ripley town centre and not for the faint hearted! £315 for 3 nights - very overpriced. - the location was ideal for our needs. the bathroom was very nice and modern, the shower was excellent. flat was very warm and heating easy to use. no loo rolls on the holder! we arrived to find only 1.5 rolls of loo paper and no more on the holder. no hooks on back of doors, there were food splashes and finger marks left on fridge door and cupboard doors. nowhere to put luggage in the bedrooms eg, a chair or suitcase table etc. no welcome pack such as fresh milk, for the price we paid i would have expected at least a bottle of wine as Lidl is just a short walk over the road? most rentals do this now as a bare minimum. no lamps in the main lounge/living area ie soft lighting etc. observed a drug deal taking place over the road on corner of Wall Street whilst seated (looking out the window) at the VERY dangerously dining table on wheels which is a health and safety hazard in itself - it needs to be condemned! very loud booming music going on late into the night from the nightclub a few doors down.
• Kevin (6/5): Convenient location, but... - The place is ok and convenient, but it could do with a little tlc and atd. There was only half of a loo roll for two people for two days, the amount of cutlery definitely needs addressing and a deep clean is needed in the kitchen cupboards, one glass was stuck so fast I was afraid it would break! I don't think there is enough seating for accommodation that says it sleeps 5, only 3 chairs available at the table and the sofa bed (which isn't comfortable to sit on). A lamp would be a useful addition in the lounge area. The double bed is comfy, the single beds are not. Overall it's a good apartment but just a few adjustments would make a world of difference. It would have been nice to have had milk left in the fridge, especially when you first arrive. Also tea and coffee could have been provided. For the cost per night, you expect a little welcome pack to be provided these days. The bins outside definitely need attention as they clearly had not been emptied for a very long time, overflowing and bags left at the side of them as nowhere to put them. This will become very unpleasant and unhealthy as the weather gets warmer!!
• Lucy (8/5): Lovely short break - Clean and well presented little flat. Looked to have been recently refurbished. Good location and surrounded by amazing places to eat. The Saturday night got a little noisy as the flat is next to a take away but the rest of the time we were there was quiet. Beds were a little firm but that’s personal preference.
• Gettings (8/5): Lovely little flat, clean with everything you need for your stay. Easy to access with shops and pubs - The flat was very nice with everything I needed for my stay. The place was clean, easy to find with places to eat out 2 minutes away. Perhaps the addition of a small lamp in the living room instead of bright ceiling lights. I would suggest a small gate at the top of the stairs as it would be easy to take a wrong turn when coming out of the bathroom and falling down the stairs. This is just a suggestion but otherwise the flat was great

• Ruby.star1 (5/5): Bella Ripley stay - Lovely, modern apartment - One Single bed was unstable and horrible to sleep on - tea bags in the jar were yellow - The fridge had condensation water everywhere - direction of finding the apartment was not clear on description that it was a alleyway which we didn't feel safe as it had two entrances and the one closer to us did not have a door or anything to block it -

The owner was so nice and would check in to see how we were doing which was great! Clear instructions to get to the property once you found your barings. Really couldn't ask for a nicer place and people so thank you again!
