- Guillaume London (1/5): - Nothing Do not even try to book this HORRIBLE place. They mention that they have air conditioning BUT they contacted us 4h before our arrival saying that the A.C wasn't working. It was 32° in Osaka and we refused to stay in a place with no A.C We decided to cancel and book another hotel but because it was last minute they refused to refund us. Almost lost 300$ if Amex didn't block the payment!

Die Wohnung zu finden, zu schwache oder zu wenige Klimaanlagen, strenger Geruch von den Matten, sehr hell am Morgen durch fehlende Vorhänge und in der Nähe der Wohnung leben viele Obdachlose.

- Marissa (8/5): I loved the comfortable tatami rooms and the super soft bed. - The spacious tatami rooms and the small rock garden outside the bedroom were lovely. The bedroom even has a tokonoma, and the bathroom has a wooden stool and bucket for rinsing yourself before you soak in the bath which I really wish were commonplace in more modern accommodations. Overall this is a fantastic lodging at a fantastic price if you’re looking to stay in a Japanese style room while in Osaka. It’s also located close to a Lawson and the nearest subway station is not much further. It’s a little difficult to spot from the street but that’s mot a problem once you know where it is.
