Ofereceu até outro apto em um hotel para que mudássemos caso quiséssemos devido ao cheiro, mas já íamos embora no dia seguinte. Cheiro do ralo do banheiro e leve "explosão" com subida de pingos de esgoto em um dos dias, deixei com um tapete em cima direto...provavelmente devido a chuva que teve anteriormente, pois o apto fica no primeiro andar. Entrada do prédio e escadas precisam de uma reforma...

Muy buena relación precio calidad. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con el agua caliente, literalmente había que bañarse en menos de 2 minutos.

We were there for new year, we even arrived to a bottle of fizz in the fridge and new year fizz glasses. As well as water. The location was great, we felt very safe and we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. We even had a personalised cushion for our county when we arrived. That we couldn’t stay longer!

Cocina con buenos artefactos y heladera grande con freezer (muy útil) La ubicación Seguridad permanente en la entrada El aire acondicionado no funciona de manera adecuada (debe ser reiniciado permanentemente) El primer día las sábanas no eran las que correspondían a la cama razón por la que la primer noche no descansamos de manera adecuada, sin embargo al día siguiente Tatiana rapidamente reaccionó y resolvió el problema. Starting from location, cleanness, attention from the staff, dark blinds and even little details like adding the flag of my country as a cushion and including a souvenir, chocolates and Christmas decoration . They make it feel like home right from the start. I would absolutely return Only minor suggestions and no dealbreakers at all but I would have liked to have a thicker blanket available as the AC is right in front of the bed and it gets cold even if you do not have it in cold. Also to have a couple more cooking utensils would be good, there was only a spoon.

• Gabriel aus Wien (10/5): Top-Lage, sauber und sicher!!! - Top-Lage (Apartment Hausnummer 143, 5.Stock, 507), ein Block von der Copacabana entfernt, sauber, modern eingerichtet, große Dusche, kleine Küche, aber alles da, was man braucht, Bett sehr bequem, nicht weich, gute und schnelle WhatsApp-Konversation mit den Vermietern, Internet super! Sicheres Gefühl, da es eine 24-Stunden Security beim Eingang gibt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine große Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, eine kleine Christusstatue und ein Kitkat, wunderbarer Willkommensgruß. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung bei Hausnummer 250, ein Block entfernt, hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist sicher, mehrere Lokale, kleine Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Souvenirs, Geldwechsel, Ausflugsbüros, alles da. Die Metrostation Cardeal Arcoverde/Copacabana ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Tickets beim Automaten oder beim Schalter. Metrofahren war auch sicher und problemlos. Insgesamt 100% Weiterempfehlung für Apartment und Rio, für mich war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt (6 Tage) in einer fantastischen Stadt. Wenn man etwas suchen möchte, dann ist vielleicht das Bett für mehr als eine Person eher eng (also Queensize), aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Für mich als Alleinreisender war es perfekt!!!

• Kimberley (8/5): Mijn verblijf was geweldig, met een perfecte locatie en een supervriendelijke host. - Ik ben drie weken in Brazilië geweest en dit was de beste plek waar ik heb verbleven. De locatie is ideaal, met de Uber ben je snel bij alle bezienswaardigheden. De host is erg vriendelijk, en toen de wc verstopt was, stond er binnen 30 minuten al iemand om het te verhelpen. Echt een aanrader! Enige nadeel: de matras en kussens waren wat aan de harde kant.

A localização é excelente, com muitas opções de comércio e lazer por perto. A portaria 24 horas nos deu total segurança e tranquilidade. Os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos sempre que precisamos, e a proprietária foi incrível pelo WhatsApp — sempre respondendo rápido e dando ótimas dicas do que fazer. El apartamento es bonito, aunque está en un edificio que no es muy nuevo. Pero soy consciente que la mayoría de las edificaciones de la zona no son modernas.
• Daniel (9/5): The best value place to stay in Copacabana! - The best possible location at the lowest price, while still being higher quality. The property is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach and is newly refurbished so looks very fresh as opposed to some of the hotels in similar area. The property also was cheaper to stay in than the somewhat dated hotels too. Even at double the price the apartment would be better value than hotels near by. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was manageable. Pillows could have been better. The dining chairs are also on the cheaper side. There were some issues with the noise from the street outside not being blocked out, but saw similar issues on hotel reviews in the area.

The guidelines were detailed and super clear. The welcome gifts are so thoughtful. Room is spacious with everything you need is there. Washing machine, fridge, stove, iron board, vacuum cleaner, TV, they even personalized a Netflix account with my name. Feels like home 🥰. The location is best. Close to any places. Metro station, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, what else? You name it.. Hosts are also very attentive. They give lots of suggestions. I’m so glad I stayed here for my first experience in Rio. Quick responses to our requests. We asked for an extra blanket, they brought it in half an hour. We asked for an electric kettle and extra dishes, they brought us new ones in half an hour. They recommended places to visit and entertainment. Even when we checked out, I asked for advice on shopping and they answered us. 2. CLEAN and bright apartments, after renovation. new washing machine. Working air conditioner. Equipped kitchen. There is everything to feel at home. There is a table for work. A sofa for relaxing. 3. Clean entrance, there is a concierge. We felt safe. 4. Convenient location. 3 minutes and you are on the beach. Restaurants, shops around. although we lived on the 5th floor, there was a little noise from the street and smells from the cafe. but this did not prevent us from enjoying living in this clean apartment. We later stayed in a hotel that was twice as expensive and didn't get such pleasure

• Natasha (10/5): Highly recommend for Rio! - Everything! The best equipped apartment of our trip! Host was wonderful - very quick to communicate and super informative, great local suggestions and great with Carnaval advice! Great location in Copacabana - close to beach and plenty of shops/restaurants. Super comfortable bed, 2 pillows each, great shower. Would absolutely stay here again next time in Rio - you will not regret it! Nothing, we really loved it!

The location was excellent—close to the beach and convenient for exploring the area. The staff was very helpful and flexible, making check-in and check-out smooth Street noise and sounds from neighbors were quite noticeable throughout the stay
• Rebecca (10/5): Cozy and safe Studio with incredible service from the host! - The studio was cozy, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed for my trip! The property had 24 hour security which added to my comfort during my stay! Most importantly, the service was incredible! Tatiana kept me informed from the time of my booking to my stay and gave incredible recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try in Copacabana.

• Martin (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location and fantastic hosts! - I spent 5 nights including New Year‘s Eve in this great apartment It was very clean, well equipped and comfy. The location was perfect for the New Year‘s Eve celebrations at the Copacabana beach. Only 1 block (less than 5 minutes) walking distance. The hosts were fantastic and supported me 24/7 via WhatsApp. Thanks a lot for everything! Everyting was perfect for me.
• Girish (10/5): Excellent stay with great experiences - We liked the cleanliness, location, amenities and the Host’s responsiveness. They were very proactive in reaching out before and during the stay to try and help us every way. The location is GREAT. It’s a block from Copacabana with a lot of restaurants and other shops around. This was our first trip to Brazil and had read about safety in Rio a lot. This neighborhood felt very safe. Overall the stay and the trip, over Christmas, was a great experience! We can’t wait to go back, next time likely for the Carnival.
• Agraz (10/5): The best stay at Copacabana! - Everything. The host was maybe the best part! The location and the ease of checking in was awesome. Also, there was a secure spot to store my luggage for the day after I checked out, too! Thank you so much! I only wish I could have stayed at this spot longer!
• Peter (10/5): This is a great accommodation with great hosts - One block to the Copacabana Beach where all the actions are. Very safe location. The studio is large, very clean, has a nice kitchen, shower, and the hosts are super, always trying to help me to enjoy the stay. I would no doubt return to this studio if I am heading to Rio. None. Everything exceeded my expectations. Can't think of any thing I did not like.

• Rutger (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the location, very near copacabana, supermarket and restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartment and the attention to detail! The vacuum machine for people who stay longer time is also handy. And we absolutely loved that they gave us access to different streaming accounts so on the rainy days we stayed in the apartment watching movies! We loved everything! The only thing could make it better is a big pot, like to make pasta or something like that.

• Pam (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect location. Just 1 block from the beach. The studio was comfortable and had all amenities with plenty space.. the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Keyless entry is a plus. We loved our stay!
