- Claudia (8/5): Tolles, neues und sauberes Wohnen. Zentral gelegen, aber nicht laut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - Einfaches Check in. Freundlicher hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter bei Fragen. Zimmer sehr sauber und fast alles da, was man braucht. Ein zweiter Stuhl hätten wir uns gewünscht und evtl. 1-2 weitere Möglichkeiten(Haken) um Kleidung oder Taschen aufzuhängen. Und den Luxus eines Vergrößerungs Spiegels im Badezimmer wäre noch ein Vorschlag.

- Martina (9/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Stuttgart. - Zentral gelegen, Bahnhof gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosses Zimmer, mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Kann nichts Negatives sagen. Einzig wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Passwort fürs WLAN auch im Zimmer hinterlegt wäre.

The room was nice, spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. There was a small kitchen too (if I remember correctly). The property has underground parking available. You can control the main entrace, the door to the room and other doors in the property using your phone. It was pretty great, but if you don't have a smartphone, I'm not sure how you can get in. The check-out is done automatically. You just need to get out of the property, nothing else When I arrived (around 6 pm) there was no staff at the reception. All the communications took place via email. If you don't have a smartphone and internet access, I'm not sure how you can get in the property

- Marion (9/5): Gut wenn man beruflich eine Unterkunft für eine Woche braucht. - Check in war verlässlich, Parkplatz muss noch mal nachgefragt werden. Alles gut geregelt mit der App. Sauberes gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Wer kein Smartphone hat ist schon aufgeschmissen. Leider war das Zimmer zur Fussgängerzone nicht ruhig umd man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Hier sammeln sich Gruppen bis spät in der Nacht. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

- J. Falk (8/5): Sauber und super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis - Lage, Preis-Leistung, Sauberkeit Bin Wiederholungstäter, hatte dieses mal aber eher enges Zimmer, musste über Bett krabbeln um an Nachttisch zu kommen, Badtür auch nicht voll zu öffnen, weil Bett im Weg.

- Daniel (7/5): - Zimmer gut. Bad nicht so. Behindertengerechte Toilette und Dusche waren ein Abturner. Es roch auch etwas nach Seniorenheim im Gang und diesen Charme hatte auch das Bad. Zimmer war aber bis auf das Bad Top. Abfluss im Badwaschbecken ging auch nicht und musste durch mich selbst provisorisch repariert werden

- Samuel (10/5): - Die Lage war fantastisch. Ich bin mit dem Zug gereist und das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof. Der Zugang zum Zimmer hat mir extrem gefallen. Die Idee mit dem Code reingehen zu können und die Zimmerkarte 'selbst' erstellen zu können fand ich komfortabel und sehr einfach gestaltet. Ich freue mich, bald eine weitere Nacht in Ihrem Hotel zu verbringen.

- Nicole (8/5): Wer nur ein Bett und keinen Service braucht, ist hier richtig - Neuer Appartement-Komplex mitten in der Stadt. Das Konzept ist: so kontaktlos wie möglich. Türöffnung via App, hat dann leider (auch bei einem anderen Gast) nicht so gut funktioniert, aber im Eingangsbereich kann man sich ebenso eine Keycard am Automaten erstellen. Das Doppelzimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es sogar die Möglichkeit Kaffee zuzubereiten. Bequemes Bett, allerdings ungünstig im Raum platziert, so dass einer über den anderen drübersteigen musste. Gute Schallisolierung. Alles in allem preisgünstig und gut. Ein paar Neubaukrankheiten gepaart mit 0 Personal vor Ort: Speziell in unserem Zimmer befand sich ein See unter dem Waschbecken. Wir haben keine Ahnung wie die Pfütze binnen Stunden zustande kam. Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht justieren und wurde in der Nacht so laut, dass man dachte man sitzt neben einer Klospülung. Da muss die Haustechnik nochmal ran.

- Joachim (8/5): Zweiter Aufenthalt, wieder ok - Zentrale Lage 200 Meter vom Bahnhof Sauber Bequem Es fehlte der Leuchtkörper in der Schreibtischlampe Die verwinkelten Räumlichkeiten machen es unübersichtlich. Die komplette Digitalisierung macht es günstig aber auch anonym Dringend zu empfehlen für jeden Gast: Zugangskarte am Automaten im Eingang ziehen, um leichter durch vielen Türen zu kommen

- Patrik (8/5): Im Zentrum von Böblingen - Alles ist noch ganz neu. Kein Hinweis auf Parkmöglichkeiten bei der Buchung. Die Tiefgarage muss für 18€ pro Tag hinzugebucht werden. Der komplette Checkin wird vor Ort ohne Personal nur am Terminal erledigt. Das war für mich erst einmal ungewohnt.
