Avons logé dans une suite avec grand salon et balcons donnant sur la mer. Chambre bien aménagée, confortable et très propre. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

• Maria (9/5): Excellent - The staff and cleanliness were excellent. The room smells fresh even though it’s next to the sea. No musty smell which was a great positive surprise. Location is right at the center but still relevantly quiet aside from the occasional scooters passing by.

I'm a light sleeper and could hear every sound, like the person leaving for the early ferry at 6 am that slammed the door and dragged his suitcase. Staff seemed bored and not as hospitable as other places but overall it was good enough. Also had a beautiful view from balcony.

• ΜΑΡΙΑ (8/5): Το συνιστώ ως πρώτη επιλογή διαμονής στις Σπέτσες. - Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ καλό, καθαρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο των Σπετσών και το δωμάτιό μας είχε πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και μας εξυπηρέτησε σε όλες τις ανάγκες μας! Το συνιστώ ως πρώτη επιλογή διαμονής στις Σπέτσες. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό, αλλά δεν ήταν αυτό που είχαμε στο μυαλό μας (π.χ. το πρωινό ήταν στάνταρ και το σέρβιραν σε πιάτα χωρίς να υπάρχει μπουφές να επιλέξει κανείς τι θα φάει). Το δωμάτιο ήταν στενούλι.
• Λήδα (10/5): - Δίπλα στο λιμάνι που σε αφήνει το φεριμπότ. Πολύ καθαρό και παρότι ήμασταν στα πιο πίσω δωμάτια με πλαϊνό μπαλκόνι είχαμε πολύ ωραία θέα καθώς βλέπαμε θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό σε όλα τα πόστα. Οι μόνοι που είναι pet friendly! Ολα πολύ ικανοποιητικά, θα το επέλεγα ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο νησί.

• Catherine (9/5): - L’hôtel était très agréable en bord de mer, l’accueil charmant pour une jeune femme sympathique et efficace. La chambre située au premier étage avec une vue panoramique sur la mer, bénéficiait d’un balcon. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix était succulent, dans une grande salle toute vitrée et avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Sur l’environnement, il n’a rien à dire non plus puisqu’on est au bord de mer et au cœur du de la ville avec tous ses commerces et ses restaurants. Je recommande vivement cet établissement dont le prix est correct, qualité prix.

• Carrie (9/5): Lovely view and excellent location. - The view from the balcony was quite lovely and the location was really perfect. The check in process was easy and they had nice people working at the front desk. The special coffee drinks in the cafe on the main floor were really tasty. We walked all over town and it was easy from the hotel. I think the breakfast could be improved and offer more variety. Or they could offer a buffet so people could have smaller portions of what they like instead of a set plate.
• Nicholas (8/5): Comfortable with wonderful views and an excellent location - The hotel was right on the seafront with a wonderful over the village of Spetses and the mainland. It was an easy walk to the ferry terminal for arrival and departure and had multiple restaurants and bars nearby. They served us an excellent breakfast every day. If you want you can also order hot items for breakfast at an extra charge but the breakfast was substantial without any extras. The cafe downstairs also serves very good coffee and cakes/pastries as well as a range of light snacks and drinks. Although the main road goes right past the front of the hotel, the room was soundproof and we slept very well. The bathroom was a bit tiny and cramped

The staff was super helpful and friendly - we had an amazing stay, we will definitely book it again if we're ever back in Spetses. The breakfast was underwhelming - still good overall but the bread felt a bit dry, and the egg was very hard boiled which I personally don't apreciate. Nonetheless, taking the breakfast while looking over to the sea, made it all perfect
• GeSimsen (9/5): Vakre Spetses - Fin beliggenhet, men det er lov å kjøre scooter i gaten foran hotellet mot sjøsiden. Det hører du godt for å si det sånn. Rent og relativt nyoppuset, fint bad. Plasseringen av en litt bråkete aircondition rett over sengen. I tillegg lå det en lastebåt i havna når vi var der, den hadde motoren i gang hele døgnet. Le litt bråkete da.

Breakfast is fresh and well presented. There is plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops including the cafe at the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Clean room and bathroom.They have a policy to tide and clean the room (change towels etc) on customer’s request.Fair enough it works. Breakfast was ok for us.I would like to have a different type of cheese or at least two to choose from.Not important though The bed was a little soft for me.Also a kettle for an early or late night coffee would have been appreciated.

Wir hatten Frühstück inbegriffen gebucht, mussten aber Kaffe und Orangensaft bezahlen und wurden gar nicht informiert. Im Gegenteil, man war noch so unfreundlich als wir gefragt haben, warum uns niemand darüber informiert hat, was ekstra kostet. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort nicht. Die einzige die nett war, war Eleni beim check-in!

• Rebecca (8/5): small, unassuming hotel well placed for walking but next to noisy, exhaust producing motorcycles. - Easy walk from ferry to hotel -- well situated on main waterfront road. Small but fun balcony. Nice walk to lighthouse, and in other direction to good harbor restaurants and beyond. Close to small but interesting museums slightly uphill. Hotel balcony doors shut out major, incessant noise of motorcycles. Adequate room with small bathroom. No real lobby to hotel, just desk and a couple of chairs and small elevator, but not a deal breaker.
