• Gretchen (10/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Sevilla - Very nice property in the heart of Sevilla. We had a lovely stay. The property was spacious and comfortable, and the fact that they have a nice rooftop and an extra bathroom on the 2nd floor is helpful for a three person stay. The property is clean and comfortable and the location was close to everything. There is an Aldi supermarket nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants. The price was treasonable and the accommodation was modern and pleasant. They do offer storage and digital check in when available. Everything was great.

• Lora (8/5): Bad Beds - Larger space, near tourist area and only one block to ADLI grocery and fast food. Air conditioner worked well. Clothes washer works with 90 % dry for clothes dryer combo. Wifi was good. Area was quiet at night. Hot water fluctuates and sometimes runs out. Beds are cheap and very hard. Difficult to get a good night's sleep. Owner ignores complaints about poor bedding.
• GIANFRANCO (5/5): - ottima la posizione, molto bella anche come è la struttura. intanto mettendo il numero civico per non girare a vuoto, sistemare il box delle chiavi perchè non funziona bene, il bagno troppo piccolo e scomodissimo, in cucina mancanza di cucchiai tovaglie e tovaglioli, il divano vecchio e sporco da non potersi sedere, i copriletto macchiati. soprattutto la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare e per finire manca il rapporto con la proprietà, ma ormai con l'intelligenza artificiale si pensa di poter sostituire le persone.

• George (10/5): Great apartment close to old town - Great apartment in a secure, quiet building. Plenty of room for family of four. Toiletries, soaps provided except hair conditioner and laundry. Nice rooftop for coffee or happy hour shared with the building but where we only ever saw a couple other people. Easy 10 minute walk through the old town to the cathedral with hundreds of cafes, restaurants, etc. along the way to enjoy amazing the Sevillian scene. 100 meters to Aldi, or 250 m to El Corte Ingles for groceries. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. Check in form sent with res confirmation on whatsapp needed to be filled out first to get building and apartment access details texted to us. Interaction via AI responses but with number to call if needed. Not the friendliest but functional.

• Anneke (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf! - In de stad maar toch rustig gelegen. Fijne bedden. Vlakbij de Setas en 10 minuten lopen van de Kathedraal. We konden, ondanks dat er schoongemaakt werd in het appartement alvast de koffers neerzetten, fijn geregeld en snelle communicatie.

Very central location, but the apartment is relatively quiet. their AI chatbot was a bit annoying, but they apologised and compensated us for it (programme is still under development)

• Nikola (8/5): - Dobar stan, ima sve sto je potrebno za porodicu. U samom centru i sve je lako za koriscenje pri uzimanju kljuca i svega. Preporuka Nije mi sw dopalo sve sve sto sam pitao nije moglo. Trazio sam 1h kasnije da sw odjavim umesto 11 u 12h nije moglo i striktno je receno da ne moze. Pritom su se nudili da nam pomognu pri rezervisanju flamenka i kada sam pitao nije moglo. Kada sam trazio da mi pomognu oko parki ga gde da parkiram opet nije bilo pomoci

• Monika (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen - Welches Frühstück? Im grossen Schlafzimmer waren neben dem Bett zwei Nachttischlampen, leider waren aber die Steckdosen auf der anderen Seite, also konnte man die Lampen nicht nutzen. Das Bidet hat auch nicht funktioniert. In der Küche war zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, aber da fehlte ein Teil, ( das Sieb )sodass sie leider nicht zum Einsatz kam. Die andere Kaffeemaschine war auch nicht einsatzbereit. Es gab auch keine Kaffeelöffelchen. Leider konnten wir auch die Terasse nichtmal ansehen, sie war geschlossen und konnte trotz Karte nicht geöffnet werden.Diese Sachen müssen in Ordnung gebracht werden.
• Damiano (8/5): Vacanza a Siviglia - Struttura molto Carina, casa pulita, spaziosa e comoda ben curata con tutti i comfort essenziali, personale molto disponibili via whatsapp, posizione eccellente la consiglio e quando tornerò a Siviglia alloggerò sempre qui. Una cosa devo dirla sé no tutto troppo perfetto. Whifi lento non molto efficiente e TV pochi canali e solo spagnoli la nonna era disperata .
• Angela (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The central location in the Old Town is very convenient for shops, sights and Seville is very walkable. The apartment is very clean and white and is generally well equipped ad has all mod cons. Very helpful team. We visited in January and found that while there is heating that the apartment a bit cold. There could have been more duvets provided. But would be a very good location in high summer. Cooking facilities are limited but then we ate out most of the time.

• Judi (6/5): It served its purpose but I wouldn’t go there again. - The location. Two minutes from the taxi stand. Almost everything was within walking distance. Second bedroom and second toilet were very very small. No windows in the living area.

Also, there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the apartment - out side of that, the stay was pleasant.

• María Esperanza (5/5): No volvería a ese alojamiento - Su ubicación Los baños pequeños, incómodos y no funcionaba bien la ducha en uno de ellos. El mando del aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal no funcionaba . Y se echa de menos una cafetera de cápsulas .
• Redondo Delgado (9/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE - Ubicación, terraza y zonas comunes, fácil check in y salida.. Unicamente añadiría un cierre de seguridad en el interior de la vivienda. Aunque pongas el pestillo que tiene por dentro, la puerta se puede abrir desde fuera con la contraseña, lo que resta seguridad. Estaría más tranquila viajando con niños si se que nadie puede entrar ni salir si pongo el cierre.

• Claudia Patricia (8/5): La estancia en general fue buena. - Tiene una buena ubicación, cerca de los lugares de interés caminando y el apartamento es muy limpio. La bañera en uno de los baños es demasiado estrecha, lisa y peligrosa; además, el espacio de ducha en el baño auxiliar es muy estrecho. Podrían mejorar la comunicación con el huésped ya que en el momento de una inquietud, solicitan que uno se comunique no por WhatsApp sino por llamada local, lo cual es muy difícil para quien no sea residente en España. Tener en cuenta que para 4 huéspedes es insuficiente una sola llave.

Spacious apartment for a family of four. Well equipped kitchenette. Very helpful tips by the hosts for restaurants and bars in the city - super helpful to avoid the tourist traps. The beds were a tiny bit uncomfortable. Some noise in the evenings, but nothing too inconvenient.
• Matthew (8/5): Perfect if you've come to sight see with a great location and everything you need. - Apartment was very spacious and had just about everything you could possibly need in it. It had more facilities in it than our own home! The location was excellent with easy access into the old town. Very secure and very clean. Value for money compared to what you pay for a 4* Hotel was excellent. Beds are very short, even in the double my feet stick out the end even when laid diagonally. The TV kept loosing signal and so left with a blank screen most the time (Not really important as not come for TV). Yes there are windows in property but it felt like there wasn't.

• rosa (8/5): Buono - Ho soggiornato nel mese di ottobre con una amica. Nessuna difficoltà ad accedere all’interno, nonostante non ci sia personale fisicamente presente, tramite l’utilizzo dei codici L’appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, è situato in un complesso tipico della città con affaccio nel patio interno e presenta cucina con soggiorno , due camere e due bagni quindi molto comodo per la privacy di ognuno. La Posizione è centrale e con accanto tutti i servizi necessari. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo. La pulizia era adeguata ma a guardare bene non così profonda. Spesso si sentiva odore di fogna nei bagni ma credo sia un problema della città . A volte rumoroso, probabilmente le pareti sono sottili e si sente tutto quello che accade negli appartenenti attigui.

Proprio nel centro a due passi dai principali monumenti I cuscini,il piano cottura non perfettamente funzionante in quanto le segnalazioni led rotte. Ambedue i saliscendi delle docce rotte. A lato del letto matrimoniale mancano le prese delle abatjour.

• Roberto (10/5): Great stay and saved us from being stranded in the city - Booked this place last minute due to another property that was meant to be hosting us letting us down and this place was able to accommodate us for 2 nights within the space of 3 hours during the fiera festival. The place is very nice and modern along with Aircon fitted throughout the property. It is also in a great central location with good transport links, restaurants and bars on door step A bit hard to find the place and address given was not exactly corrected and not working with taxi apps

• Heather (10/5): Great location in the Heart of Seville - Apartment was in an ideal location. Lots of stores, restaurants etc. Very much appreciate the elevator. Beds were European hard, but comfortable. Kitchen was nice and had all the cookware and amenities needed. All in all great place to stay. Street was a little busy and noisy, but we were in the main part of the city, so expected.

So many coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment was clean and generously proportioned, with plenty of equipment. The beds were extremely hard, and the springs could be felt as you lay down. The double beds were two singles mattresses together. Getting into and out of the apartment for groups is difficult as there is only one key card for one of the front doors.

A great great bonus was that the apartment had the essentials in the kitchen such as, coffee, sugar,salt, olive oil! It has a beautiful terrace! We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was 5 stars but the beds were very hard and the bed soffa difficult to bend!

The apartment's plumbing may have a design issue—one of the bathrooms emits a bad smell when the neighboring unit uses its toilet. The wall is extremely thin; you can hear everything from conversations and swearing to snoring (all night long), which makes it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs

Unfortunately, the room facing the street was extremely noisy due to construction work on a building directly opposite the hotel. Additionally, a bus line on the same street created further discomfort. The room's cleanliness was subpar. Moreover, the shower water turned cold after only 15 minutes, forcing the second person to endure an uncomfortable, frigid bath.

• Cetin (5/5): Passable - Very clean and big and in great area Service was terrible… they changed our keycard to not work without informing us whatsoever and we couldn’t get in the apartment so we had to wait two hours for someone to come let us in to the apartment. Very bad communication and no fault on our end.
