- luis (3/5): No volveré - No repetiré El trato del personal está por debajo de lo que fue hace años este hotel ,cocineros que no hablan apenas castellano ,y cero inglés . La educación es una lujo cada vez más escaso. La persona en cargada del control de entrada nos trataba como si fuéramos ganado y metiéndonos prisa sin darse cuenta que lo que esperamos de un hotel de esta categoría sea respeto y descanso y no recibir este trato . Las personas de la recepción frías y muy pasotas ,no te explican absolutamente nada ,o preguntas ,o suelta y confía .

Triste pour un 4 étoiles Service en chambre déplorable. Pas de poubelle en chambre , mal nettoyé, ne complète pas les produits, telle que savon , schampoing. Chaque fois que l on veut quelque chose , au bar ou a la réception , il y a de l attente. Pas digne d un 4 étoiles.

La nourriture proposée au buffet n’était vraiment pas top. Beaucoup de choix, mais tout était surgelé, industriel. Nous avons été malade plusieurs fois. Nous avons préféré manger en dehors. L’hotel en lui même et la chambre sont beaux, mais les équipements sont vieillots. Traces d’usures, rouille, moisissures sur les joints de la douche, etc

- Viviresurgente (7/5): Escapada - La cama cómoda, la habitación amplia y todo limpio. El hotel es antiguo pero está muy bien reformado y es grande y luminoso. La zona de piscinas es bonita y bien cuidada. El personal del bar de la piscina que sirve las copas por la noche son muy agradables y atentos. El horario de las comidas está muy enfocado a los extranjeros, la cena termina a las 21:30 , lo veo bastante excesivo que acabe tan pronto... Una vergüenza pagar lo que pagas y encima tengas que adaptar tu horario a gente de fuera. La recepcionista no sabía casi hablar castellano y costaba entenderse con ella. Sólo había un enchufe cerca de la cama, era incómodo si querías cargar el móvil y tenerlo a mano siendo dos personas.

- Tatiana (7/5): - Bon petit dejeuner, bon emplacement L’appartement était pas bien équipé, manque de couverts (par exemple on avait que 2 culières dans un appartement pour 6), manque d’équipement pour cuisiner, on trouve aussi qu’il manque une bouilloire pour boire du café est même un lave linge pour des grands séjours. On as trouvé un pair de chaussettes dans une des chambres alors ménage pas bien faite avant, est pour avoir notre appartement nettoyé on as était obligé d’appeler la réception vu que a plusieurs reprises on avait mis le papier dans la porte a demander le ménage mais personne rentre alors on se retrouve sans serviettes propres.

We will be back as this has became our yearly family trip. more food variety and maybe more gameas/machines for the kids. However, it was already fine maybe a bit repetitive.
