- Anne (9/5): Comfortable convenient place to stay for doing day trips from. Lots of restaurants and good coffee nearby - Modern and comfortable. Nice welcome. Good location to walk to restaurants and the ferry for day trips. Couldn’t find it from the signage and the number on the building is really small to find the address. It’s not a hotel so it doesn’t look like one from the street.

Hätte mich über etwas herzhaftes und etwas Obst gefreut.
- Nan (7/5): Nice room, poor breakfast - Nice clean room. Staff friendly. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was at a bar 7 mins walk away and lukewarm coffee , 2 croissants and orange juice, very basic. Hotel was in a busy street and noisy at night. Pillows were lumpy.

- Elsa (10/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du port, pour toutes les excursions en bateau Ischia Proscida, c'est parfait. Il est non loin également du métro Universita ce qui est fort pratique. Les jeunes qui s'occupent du check-in sont adorables.
- Dharam (5/5): decent place close to port - Breakfast was outside the hotel.This is basically a service apartments. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way our recent check-in experience was handled. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours—an issue entirely beyond our control—which resulted in our arrival after 7 PM. Due to this, we were charged a $35 late check-in fee. Had we planned to arrive after 7 PM from the beginning, I would have understood the fee. However, the delay was caused by the airline, not us. Despite this clear explanation, the hotel showed no willingness to acknowledge the exceptional circumstances or extend any empathy. What’s even more frustrating is that we were having anoter stay within five days after our previous visit—making us repeat customers within the same week. Still, no consideration was shown for our loyalty. Additionally, the check-in process appears to be entirely self-service, using video instructions sent both before and after 7 PM. This raises the question: what exactly are we being charged for? There was no personalized service involved that would justify the extra fee. This rigid and unsympathetic attitude has left a very negative impression. I hope the management reconsiders how such situations are handled in the future—especially when dealing with returning guests impacted by factors outside their control.

- Zara (10/5): Lovely stay & convenient to ferry’s - I love the colour themed rooms and style it’s refreshing and fun! Everything was very clean and modern, the bathroom has some colourful light settings which is relaxing. It’s only a 8-10 min walk to the ferry’s which is why I chose this hotel The breakfast set up was a bit different as it was at a different location down the street, I walked by and it was quite dark and empty so I didn’t go in

She helped storing our luggage and cleaned our room perfectly. I hope the hotel can have more convenient breakfast options, but understand the space limitations.

- Robert (10/5): Simply Lovely - I stayed at Welmy for two nights, everything was perfect. It started already with the Check In, the receptionist was simply the best, a local that gave me very good recommendations based on my interests not just the standard, we had a few lovely chats together from the beginning threw out the stay. Antonio thank you very much for everything, you’re the best. The room itself as well as the whole Welmy is very good designed, it’s modern, clean and minimalistic just the way I like it, I stayed in the green room, cause well, I love green :D. The room was also very clean and well equipped with everything you need and more, the bed was very very very very comfortable :D. The location is also perfect in my opinion. The Breakfast is included and it’s served in a near by cafe, I didn’t had it, so cannot say anything about it. So don’t now what else to say, 10/10, it was just wonderful, I will definitely return. I think it’s more of a personal preference, for me there was nothing not to like, but of course there are some points to mention. The sound isolation in the room is bad, let’s be honest you can see the light coming threw the door, you hear everything happening on the corridor and everyone outside will hear what you do in the room, there is also some noise form the street but let’s be honest, Naples is a buzzing city that’s always loud. After all it’s nothing that disturbed me :) The other problem I had was, that there was literally no hot water, o showered like 4 times in two days at different times and the shower was always cold, like not ice cold but definitely not warm :D that’s also not a big deal for me, I’m sure if I had it mentioned to the stuff that had done something with it but I really didn’t wanted to bother, I think it’s an old building so it is what it is, and I like refreshing showers. So in the end for me there was really nothing to complain about

- Luke (10/5): Happy memories of a wonderful weekend away in Italy. - We Stayed for 4 nights mid November '24 and it was absolutely perfect - very clean, lovely trendy modern rooms, the bed mattress is super comfortable! Lorenzo on the front desk was fantastic and so kind, welcoming and very helpful with settling us in with our late check-in. Thank you. Thank you also to Nuncia in housekeeping who kept our room tidy for the stay, she did an immaculate job and we had fresh towels and toiletries on a daily basis. We really enjoy the location too and couldn't have been more impressed with Naples and the people - What a city !

- Eva (6/5): It looks MORE than what it is. - Location: very practical if you want to take a ferry for Capri/Ischia Very high rating because they ask you to rate them 10, and to not rate if you think it is worth less. Check-in: after 19h you have to pay 35€ but you are only inform on the day… Personal: we left in the morning at 10:00 no one was there. On top, they try to make you feel spécial but they are sending generic messages and you immediately realize it. Don’t over do it guys. Shower: no pressure and water not really warm Deco: looks modern but no charm, especialy if you have the grey room. (Room 106) Breakfast: Ok but not much. For example, you order another cappuccino at your cost you get a bigger cup…
- Laura (10/5): A wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Naples. Thank you - The property was in a good central location for exploring the city. We were well looked after by Antonio, Lorenzo and Nunzia who were all very kind and helpful. Nothing much to say, except that maybe the shower pressure could have been a little stronger.

- Bogdan (6/5): Definitely not a cording to rate on Booking - It was clean and comfortable, modern look and well maintained. They charge 35 or 50 Euros for the late check-in even if nobody is actually waiting for you. First time I pay something for late checkin. Actually there is no staff at the location. The area doesn't seem so safe. Breakfast is awful at some kind of coffee place nearby. Place is dirty, the staff pretend they don't understand english, they serve low quality sweets(croissant sfogliatelle), coffee is bad.
- Petri (5/5): 35 EUR charge for check in after 7 pm !!!! - Location is great. Breakfast in cafe - coffee, cornetto and juice. Staff tried to be nice although management made it quite difficult. Check-in is 4 hours from 15-19. If you arrive later you have to PAY 35 euros. I have never experienced anything like this. Staff was forced to stay an hour later, but they communited that they have to leave at 8 and we must be there before that. 2024 is unbeliveble that professional hotel/b&B hasn't come up a solution for late check-inn. The communication was also not very nice. The person working at location tried to make up for it but our evening was ruined by this. IF your plane is landing after 17.30 in Napels you should not reserve this location.

I’d booked another hotel in the city but after seeing it and the room, I left, found Welmy and checked in. So glad I did. A great stay.
- Claire (9/5): I would say if you are visiting Napoli this is a great place to stay - The breakfast was great The location was amazing and accessible The staff were 100% amazing - really nice and approachable and informative There was only 1 issue that occurred - the plugs in the room didn't work - however the staff responded immediately and they had an electrician on the phone within 15 mins - we found a solution and they started working again however later in the evening they went again. We were only there for one night but I know there was a plan for the electrician to come out and look at it in person after we left.

This is a personal but we did not like the black color all over the floor, too dark and sad in my opinion :-) when you travel, especially on vacation in Italy you're all about joyful colors not darkness:-) The surrounding buildings but, hey this is Napoli, it's ok:-)

Held our luggage until mid afternoon while we saw the sights and not just called us a cab but waited outside with us to make sure the driver knew where we were going and gave us a fair estimate of price. They even messaged me to make sure we arrived! Breakfast provided at the cafe was also excellent! Walking distance to lots of places to and things to see and the ferry terminal (where we arrived). Nothing. It was perfect!

- Jeanette (10/5): It is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Naples - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Welmy Napoli, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The room was very cozy and the location is also quite convenient, making it easy to explore the beautiful sights of Naples. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Lorenzo, one of the staff members, was especially kind and accommodating. He patiently waited for us when we encountered some unexpected delays that resulted in a late check-in. His understanding and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in our stay. I also want to highlight Nunzia, the housekeeper. She was an absolute delight! Not only was she very sweet, but she also took great care in cleaning our room. It was spotless, and I would gladly give her a 5-star rating for her hard work and attention to detail. Overall, my experience at Welmy Napoli was wonderful. From the cozy accommodations to the attentive staff, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return on my next visit to Naples and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Nothing to complain.

- Paige (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel room was modern and the staff were very kind and helpful. Cleaned daily and got fresh towels which was good! Firstly, I think it should be noted that there is some type of daycare or childcare center that is located in the same building as the accommodation meaning there were screaming children in the early mornings and afternoons, but if you're an early rises this wont be an issue. There was a strange smell that would come out of the drains that made the room smell really bad, the shutter was broken so we could not air the room out nor let in any natural light into the room. The pressure from the shower wasn't the greatest. The breakfast was a bit of a let down as it said we could get fruit and juice and when we got there we were only allowed one coffee and one pastry from the selected menu.

- Alexandra (9/5): Great design, great location. - Really appreciated the fresh design of the rooms,, they are spatious and the bathroom is also nice. The bed was big enough and comfortable. The location is very good. The guys at the reception were very pleasant, always smiling and willing to help with anything. My only criticism is that the soundproofing was not that good, I could hear all the noise from the hallway and the street.
