• Jian (10/5): The property is new clean stylish and comfortable. convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay. - The property is new and clean, stylishly decorated, got wifi and air-condition, comfortable and a beautiful garden. convenient location but we still got a car to go around. The place supply bath towel and beach towel but don't provide hand towel and face washer which is bit odd to me. Hand towel is small price to pay but it is necessity to have.

• Jackie (7/5): A very comfortable stay - Exceptionally clean and modern unit which was very close to the main road. It had a very well equipped kitchen with large fridge, cooktop and microwave. The decor was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Ceiling fan plus aircon was great. There were no instructions for operating the washing machine & dryer which would have been helpful. Dryer kept switching off after a couple of minutes. Safe did not work according to instructions on the door. As we had no cell phone coverage, we contacted Booking.com who arranged for Liana to sort these things out. Some spare bath towels would have been handy.

• Sylvia (8/5): Nice for a short stay - The location to the airport is great, the studio is modern and minimal. The shower was rusty - the shower holder was loose and detaching the shower from it made me a little nervous as it might break off.

• Margy (10/5): We'd book here again without hesitation. - Having a big fridge, everything was modern. Awesome bathroom. We loved having access to a washing machine and dryer. We didn't need to use the dryer. We used the drying rack. Thank you Liana and sister. Thank you for the fruit and aloe drink. Very grateful. Low water pressure. Took double the time to shower but it would have saved water.
• Nancy (10/5): We had the best time at the studio and would highly recommend. - The communication from Liana leading up to the trip was great. When we arrived host Maria was absolutely so lovely and helpful to us. We are so grateful for her and Mary's generosity towards us. Started our trip off the best way. We loved the location and how private the area was. The studio was fantastic, the facilities were amazing! All the little details of the villa made us feel so at home. Having air con and the fan we were so grateful for and it was much needed. The studio had everything we needed and more. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rarotonga. Thank you again Maria and Mary- we will never forget your helpful hearts for us first time travellers. There was nothing we didn't like about the villa. We loved everything about it.

We had an issue with the hot water and the host fixed it on a public holiday in 30 minutes of us sending the message. The location was great a 10 minute walk to the beach and the room was clean and modern I little far from the main township would need a vehicle to get there, to fare to walk. but we had a car so this was not a problem for us

We landed in Rarotonga in the early hours of the morning so the quick drive from the airport to the accommodation came in very handy. We are pretty fussy with beds but we found this bed to be one of the most comfortable we slept on. Parking was great. Communication with the host was great and informative.

• Harald (9/5): Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Sehr schöne Lage, der Strand ist sehr nah. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Lebensmittelladen. Bushaltestelle 1 Min. zu Fuss. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

• Keely (10/5): Beautiful room and perfect studio getaway with your spouse. - I enjoyed how the studio had everything you could need. Washing facilities, iron + board, cooking facilities. Amazing bathroom, walk in wardrobe and outdoor patio. Wish I could of stayed there longer
• Rosanne (10/5): Very happy once we gained access to the property . Lovely and modern - The property was lovely . Very spacious and clean . All the luxuries of home . There was no meet and greet as stated on your site . Finally rang and was told there was a hidden key to access the property after realising no one was going to come . Also in your important information we were told we needed a $500 cash deposit for damages . This also was not the case as they just need card details .
• Myah (10/5): BEST TIME OF MY LIFE! - What didn’t I like about the property… modern, the most amazing host, super clean & well maintained, close to the city & beach spots, well priced for a fully equipped & functional space. Honestly absolutely worth every single penny, already looking at the time I’m back!! Loved everything

Close to several restaurants and town. - Very clean and tidy.Comfortable bed Great to have a washing machine and dryer Nothing really but some basic instructions on how to work the washing machine and dryer would have been helpful. A couple of small armchairs or seat cushions on the dining chairs would have made it a bit more comfortable.

We only stayed one night waiting for a flight home but will return for a longer stay. - The property was bright, clean, tastefully furnished and had all the facilities you would expect for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again. It's very close to Avarua, the Airport and the Hospital. We can't really think of anything we didn't like. Maybe if you were there specifically for a beach holiday, an ocean front place would be better but it's not far to walk to the the beach.

• Allison (10/5): Chic accommodations on a wonderful and friendly island. Super hosts! - We loved the friendly vibe of the neighborhood, the beautiful studio we stayed in, the comfortable bed, the amenities, and the location. It's close to the beach and near an amazing bakery/cafe. a gas station was on the corner so that made it easy to fill up before we returned our rental car. The studio is amazing and quiet, well designed. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately we arrived at 11pm and had to wait through customs so by the time we rented our car, we didn't get to our destination until after midnight. This was an issue because there were no lights on the property and there are no street lights so we could see anything and had never been to this island. Somehow, the messages from the property were not being delivered on Booking.com, so I didn't know where to find the keys, etc. I had to call the host at midnight and it was $4.50 per minute to use my cell phone. :(. Please turn on a porch light for your guests arriving.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Maria was so lovely and has done such a brilliant job with the studio- it is beautiful, modern, clean, spacious! There is even a room to put luggage in. Just a short walk away from Black Rock and Social Centre, with some of the most incredible snorkeling on the island. Lovely little deck outside looking onto the garden. Great to have mosquito net screens. It felt like every detail was thought about. Maria was so kind to offer us a lift as she was driving past us, she made us feel so warmly welcomed in Rarotonga, such incredible hospitality! A coffee plunger would be a great addition to all the other great cooking facilities.

Within walking distance to the beach and a food truck with the best fresh fish and chips - yellow fin tuna and marlin. Quite a bit of traffic going past often with curtains that did not block out lights at nighttime.

• Taylor (7/5): Nice and modern! Good for a short stay. - Location was perfect! Nice big bed. Accommodation is perfect for a short stay. Unfortunately the tv and wifi did not work. Washing machine was broken and the dryer kept turning off (had to listen out every time we used it, to turn it back on). Bugs would appear every night on the floor near the toilet. Could not use wardrobe draws due to an unpleasant smell.
• Fayrouz (10/5): Amazing stay - Very modern and clean and maria was an amazing host I did have a few issues with the water pressure and the washing machine and dryer didnt work however maria was able to fix the water pressure as soon as i raised it and also got all my clothes washed and dry cleaned. She was so quick which i appreciated so much

• Mark (8/5): A clean modern space in a good location. - Modern interior, large comfortable bed, great location 5 mins to beach, small shop at end of the road, restaurants in walking distance. Fantastic sunsets on the beach! Had to write down credit card number and give it to a stranger on arrival - didn't feel comfortable doing this, hopefully they destroy the form? Confirmation said free wi-fi throughout but it was a paid hotspot. Washing machine was broken. There is a safe but no information on how to use it. Cupboards over sink and extractor over cooker are designed in such a way that we kept hitting our heads on them. No coffee plunger (everywhere we stayed had one).

The excellent Booking.com rating is very accurate and we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was very well thought through in a nice, quiet location near Black Rock beach.

• Jingjing (9/5): Superb - Studio looks better than photos. Very clean and new only 9-month old. Also provides washing machine, dryer and safty box very convenient. Maria was very patient to wait for us quite late for check-in. Also gave us two coconuts the following day and gave us free ride to Muri beach. Booking message response was very quick. Studio name is not available on Google map so took some time to figure out the location on the first day. about 10mins walking to bus stop. Had some WiFi login issue on first night but solved the next day.

• Marina (10/5): Wonderful holiday - Maria was lovely, welcoming and friendly, she showed me around on the first day and I fell in love with the island. Beds are super comfy and I also enjoyed the company of two dogs on site. The privacy of the nearby beach is unmatched. I came for a relaxing holiday and got it 100%. Sunsets are stunning and it's close to restaurants on the west side. For more action on the east Muri beach it is very easy to access by bus. Everything is close, and easy to get around by bus! Nothing I can think of now.
