Only a minor thing and definitely wouldn’t put us off from coming again, but as a British person, we’d love a kettle!

• YUKI (9/5): 最高 - 綺麗で立地も良かった！お皿やコップもあり良かった！4人で泊まれるところは少ないので助かりました！ バスタオルが1人1枚しかなかったので、洗濯が追いつかなかった。2枚あると有り難かったです！洗面所や台所のタオルも1枚だったのでもう1枚替えがあると良かったです。
• Fruzsina (10/5): 1 night for 4 people in the apartment - ENG: Flexible arrival, clean apartment, comfortable bed and sofa. We were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment before check-in, which was a great help to us. The four of us spent one night in the apartment, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. HUN: Rugalmas érkezés, tiszta lakás, kényelmes ágy és kanapé. A bőröndjeinket a becsekkolás előtt elhelyezhettük az apartmanban, ami nagy segítség volt számunkra. 4-en egy éjszakát töltöttünk a lakásban, az ággyá alakítható kanapé is nagyon kényelmes volt. -

• Qaiser (9/5): Cozy, comfortable scandinavian experience - It was very clean, simple scandinavian design apartment. Comfortable stay for us and the kids. It's in a residential building and quiet hours start from 9 pm. Which was good for us, as we wanted kids to sleep early. City center was just 5 mins walk away. There was a big playground. Kitchen had Moccamaster, we felt like home. Kitchen was were equipped. Host was really nice, they prepared the place early for us and also gave extra time for checkout (which we didn't use) but it was nice to hear from them we could stay late as there was no other booking and cleaner would come later in the day. They didn't demand any extra charges for that, which tell the host is a nice and welcoming person. So if you need some extra time, don't hesitate to ask, also pay for it you want to, host seemed nice person. If I have to pick something, then kitchen towels were not there. Otherwise, all good.

• Adriana (10/5): - The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. It's close to the center, has parking and it is a quiet area. We felt at home, warm, cosy.

• Irmelin (8/5): - Siisti, keskeinen sijainti. Rauhallinen talo. Mikrokupua puuttui, ei saatu pyynnöstä huolimatta. Ei ollut silittämismahdollisuutta. Yksi vapaa vaatekaappi pitäisi olla. Kansio käytännön asioista puuttui.
• Catalina Maria (10/5): - TODO! La ubicación es genial, a solo 3 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento está muy limpio, y tiene todas las comodidades para hacer que la estancia sea inolvidable! La comunicación con la anfitriona es simplemente magnífica! Llegamos al apartamento a las 21:30 aprox y no tuvo ningún problema en que hubiese alguien en el apartamento para entregarnos la llave y explicarnos todo el funcionamiento. Incluso solicitamos si podíamos salir del apartamento a las 15:30, ya que nuestro vuelo era de tarde y tampoco nos puso ningún tipo de problema. Si volvemos a Rovaniemi, repetiremos sin duda! Nada! Nuestra estancia fue simplemente genial. No puedo poner ningún comentario malo ni nada que no me gustara.

The TV had no sound, but it was not a problem for us, because having so many attractions, we did not bother about it. The window handles are suitable for repair - they fall out. Contact with the owner is fantastic - we could leave our luggage earlier before our day began. Thank you
• Danielle (10/5): Brilliant stay and perfect location - The apartment was perfect so warm and comfortable it had everything you need , brilliant location just a few minutes walk to the centre. There was a cafe just down the street where you could go ice skating and have a hot drink.

The apartment is too small for a family of 5, and there is no place to sit in the living/TV room when the sofa beds were already laid/extended out. Couldn't check-in earlier than 4pm although notice of early arrival was provided.
• Ellie (9/5): An overall great stay! - The apartment was in a great location only a short walk from the main areas and the bus stop for Santa Village. My partners daughter was ill on our final day and the host allowed us a later check out as we weren't flying until the evening! Fabulous service and would definitely stay again! N/A
