The temperature outside was 28°C, but the pool was not operating due to the season, although it was full and clean.and it did not mentioner in booking that the pool is not operating. The balcony was so dirthy even after we ask to open the balcony. It was a pet friendly place but they charge us for pet

abdulrahman (9/5): موقع الفندق والمنطقه المحيطه به أنستنا جميع الصعوبات التي واجهتنا للوصول اليه - الفندق يقع في منطقة راقية جداً والفندق نظيف وكل شي متوفر والإطلالة رائعه والصور مطابقه للواقع وقريب من المطاعم والكافيهات وبالقرب منه مطعم اسماك لذيذ جداً وأسعاره مناسبه اللوكيشن في البوكينج غير صحيح لم نتمكن من الوصول للفندق إلا عن طريق قوقل ماب بعد كتابة الاسم ومدخل المواقف خلف الفندق بعيد جداً عن المدخل الرئيسي للفندق وبعد ذلك الصعود للفندق متعب جداً يحتاج إلى خريطه والإفطار محدود جداً جداً

After my surgery, I needed a comfortable and accessible place, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Moving around the hotel is easy and convenient. I was pleasantly upgraded to a premium room, which I truly appreciated. The room, view, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient, with many shops nearby. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sebnem Tanritani, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness and care. Special thanks to Ayu, Widi, Surya, and Ms. Sebnem Tanritani for their kindness and care — their support made my stay truly comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service. Saif Ali (1/5): Very bad stay it was my worst experience - The Area I asked them to switch on the AC and they said it is winter season and they cannot switch it on and they asked me to open the windows .. I slept one night with an opened window and the next morning I had mosquitoes bites.. I checked out but they didn’t refund the money for the other nights and they didn’t provide any help or at least apologize

Персонал невероятно приветливый и отзывчивый. В этот раз нас встречал на рецепшен Орук, он повысил нам категорию номера, мы очень благодарны ведь номер — просто восторг! Просторный,уютный с панорамным и завораживающим видом , безупречная чистота, удобная кровать и стильный интерьер. Комфортно, тихо и спокойно,как дома. Расположение идеальное всё рядом, и если вы путешевствуете на автомобиле есть охраняемая парковка. Спасибо всей команде за ваш профессионализм и за то, что делаете отдых гостей безупречным. Спасибо Мае за помощь,с трудностями перевода! Рекомендуем всем, кто ценит комфорт и уют!

Petar (1/5): It’s not worth the money. - Nothing. Very unprofessional staff, especially at the reception. There was no hot water, the rooms were dirty, and kitchen utensils were missing. Hygiene was at a very basic level. The windows had not been cleaned since the hotel first opened. I do not recommend this place at all. Everything was dirty and neglected. It looks nice only in the photos. In reality, it’s a disaster.

Hasan (8/5): اقامة جميلة - للمرة الثانية أقيم في هذا الفندق، مناسب جدا للعائلات والخدمات والمطاعم والمقاهي متوفرة حول الفندق ويتميز الفندق بقربه من وادي اسطنبول مول واستينيا بارك مول (5 دقائق بالسيارة) والموظفين ودودين ومحترمين وأخص بالذكر Oruc & Mert كما أن النظافة تحسنت بشكل أفضل عن المرة السابقة وتتم بشكل يومي والصيانة متوفرة طوال اليوم الاثاث جيد نوعا ما لكن على المدى الطويل يحتاج الى تجديد التكييف لا يعمل وتقبلت الموضوع لان اقامتي كانت في شهر نوفمبر والجو جميل لكن في الصيف لن يكون ذلك مقبولا للنزلاء
