• Viorel (10/5): După fiecare zi agitată și obositoare în Istanbul, vei avea parte doar de relaxare și stare de bine. - Micul dejun bogat, destul de diversificat cum nu am întâlnit în Istanbul nici la hoteluri cu mai multe stele. Curat în camere, s a făcut curățenie și s-au schimbat prosoapele zilnic. Parcare în fața hotelului. Personalul foarte cald, prezent si dornic să te ajute în orice problemă. Deoarece am fost extrem de mulțumit de tot în acest hotel, nu pot spune ca este ceva ce nu mi a plăcut. Curățenie, Wi-Fi, mic dejun, personal, apă caldă, mirosul din camere și din băi, totul este super.

• smith (9/5): Spent a fortune! - The hotel was very close to a tube, the river and the start/end line of Istanbul Half Marathon. Easy to find. Loads of very cheap shops nearby with designer clothes at 75% cheaper than UK. (Bring an empty/spare suitcase)…. Also a very large credit card - the spice market & jewellery stores are very close….

Even though we arrived very early we got breakfast and early check in which meant a lot to us because we were tired after a long car journey. For those coming by car there is parking right in front of the hotel, the street is not very busy so you can always find a place. Laleli and the tram station are close by. This is my fifth time in Istanbul, and this hotel is highly recommended.

• RASHAD (8/5): В нашем номере 103 требуется маленьний ремонт. Сняли дверь между комнатами а место не отремонтировали. - Расположение отличное. Персонал хороший. Есть мелкие недостатки. Ежедневную уборку(выбросить мусор и т.д.) нужно запрашивать. Воду дают только в первый день, в следующие дни не дают. Даже тапочки когда при уборке забирают грязные, новые не дают, нужно каждый раз запрашивать. Случилось такое, поздно вечером когда магазин рядом был закрыт, попросили воду, сказали не даем, нужно самим купить в магазине, а мы и так сами покупали, просто закончились и мы семья с тремя детьми, персонал отказал. Когда потом персонал узнали что мы бронировали с буккинга, обратно позвонил, зная что мы будем оценивать их. В общем, они стараються. Кроме этого, они на электронные письма с буккинга не отвечают. Нужно по whatsapp мессенджеру обращаться им.

• Natalia (10/5): Страходен престой в Истанбул - Местоположението на хотела е прекрасно, лесно се открива, близо е до градски транспорт. Персоналът беше много дружелюбен. Закуската беше възхитителна, но би било хубаво да има разнообразие през различните дни. Стаята беше изключително чиста, беше тихо и спокойно. Няма нищо негативно, което да напиша.

Udobne postelje,čisto,hladilnik,redna menjava brisač, super lokacija v bližini metroja,tramvaja in avtobusa. Imeli smo povezano sobo z dvema ločenima kopalnicama. Priporočam. /

• arthur f. (10/5): - The location was near to multiple mentor stops. It is located near everything you need. Staff is helpful, clean rooms, also cleaned daily. Breakfast isn't a lot of variety but has what you need. To be honest, I can't complain about anything. Everything went smoothly and had a very pleasant stay. I will be staying at this location again.

Резервирахме две двойни делукс стаи.При настаняването ни предложиха общ апартамент без врата между двете спални.Настаниха ни в други стаи ,след спор от наша страна и на втория ден ни преместиха.
• Denys (5/5): Friendly staff and quiet room, but parking failures, bad check-in and car vandalism. - Breakfasts were not very varied, but we were not left hungry. The kitchen staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was generally quiet as it faced the inner courtyard. The room was on the 2nd floor and in the mornings (around 7:30–8:00) the vent brought the smell of fried eggs into the room when windows were closed. Neighbors were sometimes noisy from the side or above. The room looked fairly new and in good condition overall. The bed could have been larger but was acceptable. Cleaning was done almost every day — they made the bed, replenished toiletries as needed and emptied the trash, but they did not clean the floors in the bathroom or the room. The hotel has an elevator, which made moving luggage and going to breakfast (on the negative second floor) convenient. Pros (What we liked): - Friendly and helpful kitchen staff. - Breakfasts were filling (though not very varied). - Room was generally quiet (facing the inner courtyard). - Room appeared fairly new and well maintained. - Daily basic housekeeping (bed made, toiletries refilled, trash removed). - Elevator available for convenience. - Small Migros Jet supermarket — ~1 minute walk from the hotel. Our check-in experience was terrible. We asked for a parking space in advance because we arrived by car, but upon arrival there was no free parking. The manager was slow to respond to messages via Booking and WhatsApp. After calling, we were told they would find a spot, but instead we were sent to drive around looking for parking farther away. Eventually we parked on a pedestrian zone and, after about 10 minutes, managed to get a space near the hotel. Access to the room was difficult: the key cards they provided were demagnetized and we only managed to enter on the third attempt with 3rd key card. We booked a Deluxe room (32 m²) with one double bed, but were given a room with an extra single bed, so there was almost no free space. The wall to the next room was essentially missing, although staff promised not to check anyone into the neighboring room during our stay (which helped). We were exhausted after a long drive and dealing with parking and the room, so we didn’t argue further. During 5 of 7 days of our stay I discovered that my car had been damaged — scratches on four different parts. It looks like vandalism (done by a person, not another car). The car was parked under the hotel cameras; when I reported it at reception they said they checked the footage and found nothing. We visited the police station but they required a translator; the translator demanded a very high fee. It was obvious nobody wanted to help. The neighborhood felt unpleasant; despite many visits to Istanbul, this was the worst area we’ve stayed in. We could not find a decent café or restaurant nearby and often had to walk 15–20 minutes to find somewhere acceptable. Overall, given the serious negatives (parking, check-in, car vandalism, neighborhood), it is difficult to highlight positives — they exist, but they were overshadowed by the problems.

• Fox (8/5): Проживание комфортное, комната достаточно просторная и работники очень понравились своей отзывчивостью - Понравился обслуживающий персонал, очень отзывчивые ребята . Хорошая звукоизоляция у окон. Ассортимент завтрака стоит расширить, и не понравилось как техничка выполняла уборку, не обновляла особо средства для гигиены , не пылесосила полы и не ставила воды в номер, обо всем нужно было просить подходить , чтоб сделали или принесли. Также не понравилось отсутствие шкафа для хранения вещей , немного приносило неудобства

• Enrique (10/5): Amazing price quality relation on current price level. - Personal was very helpful and friendly. Location is amazing and close to a lot of stores, food places and train and bus stations. Rooms where enough clean, nice and with enough amenities. Breakfast is absolute sufficient and variated, nothing fancy but you don't really need more than that, for sure if price increase it wont worth it anymore. They helped us to get a taxi to the airport with a fair tariff. Just in the top floor there is relay box that makes a lot of noise every time the elevator works.

One of rare price affordable hotels which have a fair representation on the Booking.com. Everything is exactly as shown on photos and described. Also, it is quite near the center and maon attractions. The guys running the hotel are sons of the owner, polite and caring. We slept good and it was quiet to sleep. The breakfast was more or čess the same every day.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des transports bus tramway et métro 5mn de marche. Literie confortable et propre. Ma prochaine visite inch'Allah à Istanbul, c'est l'Espoir hôtel, sans doute. Salutations à Younès, réceptionniste aimable personne. Bonne continuation. Rien, parfois ils oublient de laisser les bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre, mais c'est pas grave.

• Bernadeta (10/5): Very comfortable place - Hotel is really comfortable.The staff in the reception and in the restaurant was extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We appreciate also the central localisation of the hotel and parking for our car. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday in Espoir Hotel.
• Hwasoo (10/5): - 공항가는 버스 정류장을 도보로 이동할수 있고 언덕을 올라가지 않아서 좋아요 일반 버스정류장도 길건너서 바로고 밑에 슈퍼있고 직원들도 친절합니다 아침 조식은 지하2층에서 먹는데 저는 충분히 먹을게 많았어요 룸 깨끗하고 작은 생수 2병이 있어요 어메니티는 비누와 샴푸가 있어요 꼭대기층에 묵었는데 승강기가 움직일때마다 척컥철컥 하는 소음이 반복적으로 나요. 내가 묵은 방의 뷰는 지붕뷰 였어요.

The staff are kind and assisted me with anything I needed. The breakfast is great! The hotel is located in a good spot close to public transport. • CIOBANICA (10/5): A fost un sejur excelent. Vom reveni cu placere la acest hotel. - Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si variat. Personalul foarte amabil, iar punctul forte a fost locul de parcare. Hotelul dispune de parcare proprie gratuita. De asemenea, camerele sunt curate si luminoase.
• Taru (10/5): A fost un sejur minunat la Espoir Hotel și vom mai reveni cu siguranță! - Locația este amplasată perfect: 1) ai parcare în fața hotelului, 2) dacă vrei să te deplasezi cu transportul în comun, ajungi în maxim 5 min la stația de metrou, tramvai sau autobuz, 3) ești în zona centrală a orașului. Personalul foarte amabil, ne-au satisfăcut toate cerințele. Micul dejun a fost bun. Cu siguranță și tura viitoare când vom reveni, tot la acest hotel ne vom caza! Jos pălăria pentru toți angajați! Nu a existat nimic ce să nu îmi placă!

The breakfast enough diversified, good cookies and delicious Turkish coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they managed to put a medicine in a deep freezer on another hotel when we need it. Very good position near the metro and tram stations.
