Guest Reviews
- Aimee (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean and close to where we were needed during the day. Really clear instructions from staff for access.
- Peter (9/5): Very good - Great location Nothing
- Ross-Lynne (10/5): -
- Deborah (10/5): A beautiful homely flat in a great location - A beautiful flat with lots of attention to detail. Even a bottle of wine and biscuits awaiting for us.
Very comfy beds and pillows. We honestly couldn't find fault in it.
5 minutes walk to the town centre and free parking outside the flat.
We will definitely be staying again. Amazing value fir for money
- Lynne (9/5): -
- Helen (8/5): - Location perfect. Parking proved ok if tight.Comfortable and enough space for two, except for the bed!. Used kitchen a couple of times and there was sufficient crockery etc. Heating and hot water availability was super.Overall a homely space. We ended up sleeping separately as the bed was too small and soft. Used the sofa bed, not ideal. The bedroom blind fell down so we did a temporary fix.
When looking for an earring I had dropped I realised how thick the dust was under the bed. The flat in general needed sprucing up!
- lana (9/5): Everything we needed for our short stay. - Nice and central to the town and the cathedral, where we were visiting to see Boney M - lovely bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival.
- Johnson (10/5): It was a lovely place to stay in -
- Linda (9/5): Suitable for family or friends trip homely but comfortable and thoughtful - Ease of location and very homley Nothing
- Simon (9/5): Ideally placed for the City; very comfortable; off street parking was no problem (we might have been lucky!). - Plenty of room; nice open plan living room. Very close to city centre (cathedral etc). Might have been us but we couldn’t get the gas oven to light (the rings worked fine).
- Martin (9/5): - Great Communication, easy access. Nothing
- Jane (10/5): - Perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed.. Very comfortable and value for money. Would definitely recommend. .
- Gemma (9/5): A wonderful stay in Lichfield - A lovely apartment, close to the centre of Lichfield, the cathedral and Beacon Park.
Comfortable beds, with a good size living/dining space and a kitchen with everything you could need.
Morrisons is a five minute walk, if you want to stock up the fridge with food and drinks.
A little gem in the centre of Lichfield.
Thanks to the hosts for the supplies of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and a much needed bottle wine. 🍷
Will definitely stay again... If they'll have us 😁
- Gillian (10/5): - Lovely cosy apartment. Main bed a bit small but not an issue for us
- Stuart (10/5): Excellent, would highly recommendation - Lovely apartment. Modern, well equipped, great location and easy to walk into town and cathedral on doorstep
- Juliet (8/5): - Picked this as a stop over en route to Cornwall from Lake District. Location is amazing , right next to Cathedral and Erasmus Darwin museum, stones throw to town with pubs, restaurants. Apartment contains everything you need for a self catered stay if you want to stay in! Range hood needs a clean
- Jason (9/5): Nice place, well located and great value You will enjoy your stay here it’s small but nice - Clean, well stocked and homely. A nice place to stay. Ventilation in bathroom could be better
- Melanie (9/5): - Nice comfortable furnishings, had everything needed. Appreciated coffee, tea and milk, biscuits and wine. Great location for walking to all amenities. Alot of noise from the road and also from the fridge freezer, the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor through the shower screen.
- Duncan (8/5): Good - Clean Toilet flush was a bit dodgy, sometimes the water wouldn’t cut off properly

- Claire (10/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment was amazing! Brilliant location and the apartment was so lovely, beautifully decorated and well stocked with bits in the kitchen, free tea and coffee available and Dawn even left us a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing, everything was brilliant!
- Sean (7/5): Good flat ,well presented and five minute walk from town. - Good location well furnished and in great condition. It is right on the main road so you could hear speeding traffic after dark and during the night. (I am a light sleeper.)
- Matthew (9/5): Great little apartment definitely would recommend and stay again - Great facilities, location and size. Shower leaked, bed slightly too small.
- Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great little apartment for a stay in Lichfield, it's just about a 5 mins walk into the town and even closer to the magnificent cathedral. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you'd need for a self catering stay. The owner is great a communication and we had no problems parking at the apartment. There was nothing to dislike
- Sharali (9/5): Superb -

- David (10/5): Lovely trip to a really nice area - All the expected items as you'd find in a hotel and a lovely bottle of complementary wine to enjoy. TV was great, lovely clean facilities and marvellous for access to Lichfield town centre. Maybe a bit confusing at first to locate the building the flat is in but fine thereafter
- Gregory (6/5): Disappointing in some areas, but great location. - Location excellent for all that Lichfield had to offer.
Lounge/kitchen space bright, welcoming and comfortable.
Bottle of wine appreciated. Bathroom not of the standard for a holiday/short term let in my opinion, at all levels:
Decor/cleanliness.
Shower a problem, became worse by last day, which we reported. Printed note indicating how to turn shower off did not I feel show commitment to fix problem properly. WC flush we had intermittent problem with. We notified host straightaway and were notified that the problem would be looked at when flat empty.
The paper thin Tesco white bath towels not at all of standard for a holiday let.
- Stuart (8/5): Perfect apartment with everything you need, plenty of shops, walks and attractions close by. -
- Chris (8/5): Short stay in Lichfield - Close to the city centre. The apartment had everything you need for a good stay. Tea and coffee was a lovely suprise. Parking was a bonus. The apartment was a little chilly and I couldn’t find a thermostat to raise the temperature. Although the bed was comfortable, it was a little tricky to get in and out of as it was up against a wall on one side.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (7/5): Good - No obvious way to control the heating by a room thermostat.
Hot water only got lukewarm.
- Christopher (10/5): Lovely clean little flat. - Lovely clean flat and good location for the city centre and also for ease to site for work.
- Laura (10/5): Perfect - Lovely decor, comfortable. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing
- Siobhan (10/5): Lovely and homely - I loved how homely and welcoming it was the second we put our feet through the door.
Beautiful decor!
- Laura (10/5): Cosy, everything we needed was there. A perfect stay booking process was so wuick and efficient and Dawn was very helpfu - Felt like from home everything you could possibly need Was happy with everything
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay at this gorgeous ‘cosy apartment, great communication with the host, spotless clean, wonderful l - The property was absolutely perfect, spotless clean, welcome wine and biscuits- great location, short walk to the cathedral and into town. We loved it! Thank you. Nothing
- Craig (10/5): Perfect hideaway for seeing Lichfield - Spacious but cosy. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee plentiful. Everything has been thought of here. We loved the extra touch of the bottle of wine and complimentary biscuits. A short walk from the venue we were going to. The only thing that didn’t suit us was the bed was against a wall on one side and neither of us are agile enough to clamber over to get up in the night, so we used the sofa bed which was a tad uncomfortable for me with my dodgy back (my wife said the bed was comfy though). But thats just us.
- Ian (9/5): Great stay - Great location. Lovely little apartment. Owners very helpful
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely little apartment, ideal for our needs. Spotlessly clean, every amenity and in a great location for access to Lichfield centre. On site parking a bonus. Can't think of any suggested improvements - do read the instructions in the bathroom on using the shower; I didn't and needlessly called the owner!
