• PVdJ (10/5): Een onvergetelijk verblijf! - Ons verblijf in Demati House was werkelijk uitzonderlijk. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we hoe veel zorg en aandacht er in deze woning is gestoken. Het huis is niet alleen prachtig ingericht, maar ook tot in de kleinste details afgewerkt. Alles straalt kwaliteit uit: van het comfort van de kamers tot de nette afwerking en de warme, stijlvolle sfeer die meteen een gevoel van thuiskomen geeft. Wat deze ervaring extra bijzonder maakte, was de ongelooflijke vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. We werden met oprechte warmte ontvangen en gedurende het hele verblijf stond hij altijd klaar met hulp, tips en aandacht, zonder ooit opdringerig te zijn. Die persoonlijke aanpak maakt echt het verschil. Ook de aandacht voor detail verdient een speciale vermelding. Over alles is nagedacht: kleine voorzieningen, een perfect onderhouden woning, een rustige en ontspannen sfeer en tal van fijne accenten die tonen hoeveel passie er achter deze plek zit. Demati House is een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, authenticiteit en een verblijf waar gastvrijheid centraal staat. Een plek waar we met plezier aan terugdenken en graag opnieuw naartoe zullen gaan.

• Touboul (10/5): We really enjoyed the house! It looks just as beautiful as the pictures! - The apartment is very beautiful and cozy. We had a very pleasant stay there, everything is a few minutes drive from the house. Alexandros was available to us for anything we needed and was fair to us who wanted to shorten our stay by a day due to the flight. It was very clean.
• Simon (10/5): - The house was new and spotlessly clean with every amenity included. The kitchen had every necessary appliance and was fully stocked with utensils and saucepans, etc. It was comfortable and very tastefully decorated, situated in quiet countryside. We didn't see the host, Alexandros, but he was in contact when needed, and the house was cleaned and tidied each day while we were out. A really lovely stay. Everything was perfect.
• Koliadi (10/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν πολυ καθαρο , υπέροχα διακοσμημένο κ πολύ προσεγμένο κ άνετο που δημιουργούσε μια υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος κατατοποστικος . Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους!!!
• Dimitrios (10/5): Comfortable, beautiful, super clean and chic! - Demati House was a wonderful surprise! Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house. I loved everything about it! It couldn't be more comfortable, with a very gentle host, always eager to help me. Impeccable housekeeping was such a surprise!

• Despoina (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay in Demati! Very warm and elegant house, perfectly equipped with everything you will need! Excellent location, very close to skala. Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate. 10/10 recommend we will be coming back.
• Petrpetr2446 (10/5): - Brand new villa, impeccable design and high quality finish. Alexandros thought about every detail, hospitality is also a plus plus, as you'd expect from a true Greek! I would return back. The location is great, it is, close to the best beach on the island, and the beach club Atmos. Skala is ~10 mins on a bike. Fortunately the villa is NOT noisy, one of my concerns being near the road, but I didn't observe any noticeable noise in the morning/night.
