• brears (5/5): - We stayed for one week. Excellent location, close to the Centre of town. Car parking a real bonus. Traffic noise compounded by boy racers every night meant a decent sleep was impossible. Bring quality noise canceling ear plugs to get a good sleep.

• Debsca (9/5): - Great location and easy to deal with booking agency Bedding - 2 single mattresses pushed together, not ideal for sleeping comfortably for 2 people. Need a way to anchor them to stop them coming apart. Bus timetable and Perth map would be good for tourists.
• Mark W. Watson (8/5): Overall a good stay. Need earplugs if you are sensitive to traffic noise. Nice rooms, clean, neat. - Location is convenient with only a 10 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay for cruises, train to Perth station, etc. We returned our hire-car mid-stay and had no trouble getting around and the Uber to the airport picked us up out front. Kitchen was well equipped (and as this was our last stop they now have even more supplies :P). We didn't end up using the washing facilities but they were there and looked fine. The supply of general supporting information was great and we had no trouble planning our outings. So overall a good stay. The freeway noise kept the Wife awake all night and I was in and out of sleep. After the first night we bought ear-plugs and slept soundly on the remaining nights. The instructions need a better map to the parking location, I drove around the upper level car-park looking for the green bay with the provided number, and/or a ramp to another level, for about 10 minutes before deciding there must be a second entrance away from where I got the key from - once I found that then the instructions made some sense but a little map showing a line from the main entry over to the secondary entrance for basement parking would have helped. The Wi-fi instructions had been blanked out but I used mobile data so not a big issue.

• Richard (1/5): Honest review. - Location was great. "Avoid this place at all costs! The $25 fee for pool towels and $25 charge for extra for more than 2 towels in the room for a 7-night stay were just the beginning. The room itself was a letdown - highway noise poured in through drafty windows with dusty blinds, the aircon fins were broken, and the TV wasn't smart plus remote was flat. The bed was rock-hard with a massive dip in the center, and the shower was awkwardly positioned over a tub. The blatant misrepresentation in the photos - nothing about this place was "luxurious." The staff were hard to understand, the basement doors were grimy, and the carpark reeked of cigarette smoke from staff smoking. I cut my losses and left after 2 days, despite having booked for 7. Don't believe the hype - this place is a total rip-off."

• Carla (7/5): Needs a refresh. - Great location. Comfy bed, good lighting, could do washing. Nice size apartment. Great coffee and breakfast place round tbe corner. Poor communication with service provider, particularly around access. Needs an update and some fixing of various things. Bare minimum on cutlery and no coffee plunger or filter.They supply the absolute minimum. A bit of effort required to make it a little nicer.
