Le personnel, la chambre, la piscine, la plage, le petit déjeuner, les cocktails, le ménage, la gentillesse et la générosité des gens, le bien être des animaux errants qui sont à proximité de l’hôtel sont recueillis et nourri par l’hôtel. Je recommande à 100% c’est un hôtel pour ma part que je trouve parfait pour des vacances à Las Terrenas qui est le coin le plus beau de République dominicaine.
• Maria Daniela (5/5): - El hotel tiene buena trayectoria, y por fuera se ve bastante bonito, por eso reservamos al precio solicitado, que nos pareció un poco caro. Había agua potable en la habitación. La ubicación del hotel está bastante bien, al inicio de una playa bonita, aunque si se camina algunos cientos de metros de llega a una parte mejor de la playa. Las habitaciones, en algún momento grandiosas, están muy mal mantenidas. Espaciosas, pero con muebles viejos, colchones muy duros, aires acondicionado que fallaban. Nevera que hace un ruido insoportable. Ante el reclamo de que los aires no estaban funcionando, solo fue alguien a mirar y decir que si funcionaban. Al final no enfriaban mucho.

• Veronique (8/5): J’ai passé un super séjour - Le merveilleux jardin avec piscine, le logement très confortable (appartement 1 chambre, vue mer, balcon), le petit déjeuner buffet très bon, le bar de la plage, beau coucher de soleil avec très bonne musique J’ai moins aimé la plage, difficile de se baigner dans la mer et la route très passante et très bruyante entre l’hôtel et la plage

Egg/Bacon/Ham/Omelet station and lots of other choices including yogurt, multiple excellent hard bread choices, fresh fruit and much more. Lock/latch on our door was somewhat cracked and looked like if someone pulled the handle really hard it would come loose.

• Sroka (10/5): Außergewöhnliche Appartement Anlage - Die Lage war gut. Bisschen abseits vom Trubel aber dennoch nah an allem dran. Der kleine Privatstrand war super und ruhig. Hier sollte man aber Schwimmschuhe tragen, da viele Steine im Wasser sind und nicht wie bei vielen Stränden lange Sandbänke vorhanden sind. Das Personal und Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Der Zentrale Pool war sehr schön und von allen Appartements super erreichbar. Die Appartements sind sehr groß und man fühlt sich sofort Angekommen und nie beengt auf wenn man zu mehr Personen ist. Die Anlage wurde jeden Tag gepflegt. Ein Top Empfehlung wenn man einen ruhigen und schönen Aufenthalt wünscht und von da aus Tagestouren unternimmt und die Lokale Gastronomie nutzen möchte.

• Caroline (7/5): Cet hôtel fait le job mais nous n’avons pas eu d’effet wahou. - Notre appartement était très grand avec une belle terrasse. L’hôtel n’est pas trop loin du centre ville animé ( environ 2 km), ce qui nous a permis d’y aller tous les jours à pied sans trop subir le bruit du centre ville. L’hôtel est vieillot. La piscine n’est pas bien grande mais il y a peu de monde. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la plage juste en face mais nous avons été déçus par cette toute petite plage et par le fait qu’il y avait du corail et des algues dans l’eau et que le niveau bas de l’eau ne nous permettait pas de nous baigner agréablement ( peut être est ce du à la marée ?) Le petit déjeuner était inclus ce qui est un plus mais il était extrêmement basique et il n’y a pas d’omelette ou pancake avant 8h ( heure de départ de nos excursions)

Great location, great staff and good food - Felt very safe, staff was so friendly and helpful, great location, unique suites and very clean. Food at the restaurant was excellent and went above and beyond to find a wine for me! Lots of dogs and cats hanging around the property. I assume wild or unclaimed animals which is of course not the properties fault but there were times where I could walk down from my suite bc animals were laying on them.

• Rotem (10/5): מושלם - בין המלונות היחידים שיודעים לארח ולתת שירות ברפובליקה מלון מושלם מלון עם סוף סוף ארוחת בוקר טעימה ועשירה ולא עלובה!!! מלון עם מיקום מצויין וצוות הכי טוב שיש ניקון ותחזוקה ברמה הכי גבוהה!! נכון חדרים קצת ישנים אבל היחס החם השירות המנצח הארוך בוקר הטעימה והבריכה הנעימה עדיפה על כל חדר ״מאובזר״. אנחנו נהנו מאוד שימו לב לחדר שאתם בוחרים בהזמנה יש טוב וטוב יותר הכל מעולה! תודה רבה לצוות המלון היקר!

• Sylvie (10/5): - C'est un endroit magnifique entouré d'une très belle végétation et surtout très bien situé à proximité du village de Las Terrenas à 15 minutes a pied. Face a la mer à 2 minutes. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous avons obtenu un excellent service à touts points de vue! Les dejeuners sont excellents. C'est très propre et sécuritaire. II y a un restaurant a l'hôtel ainsi qu'à la plage et in y mange très biens! Je recommande fortement cette hotel. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!😊😘❤️
• Gerald (9/5): Das Hotel insgeamt und dessen Lage sind jedenfalls empfehlenswert - Tolle Anlage, wunderschöner und weitgehendst ruhiger Garten. Die Lage zum Meer mit Aussicht vom Balkon auf´s Meer sowie die Nähe zum Strand und der netten Strandbar waren die Highlights für uns. Auch das wirklich sehr gut funktionierende Zimmerservice ist erwähnenswert. Auch toll, die frischen Früchte beim Frühstücksbuffet. Das Angebot beim Frühstück hätte abgesehen von den frisch gemachten Spiegeleiern und Omletts sowie den Früchten doch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Auch der "Standardkaffee" war für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• Marcelo (7/5): Solo para amantes de los gatos. - Personal (gente súper amable y servicial, lo mejor del hotel), precio, ubicación, vista desde la habitación. Estar en 3er piso por escalera nos permitió volver bien entrenados. Gatos (muchos) pululando por todos lados, incluso sobre sillas y mesas del restaurante, pidiendo comida. Se justificaron diciendo que es pet friendly, el problema es cuando deja de ser guest friendly y además no lo avisan antes. Si ud tiene alergia o fobias, o es amante de la higiene en lugares donde se come, elija otro hotel. Inadmisible. En cuanto a la unidad, muy mala la cama y almohadas. Resto ok.
• MARIELLE (8/5): Très bel établissement, bien situé et agréable pour un séjour de plusieurs jours - Je pensais avoir réservé une chambre et au final nous avons bénéficié d'un logement très spacieux, très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Fontaine d'eau potable à disposition et confort de tous les équipements qui composaient ce logement. Les extérieurs sont très propres, bien entretenus. La piscine est agréable avec suffisamment de transats et elle comprend également un bar. La plage privée de l'hôtel est petite mais nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour s'y installer, le bar permet de se faire servir des boissons et également des repas toute la journée et le soir des animations sont organisées. Situé à 700 mètres du centre de Las Terrenas qui comprend un grand choix de restaurants et boutiques. On peut facilement aller en ville à pied en longeant la plage c'est très agréable et très sécure même la nuit. Il présente l'avantage d'être au calme loin de l'agitation et du bruit c'est un très bon compromis. La baie vitrée du balcon qui ne ferme pas à clé. Le restaurant qui est censé ouvrir à 7h30 pour les petits déjeuners. Sauf qu'à 7h30 rien n'est prêt, tout est installé au fur et à mesure et si vous partez en excursion à 8h il faut manger sur le pouce en oubliant les oeufs brouillés car il n'y a personne pour les faire avant 7h45 au mieux. Le choix du petit déjeuner est également très limité.
• Mary Anne (4/5): The pool is really lovely. Breakfast was good. Noise was really bad. - Breakfast was good. The location was excellent, however because it’s on the beach strip, you do get a lot of noise in the evening. It would appear that the hotel is in fact, a series of condo units, which are privately owned. The unit we had which was a studio unit was beyond noisy. There does not seem to be any insulation or soundproofing between the studio unit on top and the units below. There was a group below us who blasted music very very loud loudly all night long. It sounded like we were sleeping in a disco. We got no rest. If you stay there, do not rent a studio unit.

• stefano (9/5): Bel soggiorno fronte mare - Posizione fronte mare, a 10 minuti dai principali servizi e da Playa Ballenas, la più bella di las terrenas raggiungibile a piedi. la zona piscina al centro della struttura è funzionale e curata. Ho apprezzato Il ristorante alla carta ed il chiringuito sulla spiaggia per pranzi e cene, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima comunicazione con lo staff. Esplorando la zona durante il soggiorno, mi è sembrato sicuramente uno degli hotel migliori. L’appartamento vista mare è bello e dotato di una grande loggia dove rilassarsi, ma bisognoso di qualche piccola manutenzione e di una pulizia più accurata. Colazione a mio parere deludente, poco varia e limitata nella scelta. Nel pool bar, inspiegabilmente non si puó caricare la consumazione sul conto sulla camera, quindi bisogna avere i contanti nel costume.

• Anthia (8/5): Lugar perfecto si eres amante de los perros y gatoss. - El Lugar es may bonito. El personal bien amable y respetuoso. Comida esquisita. La cantidad de perros y gatos caminado libremente que no eran de los huespedes.
• MATTEO (8/5): Hotel de muy buena infraestructura , jardines, pero con playa frente al hotel limitada - Desayuno excepcional , jardines muy bien mantenidos, bar en la playa bellissimo. Pieza muy bien equipada, amplia, cocina para cocina bien equipada, gran refrigerador. Piscina no tiene sol todo el día, Pisicina pequeña, playa frente al hotel es pequeña (es corta) y gente pasa bastante cerca. Fumigan poco contra mosquitos.

• Teles Vieira (5/5): - A localização,as praias e a comida são fantásticas O hotel apresenta péssima manutenção nas acomodações apresentando coisas básicas com Defeitos. Como por exemplos, porta de entrada quebrada com dobradiças totalmente frouxas, as duas descargas dos dois banheiros sem funcionar, paredes sujas, roupas de cama com mal cheiro , pareciam mal kavadas ou usadas, todas as paredes da acomodação estavam sujas , cortinas muito velhas e sujas. Muitos gatos e cachorros residentes no hotel e usando livremente acentos do restaurante e as áreas comuns. Onde se posicionavam próximos aos hóspedes pedindo alimentos. Frente ao hotel tem um bar na praia muito agradável, porém o atendimento péssimo. Bar do Loro.

• Christian (5/5): - Schöne Lage am Strand, aber durch eine kleine vielbefahrene Straße getrennt. Toller Pool. Großes Appartement. Gutes, einfaches Frühstück. Wir waren dort zwei Nächte. Zweite Nacht mit Techno-Party an der Strandbar des Hotels ab 18:00 Uhr bis 03:30 Uhr. An Schlaf war nicht zu Denken! Zimmer an sich auch sehr hellhörig.

Breakfast was consistently delicious. It’s not a dislike for me, but the property doesn’t have an elevator. If you are physically limited from walking upstairs, ask to be on first floor.

• Adriana (8/5): Good - Staff is incredibly nice. Breakfast had really good options. The pool area was really lovely. Beach right in front, and location was nice, close to beautiful beaches like Punta Bonita. You can also arrange a boat from the beach right in front. About a 10-minute walk to lots of restaurants and famous Mosquito club. My room had a lot of mosquitoes and that didn't let me sleep at all. Even though we didn't open any windows at all during our stay and blasted the air conditioning. It might be that they leave doors open while cleaning the rooms everyday. In general, it feels like they haven't done much maintenance in the last years, which shows in things like door handles not working, drawers not closing, etc. It's a nice property, but I would encourage a bit of work to meet standards, especially considering the price per night, which is not little.

They are pet-friendly, the apartment was neat and clean, has everything I need, housekeeping excellent The only situation that I had was with the Spa they have a business changing dollars to Dominican pesos at the highest rate, I went to the bank and I change at the rate of 61.20 when I paid with my credit card to the Spa they calculate the service of $80.00 at the rate of Dominican pesos 64.00 they charge me 5,120.00 Dominican pesos my credit card is in dollar why they calculate in pesos if they have the spa menu in dollars.
• Bianca (10/5): Our amazing room made our stay so much more enjoyable! - We had booked the room highest up in the building and had a lovely view onto palm trees and the beach from our balcony. The room layout was exceptional with high ceilings, a larger shower (also with a view) and a staircase that led up to the room. It didn't feel like a hotel room at all. The bed and pillows were super comfortable (firm bed and flat pillows) - more comfortable then what we have at home! We loved the hot/cold water dispenser in the room as well as the small fridge. The buffet-style breakfast had everything you could think of. We liked that it started at 7:30 am so we could grab a coffee and a few things before heading out for diving adventures before 8 am. The staff was very friendly - especially the lady who managed the spa! The snorkeling from the beach was much better than expected and we loved the foot showers on the grounds to get rid of the sand before heading up to our room. We also liked that the reception was open 24-7 and that there was a parking lot with a guard for our rental car for easy parking! The road between the hotel and the beach is quite busy because it is the only road that is going into town, but we knew this ahead of time. One can always walk to beach into town so it's not a big deal. Traffic noise was also not a factor - we didn't hear much of it from our balcony.

Barely keeps the room cold during the day. At night it was better but hardly blows air. Very week. Needs a more powerful air conditioner.

• Iluminada (8/5): Buena - Ubicación con respecto a la playa y la piscina Que en la reserva manifesté que necesitaba accesibilidad por mi madre y me ubicaron en una segunda planta. Además el precio de la comida exagerada.
