• Sandra milena (10/5): Excelente recomendación si quieres un lugar limpio, acogedor, ubicación cerca de restaurantes y supermercado - La zona excelente a pocos minutos del estadio, el metro está súper cerca, el apartamento es maravilloso tal cual las fotos.

• Heinzel (10/5): - Zależało nam na aby było blisko na stadion Bernabeu i było okej niecały kilometr cały czas prosto od apartamentu. Na Gran Via około 3 kilometrów. Także lokalizacja super spokojnie i można dużo zwiedzić na własnych nogach😊 Kontakt z wynajmującym świetny , bardzo pomocny człowiek polecamy.

• Bou (10/5): The apartment is clean and easy to access. The owner is kind and helpful. - Your was very clean
• Ayse (10/5): Great place to stay if you have business in the area - Many things: bathroom was a good size, the shower had good pressure, hot (not just warm) water. The kitchen had many utensils, dishwasher. Clothes rack to dry clothes. The staff/owners very approachable via WhatsApp. Although the stations were walkable distance, it was up hill so was a bit hard. But if you have mobility issues, you can catch a bus to the cuatro caminos station where they have lifts. There was a wardrobe with shelves to place clothes but not a hanger to hang dresses. Though there was a hanger near the door for coats - which I made good use of. Just an idea: it would be a great touch to have some dishwasher and washing machine tablets for guests. I brought mine as I am aware not every place offer those so didn’t have any problems with that.

• david (10/5): - La ubicación nos permitió movilizarnos bien y aparte había restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca. Nieves esta muy atenta a cualquier consulta.

• Alexandra (10/5): Acogedor y comodo - La ubicacion, la tranquilidad de la zona, todo limpio, bien acondicionado con todo lo necesario en la cocina y el banio para tener una estancia como en casa. Nos gusto mucho y seguro volveremos. La anfitriona muy amable y pendiente de todo, hasta nos dejo un parde detalles en la nevera! Nada, todo estuvo excelente, volveremos seguro.

It is in a residential neighborhood with bars and supermarkets nearby. Nieves is readily available and easy to communicate with. This is a great apartment to relax in at the end of the day and watch a movie after a long day in Madrid. I recommend this apartment.

Comunicación excelente con la propietaria, trato super super amable. El apartamento perfecto, con todo lo necesario, toallas, vajilla, cubiertos, cafetera, el equipamiento de la cocina increíble, y el baño también! Tele gigante. Aire acondicionado, ventiladores. Bonito gesto al dejar unas galletas y agua en la nevera. No puedo encontrar nada negativo. Un 10/10. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por todo Nieves! Nada, todo perfecto

• FAMILIA (10/5): Estancia perfecta, repetiremos seguro - Bien ubicado, con un Día a 2 minutos andando, sofa cama facil de abrir, menaje y espacio de sobra para poder cocinar y comer 4 personas, ventiladores en techo ademas de aire acondicionado, toallas y sábanas (que ademas olían súper bien), lavadora y tendedero, máquina de café, a 10 minutos de una parada de metro, bonito decorado, aparcamiento muy cerca en zona azul, y ademas de la amabilidad con la que atiende Nieves tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos un agua fresquita en la nevera y unas galletas para los niños Por poner un pero, diría que el espacio entre la cama de matrimonio y la pared es excesivamente estrecho y se hace incómodo pasar al otro lado de la cama

• Tatiana (10/5): - Nieves é super comunicativo/atencioso e sempre disponível. Desde a hora que embarquei até chegar ao apartamento esteve sempre a responder às mensagens enviadas. A casa tem tudo o que é preciso para uma estada de curta ou longa duração. A localização é excelente.
