• Peter (9/5): - Lonely place! We had plenty of space and lots of nice touches. Christmas decorations arrived the house (at Christmas time!) were lovely! The neighbourhood really went for Christmas too, lots of fabulous lights and decorations!

• Steve (1/5): A dangerous property, do not stay. - It was a nice location It is unsafe. Not gas safe or electrical safety certification. No smoke alarms, fire extinguishers or fire blankets. I asked for evidence a minimum legal certification it was not provided, the host stated nobody else cared.

• Thomas (9/5): Great sociable family meetup house? - A really nice property, lots of sociable space and generous room sizes. Very comfortable indeed, and great value for money. Some decor is a little tired, but I'm being fussy here, it's really quite nice.

• Stephen (10/5): A family gathering - Spacious and clean. Minor issue was dealt with promptly Disappointed that despite a previous review that we had seen, the barbecue was very dirty. We left it cleaner than we found it.

• Guido (9/5): Superb - Location of the property was lovely. The house was lovely and clean with a spacious enclosed private garden. We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. Train station is only 15 minute drive and the supermarket 10 minutes drive.

• Anna (10/5): Overall , we enjoyed our holiday . - I recently stayed at this property, and I can say that it has everything you need. There are two living rooms—one where the kids can play and watch TV, while the adults relax on the other side. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are very accommodating, ensuring we were comfortable on our first night and checking in to see if we needed anything. It's located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway for a couple of days. Everything was perfect, so there’s nothing to complain about—except for the pillows, which is more of a personal issue. My husband always has trouble with pillows, and he found these ones to be too big, while I actually loved them. But pillow issues are just his thing!
• Belal (10/5): The good points, the bad points and the suggested improvements - Nice big spacious house with 2 living room, nice sofa's, nice big TV's, Nice open plan kitchen/dinning area, Nice big garden, fully equipt with utensils and kitchen appliances Good size bedrooms. Poor internet connection Poor hot water preasure Toilet flushing system too slow and takes forever to top up the tank. No drying line or rack in garden to allow clothes to dry, there was a retractable one, which was rusted and full of cob webs, was unusable. The gas based BBQ Grill was all in rust and grease, some people are not familiar with the system, would be nice to see a charcoal BBQ Grill provided in garden. No dimmer light switch available or bedroom lamps available, lights were constantly flickering. Didn't like the bushes ans trees getting in the way of the drive, making hard to reverse in, and scratching car body work.

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Big house with a nice garden with BBQ,quite area,, great facilities ,close to the beach, two living rooms The bed was very soft(our preference), noise in the room (not sure from what (heating? definitely wasn't. Air con because it was hot in the rooms,)
• Rob (10/5): Ideal property for a peaceful quiet stay! - Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, spacious property throughout with a decent size garden. Ideal for families or couples to get away for a short break. Has all you need for a home away from home. Comfortable sitting areas as well as comfortable beds. Hosts were on hand if you needed anything. Couldn’t find any tumblers/glasses for drinks and also didn’t find a toaster but wasn’t a major issue as there’s a separate grill. Had an issue with the electrics in the kitchen went down (just needed to flick the fuse switch) owner came down and resolved issue and was full of apologies and gave us a bottle of wine to compensate. These things happen but it’s how it’s dealt with that’s important.
