- Uel (1/5): Unacceptable Experience : Will Not Return - Lication perfect , we have family who live on the estate, for over 25 years. So very convenient. Unacceptable Experience – Will Not Return This was our fifth booking. Com in the area to visit family. Due to limited availability, we opted for a new property via Booking.com. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst experience we've had to date. - Refund Policy: No refund, no flexibility. When challenged, we were told to “read the Facebook page”. Despite booking through Booking.com. Booking.com redirected us to the owners, who were rigid and uncooperative. - Arrival & Access Issues: We arrived at 2:30 AM as planned, yet were met with hostility for being “late.” Access was withheld until we paid a €200 key deposit, no prior notice. The next day, we were accidentally locked out and charged an additional €100 to regain entry. - Cleanliness & Condition: The property was dirty and poorly maintained. Hair, dust, fingerprints, and grime throughout. Bathroom floor filthy. Towels were grey and musty. Insufficient bedding, we had to borrow from family. Shower drain blocked; lifting the trap revealed extreme neglect. - Customer Service: Rude, dismissive, and accusatory. On checkout, we were interrogated about appliance usage (cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine) as if we’d misused the property. This was infuriating as its a self contained, self service apartment. This was a one-week holiday. We’ll return to the area in spring, but will avoid this property entirely. Strongly advise others to do the same. Photos available upon request!

- Anonymous (8/5): we stayed for 4 weeks and I couldn’t say a bad thing about the apartment it was every thing we needed for our holiday. - the property was clean and had everything in it. it was very well equipped to make your stay comfortable.
- June (9/5): Superb - Very nice place. All modern furnishings and equipment. Oven, microwave,electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge freezer, electric hob and dish washer. Very good Aircon plus fan in bedroom and lounge. Smart tv. Easy check in and out. A little disappointed that it lacked a proper washing machine, there was a plastic camping sort of machine that you attached to the taps. But I think it would be a hassle to use and would only take a couple of items of clothing, surprised as all other equipment was top class. That said everything else was perfect. And would stay again.
