- Christina (10/5): Beautiful Home highly recommended - Lovely house well kept the beds were comfortable Clean and fresh everything needed loved the mince pies for when we arrived
- Gary (10/5): Couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. - The location is perfect. The property is immaculate with every mod con you need.
Extremely comfortable stay.
- karenholds (9/5): Stunning property, perfect location - Fantastic location, minutes from fab pub, cafe, beach, stunning castle and shop. House had everything we needed and more, just perfect, can't wait to return. .......nothing really village lanes were tiny so parking was a bit tight but a very tiny inconvenience in the overall experience
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was quaint and quirky. We loved it and would love to return. The location was amazing, ideal to walk to the beach We didnt realise we had booked for the long course weekend, so the road closures affected our plans slightly
- Ann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (9/5): Had a fantastic stay yet again. Great location, lovely house and fantastic to have free entry to the wonderful castle ri - Fantastic location and very spacious with a lovely open plan living/dining area. Nothing.
- Jaimie (7/5): Good location close to main beach - The location is excellent, the kitchen and bathroom were clean and the facilities within the downstairs of the property were great. The extra touch of having the free castle pass was thoughtful too. The bedrooms (particularly the main one) needs a little more care as it was very very dusty with lots of cobwebs. Nothing a deep clean and a new vacuum cleaner that works well wouldn’t solve!
- Gerard (9/5): A cosy dog friendly cottage in a quiet village with easy on foot access to the beach 6 minutes walk - A wonderful cosy cottage. Great set up with every detail considered. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfy bed with a lovely mattress and feather quilt and pillows. Great location, just a 6 minute walk to Manorbier beach, nice garden. Dog friendly. Lovely touches in terms of furniture, decor and comfortable chairs armchairs and sofa. We did bring throws to cover these but the hosts had a supply ready to use. Plenty of fluffy towels provided. A free pass to visit Manorbier Castle which is well worth a visit. There is parking for one car inside the gates (it is tight). All in all we had a lovely long weekend here and would thoroughly recommend. The only part of the garden we used for our two small dogs was at the rear of the property. We blocked the entrance to the front half, but a gate at the side of the house to the front part of the garden to contain the dogs as the front half of the garden wasn’t small dog secure would be a welcome addition. In the welcome pack there is no mention of a local vet and an out of hours vet which would be useful, especially as we did come across an adder on our travels.
- Kathryn (9/5): Fantastic cottage in fab location… - Fab location, within walking distance to beach & enjoyed pass to castle.
Very cosy & comfortable, with everything you need. Everything was great… my only suggestion would be an outside light in garden… struggled to see when putting dogs outside in evening
- Andrea (8/5): Fantastic location for the beach, castle and coastal path. Would recommend. -
- Johanna (8/5): Very good - Great for a quiet, relaxing getaway, very near the beach. A lovely, comfortable cottage with a private contained garden. Great place and would stay again- it just needs time and attention to a good clean. Kitchen, bathroom etc all clean and lovely, just a lot of cobwebs.
- Sian (9/5): Superb - Key safe
- Nigel (7/5): Lovely location. Comfortable. Care needed in bathroom! - Location was excellent The deep bath and dangerous access to shower. Garden furniture was grubby. The cottage needed airing.
- Lindsay (10/5): Manorbier - Beautiful village with everything you need, close proximity to beach, pub and shop. Pub food is lovely and welcomed our 3 dogs. House was spacious and well equipped. Would have loved to book again next year but the price has increased far too much which is a shame.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Faye (9/5): Lovely property in a great location - A lovely cosy property, there was a slight hiccup with the booking that was effectively resolved. We had a lovely stay and will be back. we couldn't find a mixing bowl to whip cream in... we did find a whisk though.
- Nicholas (9/5): Wonderful Location and fantastic cosy cottage. - Wonderful Location and fantastic cosy cottage. Very good value for money.
- George16 (9/5): Superb - Great location and a very clean cosy house
- Heidi (10/5): Amazing! -
- Derek (6/5): Disappointing property for the price - Spacious, quiet location and close to the beech Parking space was too small, dog hairs in lounge, lots of cobwebs and spiders around the house, some kitchen equipment wasn’t clean.
- Paul (7/5): Good - Superb quiet position near the Castle and coast. Plenty of space and heating/water worked well. Clean and tidy. The cottage was relatively basically decorated but I wasn't expecting a lot more. The coffee pot had a crack in it but otherwise the accommodation was well appointed.
- Fiona (8/5): Great location for a family holiday - Excellent location, you couldn’t be closer to the beautiful beach and right opposite the castle. There’s a pub just up the road and a local shop too. The place itself is spacious, and really warm. Not so much a dislike but would benefit from a few extra touches eg DAB radio and / or Bluetooth speaker, smart TV (though we get that not everyone goes on holiday to watch tv, it is useful when the weather is bad!). Could do with a deeper clean (a bit dusty/ cobwebby) but kitchen and bathroom were clean.
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Beautiful, relaxing fantastic location 5 minutes from the beach l. Band practice in building next door. We had kids with us and they got scared because drums and base were very loud.
- Gurdeep (8/5): Charming lodge - A charming eclectically decorated building. Walking distance to a small cove beach and Manorbier Castle. Just 15 mins drive to Tenby, but far enough to feel like a quiet village break. For a family of 4, it had plenty of space. Good wifi, need to switch on wifi enabled calling if you don't get phone signal. The oven markings were faded so had to google the settings. The wheelie bins for the recycling couldn't be found, it would be good if these were on the property.
