- Fabrice (6/5): - Pas grand chose en fait ne m'a plus. Nous sommes arrivés dans un étage qui sentait la fumée de cigarette. L'hôtel est vieillissant comme sa décoration. Le personnel est froid et pas vraiment à l'écoute. Nous sommes arrivés de Paris très tôt le matin et étions à l'hôtel vers 6h30 pour un check in à 14h. Bien que des chambres étaient libres, rien ne nous a été proposé. J'ai dû demander moi même si l'on pouvait louer la chambre un peu plus tôt, ce qui a été possible en payant un supplément. Personnel trop commercial.

- Hoi Yee Jennifer (8/5): Receptionist with glasses was quite rude. - Facilities meaning pool and gym were great. The day that we checked in there was a young man and woman with glasses. I tried to speak some basic mandarin even though I booked through English and there was small issues in understanding which was easily remedied through google. The woman who wore glasses was extremely rude, rolling her eyes for not understanding me and unfortunately she worse a long coat that covered her name tag. Very unprofessional. The man was very kind. Aside from this I enjoyed the stay.

С кровати с таким идеальным бельем не хотелось вылезать вообще, полотенца тоже на высоте. Уборка каждый день. Сотрудники на ресепшене решали вопросы и просьбы в считанные минуты. Рядом с отелем метро, что тоже сыграло большую роль. Пробки в Пекине никто не отменял…. Спасибо отелю за все!!! Вернемся однозначно!

- Chen (4/5): Disappointing for a luxury hotel - Great location,close to a lot of attractions. High floor room with view to CBD. Really weird room arrangement. The desk lamp switch is located at the back of the desk, have to go around to switch on and off the lights. My hand is cut by the chair edge when moving it. Curtains are semi-automatic. You have to keep pressing the button to lower or rise the curtain.It takes 15seconds each time and the button is located far from bed so it’s really uncomfortable to press. Toilet is blocked so easily… My biggest concern for this hotel is the staff (through very nice and welcoming) microwave my takeaway in the plastic bag (not suitable for microwave) without any checking. It feels dangerous to stay…

Letto comodissimo, magari prevedere un cuscino un po' più rigido tra le opzioni, ma sono gusti personali. La vista città impagabile, anche se non tra le più "alte" disponibili in città, ma comunque degna! Menzione d'onore a Bill del box informazioni; ho avuto un problema con lettore di usb e me ne ha ordinato uno su internet e recapitato appositamente in camera. Bella anche la zona piscina e la jacuzzi e la palestra, estremamente attrezzata, forse più di quelle di altri alberghi in cui sono stato ospite. Nulla da eccepire.

Персонал не знает английский) Не учитываются пожелания гостей) К номеру никто не сопроводил нас, пока мы сами не попросили нас проводить. Так как было не понятно даже какой у нас этаж. Номера древние. Сплит система работает через раз.

- SIANG NGEE (5/5): - Quite close to Tianammen Square, Forbidden City. Room ( M Deluxe) was somewhat old, and in need of some make-over. Spacious, but control of the air-cond takes some getting used to Many front-line staff unable to speak English, except for a young Russian girl. Breakfast was so so, adequate but lacking in quality. Told staff to top-up peach-compote( all finished by 9.45am), bowl taken away, but left restaurant after waiting for another 10 minutes.
