Proximité de transport (bus et métro et navette maritime à 20 mns à pieds), endroit calme et agréable, chambre en alcove séparée de la pièce à vivre. Commodités à proximité (commerces, banques, pubs, parcs,..). Ménage proposé en cours pour un séjour long. Grandes Serviettes de toilettes fournies. facilité d'accès (instructions claires) manque quelques rangements (étagères) pour un séjour de plus de 3 jours, surface parfaite pour un couple mais trop juste pour 3 personnes et salle de bain (douche, WC et lavabo) étroite pour grand gabarit. Pas de contact avec le loueur, (par contre, réponses toujours assurées par message). Manque du petit linge (torchons, essuie-main, sortie de douche, à prévoir pour un séjour long)

• Zsófia (8/5): Great stay, nice place - It was clean and modern, simple but enough. I would definitely recommend this place for stay. The area is really nice, the road is a bit busy but not very noisy. Easy access, good room, easy communication. The room is rather for 2 people than 3, it is quite compact and for a family of 3 it's fine but for friends not necessarily ideal.

• Lucy (7/5): Great location and very clean. - Amazing location for central Fulham, spotlessly clean. No air con or fan so room was boiling but lots of noise from main road if we had the windows open during the night.

Fica a menos de 10 minutos a pé da estação de metrô e pontos de ônibus. Local com muitos restaurantes, bares e cafeterias. Bairro super seguro! Apartamento super limpo! Tudo muito organizado! Apesar de pequeno, dormimos super bem!(3 pessoas) dá para 4 dormirem. Custo benefício excelente! Parabéns ao anfitrião! Se voltarmos a Londres, será nossa escolha de estadia. Obrigada!

Esto no es un apartahotel, es una habitación minúscula que no se corresponde en absoluto con lo anunciado. Se supone que era para tres personas, pero había una cama doble y un sofá cama durísimo, incómodo y claramente insuficiente para que duerma una persona adulta (medimos 1,70 m, no somos especialmente altas). El baño es ridículamente pequeño. Cero comunicación con la casera, nada accesible ni resolutivo. Para colmo, la nevera hace un ruido fuerte aproximadamente cada hora, lo que por la noche te despierta constantemente e impide descansar, y además no se puede desenchufar. El precio es extremadamente caro para lo incómodo que resulta todo. Desde luego, no volveremos cuando regresemos a Londres ni lo recomendaremos a nadie.

• Alicia (5/5): 5 noches 2 personas - La ubicación fue un acierto total, la cama era cómoda aunque tenía una especie de botones en algunos sitios y que en caso de querer usar la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario. Lo primero que no nos gustó es que las fotos no coincidieron con lo que en realidad nos encontramos, la sabana de la cama tenía una mancha no sabemos de qué, para entrar a la ducha tenías que entrar de lado porque no coges y las piernas cuando estás en el WC te chocan con el lavabo.

Check in was easy as everything was done with electronic keypads. Honestly it needs a good deep clean. The back to the remote was missing and a battery was lost- so we looked under the bed and it was covered in dust, a random sock and the missing battery. The windows were also in need of a good clean and the walls a lick of paint.

• Vitaly Hill (1/5): I was lied to and deceived into receiving not what I booked - 1. lower ground floor room with bad insulation, broken blinds, cars passing by and reaching noise up to 50db, constant flashes of headlights, people shouting, broken closet, broken shower, mould, trash bins directly outside of the windows with noise off people throwing garbage out in early morning, broken blinds which fell over me. We spent a sleepless night there, not just "unable to sleep", but it is pure sleep deprivation torture with light and noise. 2. Property saying "You stayed in the apartment that you originally booked, and the accommodation provided matched the listing description". 3. that I did not pay attention to that there are no toiletries and you get 1 towel per person (as per the pictures). the property is deceiving with their listing, and then putting people in the unbearable accommodations which do not resemble what was actually booked. We left after 1 night stay. Property claims that I got the room I booked, and refusing the refund, and booking.com is saying there is nothing they can do. Here is full story(check the pictures) proving the point that they deliberately deceive people: 1. on their listing have several Standard Studios. Each has their own features on the images and pictures are not interchangeably mixed, which means these are different rooms yet called the same, plus the when I booked there was a slight price difference. 2. I did analysis before choosing the room, i checked features of the building the rooms are situated, and is clearly visible that bay windows represent the street view, and there is no chance that 2nd type of the "Standard studio" could be facing the street because of the bathroom being a few steps down and extending the building. 3. I booked the room which is clearly not facing the busy street, has two bedside tables, a bigger bathroom, and additional surfaces and windows in the bathroom. I got booking confirmation with same pictures representing only one room type, thus confirming that I will get what I booked. And even if it is a sample room, one would not expect to have so different features, and exposure to a risk of a lower ground floor. 4. What i got was lower ground floor room with bad insulation, broken blinds, cars passing by and reaching noise up to 50db, constant flashes of headlights, people shouting, broken closet, broken shower, mould, trash bins directly outside of the windows with noise off people throwing garbage out in early morning, broken blinds which fell over me. We spent a sleepless night there, not just "unable to sleep", but it is pure sleep deprivation torture with light and noise. 5. We left after 1 night. Saga with refund continues.

The staff didn’t send us the location and how to enter the apartment, we tried to call 6 times but no answer and also texted and we had the same response, nothing at all. If it wasn’t for Booking we would be in another place! And after 4 days of our stay they send me a email with the information for the check in. The address is incorrect too. It wasn’t very clean honestly. Wouldn’t recommend just because of what happen in the beginning of our stay
• Verena (7/5): Praktische und sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft - ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um London zu erkunden! - Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten bei der U-Bahnstation der District-Line, die einen ins Zentrum von London bringt. Auch die Verbindung mit dem Flughafen ist sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man zahlreiche Lokalitäten und Geschäfte. Man hat alles was man braucht sehr nahe! Das Apartment bietet alles Notwendige, für eine Unterkunft zu zweit und um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Zugang ist mittels Code den man vorher erhält zeitlich unabhängig möglich. Leider war das Badezimmer recht kalt und die Temperatur dort nicht regelbar. Zum Glück sind meine Tochter und ich nicht geräuschempfindlich, man hört die Flugzeuge und teilweise andere Geräusche doch recht stark.

Bevorzugt wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist - Ist eine kleine, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, man hat direkt in der Nähe die Haltestellen für Bus und u Bahn. Läden zum einkaufen und essen gibt es auch in der Nähe. Zum schlafen reicht es. Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen okay. Leider ist auf dem Sofa, welches bei uns im Zimmer stand ein Brandfleck auf der Lehne und an den Wänden bei der Küchenzeile sind Wasserflecken.

• Adeshika (2/5): Not worth it - be mindful! - This property didn’t meet our expectations at all! We paid $1000NZD for 4 nights for 3 people. It was advertised as suitable for 3 people which was incorrect it was extremely small and dirty for 3 people. The pictures online were misleading of the actual size of the room and it wasn’t well ventilated or easily accessible either. We got the bottom level and it was very hot in the room. The sofa bed was old and had burnt marks on it, the pillows on the bed were clearly worn out and so flat it was hard to sleep on. Bed had bugs which was biting me all night. The bathroom had mould and there was no additional toilet paper or hand towels or spare towels provided for 4 nights stay. The dishwashing liquid provided was not even enough for one night. No floor mat either. The property owner didn’t respond when contacted and didn’t answer the phone either until the next afternoon. We had to find another place to stay which was better and cheaper. Definitely overpriced for the one bedroom unit. I wouldn’t recommend this property even for 2 people for the price. This was our first night in London and it left a very bad impression on us.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Perfect for a short stay - Good location and close to public transport. Great pub just up the road- Mitre. Good food and atmosphere. Good communication with owner. If you were at the front of the building there was a lot of street noise, kept me awake at night. Unless you were on the ground level the stairs could be difficult if you had heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Will definitely stay again! - The location is close to various shops - cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, etc. It’s also close to a few underground train stations. It’s clean. I stayed in the attic room. Unfortunately, the property doesn’t have a lift. I always travel with a huge luggage. It’s a bit of a struggle but it’s manageable. Not a deal breaker though. It could be improved with some changes and updates. The pillows needed change. They’re already too soft and overused. It wouldn’t be too much I suppose if they could also provide coffee in the room.
• Clark (8/5): Great stay! I stayed here a few times and I’ll definitely stay here again. - The location is really good. So many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. Also very close to an underground, Fulham Broadway. It’s very clean. The staff is very responsive. It would have been a better experience if the window blinds were changed and coffee and tea were available inside the flat.

The bed is quite comfortable and the room was ok but I wouldn't call it an "apartment" because it's so small. There is only one towel per person, no towels for hands or the floor - so when you shower, the whole floor gets wet. We also had the room on the ground floor, so you can hear the noise from the main door and the street quite well. Not much hot water either, after a few minutes we had to take a cold shower. The service was rather disappointing - long responses and unhelpful answers. We would not book it again.

• Christy (8/5): Good - Had all the basics that 2 blokes needed for a couple of nights. Stayed in the top room studio. Couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms. My friend stayed on the sofa bed and he said it was very uncomfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was just about hanging on to the wall.

• Harrison (4/5): Good but staff was rude and not responsive. - Bathroom and a shower were decent sized and had heated floors. Worked well for 2 people. One of our pillows had blood stains on it. We noticed it right away the first night and messaged the staff. They responded and said that it was professionally cleaned. Essentially telling us we’re either lying or we did it. Then our hot water went out for two nights. Ended up showering with kettle water.. we brought this issue up to the staff and they never responded about it. They never even offered a new pillow case/pillow for the bloody one?? We stayed for 6 days so at the end of the trip (once they had ignored us for 4+ days) I messaged them saying that it’s really disappointing that they never responded about the hot water or about getting us a new pillow. They said that the pillow and the hot water were never an issue and that “this issue is resolved on their end.” Clearly I caught somebody on a bad day.. can’t understand how you wouldn’t even offer a new pillow or pillow case when there’s blood on it. Or have any sympathy for the hot water or pillow in general. Apartment itself is pretty nice but small and loud. However, the staff is not fun to deal with.

• Reb (3/5): Avoid at all cost - Great location Near an underground and a good bus stop It's laughable to call this a studio apartment when all it is is a small bedroom with a tiny kitchen cabinet in it. The original photos which have since been removed showed a deceitfully larger place with a small kitchen. We barely slept each night. We were situated on the ground floor next to the main door which in order for that main door to close, it had to be banged shut and people were coming in at all hours. When complaining to the host about the noise, all we were asked was if the windows were shut, and no alternative given! The noise worsened as we headed to the weekend and were woken up several times during the night due to arguments in the room next to us and them coming and going during the night which with a front door that needs to be banged shut meant we had very little sleep during our stay here. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation from the sides and above. To add to that a bright green emergency exit sign light was shining directly in front of us within the bedroom. Good luck to anyone wanting to sleep with a bright, massive green light, loud main door and very little sound insulation. We were provided with just two towels for the entire stay which was of 5 nights. Despite asking for towels twice to be changed we were given none and ignored until the very last night.

• James (4/5): Disappointing. Clean; well-located. Tiny 'apartment'; uncomfortable; barely habitable for 2 adults. - It was very clean. Good location. To use the term 'apartment' to describe this tiny room stretches credibility. A better description would be 'very small ensuite bedroom with tiny kitchenette area'. This room (room 4) was barely habitable for 2 adults. The bed is small, the bathroom is tiny and poorly laid out, and there is no comfortable chair to sit in. The TV is fixed to a side wall, so was unusable when in bed (it also looks unsightly and unstable because of the way it was fixed to the wall). The heating control/thermostat was impossible to adjust (and there were no instructions for its use) - so the only way to regulate the room's temperature was to open the windows and let in the traffic noise (this room is at street level at the front of the building). And the en suite was tiny, poorly designed, and the toilet flushed with (very) hot water. There were no 'basics': no coffee/tea/milk/bottled water; no welcome/information booklet; no instructions for TV or heating system; no soap/shampoo (other than a well-used bottle of hand wash). This was uncomfortable and disappointing (but bearable) for 1 night. We would not have stayed longer.
• Kaptan (5/5): Passable - I liked that it was close to the center, the neighborhood was quiet and the room was clean when we entered. I didn't like the fact that there was no employee we could talk to face to face when we had a problem
• Wendy (9/5): Apartment has everything you could need and more! - Lovely clean apartment. Stayed here before and will stay again! Can be a little noisy - but it’s London!!
