Cerca de los Museos Vaticanos y de San Pedro y a 5 minutos de la estación de metro de Ottaviano que te lleva directamente a la estación de tren de Termini. Roberta, la propietaria, fue muy amable porque llegamos muy pronto, antes de la hora de check-in, pero nos permitió dejar las maletas. Nos dejó también un plano de Roma con varios restaurantes y alguna cosa para el desayuno.

Avendo due bagni non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a prepararci velocemente al mattino, il che è un grande vantaggio per un gruppo di donne! • Luisa (10/5): - The location is great, near to museum Vatican (5 min on foot). There are many restaurants and coffee shop near, also the bus station (5min) and metro station ( 7min). Nearby also are many shops and carefour express.The apartment has everything you need. There are 2 large, separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen (equipped with everything you need - coffee machine) and 2 bathrooms. It is clean, it is quiet. Besides that, the host Roberta is superb. She is very kind, helps you with anything you need, and adapts to your requirements. She gave us a lot of information about the city and helped us with the transfer from the airport to the accommodation (we were 5 people),and also we can do the checkin earlier. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity. Everything was ok.

• Sarala (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Excellent property; clean and spacious apartment in a nice and safe area. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, close to Vatican and short walk to metro to access important sights of Rome. Apartment block had a lift which was helpful especially carrying luggage up and down. Two bathrooms were ideal for our family. Flat had everything we needed for the short stay, Roberta included some snacks and condiments which was a nice touch. Roberta is an excellent host, she met us at the apartment and we were able to get to the apartment as soon as we reached rather than having to wait until evening. She showed us around and explained how everything worked. Gave us a map and recommended restaurants we could try. She also booked our transfer from airport which was much appreciated. Driver was friendly and as he was booked by Roberta we felt safe. Roberta kept in touch with us even before we reached Rome and during our stay. We cannot wait to go back to Rome and will choose to stay at Roberta’s. Nothing really. We noted there was no microwave but it did not have any impact on our stay.

• Miriam (10/5): Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Rom, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Roberta war unglaublich herzlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und dem Nachtleben gegeben und sogar den Flughafentransfer organisiert, damit wir sicher und entspannt ankommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden, und in der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte. Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und genießen noch immer die schönen Erinnerungen an die Zeit in Rom. Vielen Dank, Roberta. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sie hat für uns den Taxitransfer organisiert und sich auch während des Aufenthaltes regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Ausstattung sowie die Größe des Apartments ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀 Hinweis: in der Ausstattung wird erwähnt, dass Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Seifenspender vorhanden, aber etwas missverständlich, da wir gemäß Bild mit Duschgel, Shampoo gerechnet hatten und dies deshalb nicht mitgenommen hatten 😉

• Alyssa (10/5): A great stay! - Roberta is a wonderful host. She welcomed us to the property upon our arrival. She helped orient us to our surroundings and gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and site seeing. Location is ideal - quiet and very close to the Vatican. We traveled with our teenage daughters and it was nice for us to have our own bedrooms after sharing hotel rooms for the rest of our travels. It would’ve been nice to have stayed longer and used the kitchen. Will definitely return!

It's practically next door to the Vatican Museums and just a few minutes' walk to St. Peter's Basilica. Her partner, Clara, offered us some great restaurant recommendations in the area and guided us through the accommodation. It's a great location in the Prati area. Once again, Roberta was an outstanding host! Thank you!
• Eunice (10/5): Perfect place for family - perfect location, great for family, very spacious and nice family room for meals with a small couch and TV. the beds were comfortable. right behind vatican. would definitely book again when coming to Rome. the host Roberta was super helpful and loved all her recommendations of local rests. it would be perfect if they had provided us with shower gel and shampoo too :) otherwise no complaints at all. the door lock was a bit difficult to manage 😆

• Holly (10/5): Delightful Apartment convenient to all Rome has to offer - Great location right outside the Vatican walls. Lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient to the metro and an easy walk to Central Rome. Two large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with room to hang out (not so common in Rome!) and two bathrooms. This was my favorite stay of the trip and I would definitely book again. Roberta was friendly and so helpful! She really went above and beyond.

The apartment was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious — perfect for myself, my wife, and our two kids. The location near the Vatican was ideal, making it easy to explore the city while having a comfortable home base to return to. Roberta, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Rome!
• Angela (10/5): Perfect location for a city break in Rome. - What a lovely place just a stones throw away from the Vatican! Roberta was the most exceptional host! She greeted us on arrival and allowed us to store our luggage until our proper check in time. Her advice on places to explore and restaurants were fantastic, we tried 2 of her restaurant/café recommendations and they were exceptional. We really appreciated that Roberta arranged our airport transfer on arrival. The apartment it's self was fantastic. The apartment was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, with everything we could need for our stay. Beds were comfy, showers good, kitchen was compact but well equipped perfect for a base to explore Rome. There was nothing we didn't like, as it was perfect for a base as weekend break.

The apartment is very clean, cozy, with comfortable beds and has everything we needed for our stay. The host is very friendly, helpful and accommodating (we had a late flight arrival). She gave us excellent recommendations of restaurants to try and gave us directions on how to go around the city. She made sure that our stay is stressed-free.

Apartment is spacious and Toberta was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended. Beds a little firm but that is nit picking. Great stay

We had lots of room, (I think more than most Rome properties) and went to a local grocery store nearby for our breakfast needs. This property is perfect for a family wanting to see Rome as it is a short walk to the metro station and then Rome is at your fingertips. Host was available at all times to help.

Close to many lovely breakfast places (forno feliziani just 60m away is a must!). The host was really nice & helpful, gave us some amazing suggestions for restaurants and cafes close by and answered every query we had. Highly recommend! 😊 All was great.

It is bright, clean and has 2 great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen dinner has everything you need and there is a supermarket just a minutes walk away. • Erica (10/5): Exceptional - Florje House is in a fantastic location just a few steps from the Vatican Museums. As a first visit to Rome I think we were really fortunate to stay here. As a group of six, the flat had ample space (altho one is on the bed sofa in the kitchen) Great to have two bathrooms and showers plus a washing machine. Things dry very quickly up on the building roof which had washing lines. Everything is well equipped and very homely. We mostly eat out and Roberta gave us great suggestions nearby which we enjoyed. But there is huge choice and lots in Trastevere too. It was great to also be able to cook a few things in the flat. The flat is a short walk from Ottaviana Metro. The is also bus 23 to Trastevere. There are night buses if you are out late. It is also fairly easy to walk to any areas of the city. The host is helpful and responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

• Patrycja (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect stay. apartment located 5-10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro ( near metro station try ice cream in Lemongrass), near is my favorite bus nr 23 going along the river towards the Mouth of truth. Carrefour and other supermarket less than 5 min walk. About 4 restaurants/bars within 100 meters from the flat. Tried "Claps" which were big disappointment (both food and service need improvement), one next to Claps was much better. Apartment is really spacious, equipped with everything you may need. Looks exactly like on photos! Wonderful host, going out of the way to make her guests happy. Thank you Roberta! It is very near from Vatican so most restaurants are like a tourist traps, so that was but disappointing
