• Laura (9/5): A fun adventure, great practise for making a fire and had pretty much everything you’d need! - It was fun and challenging building the fire and keeping it going long enough to heat the tub, but once it was hot I could properly relax and it was very enjoyable! Location very close to the Peaks so ideal for our hiking trip. There were no car parking spaces by the apartment so I had to drive quite a bit further up to find somewhere to park and walk back.

• Bailey (2/5): Awful Dirty Accommodation for Rip Off Price. - The TV was of good quality with netflix The apartment was extremely dirty. We couldn't use the oven as it was so dirty. Dirty microwave, dirty cutlery and crockery. One used scourer provided. No tea towel provided. No oven gloves had we wanted to use the oven. No toaster. Ear plug on the floor next to the bed. Dirty cup in bathroom. Bed was very low with very thin springy mattress. Didn't use the hot tub as we didn't trust the cleanliness of it.

• Shillito (10/5): Perfection 👌 - Such a beautiful place!! We didn't want to leave, everything was spotless! Its worth way more than the price you pay for the stay! Great check in times - and when I needed help from the host during the stay, they responded immediately! 100000% staying here again - as many times as I can 😃

• Samanda (10/5): Amazing little apartment 😍 - Absolutely beautiful apartment, under floor heating was lovely 😍 clean and tidy, got everything you need. Hot tub was amazing! Takes some getting going but once fires been burning a while it’s lovely. Makes a change to the usual electric hot tubs. Customer service second to none! We couldn’t work out how to put all the outdoor lights on or how to work the hob and had a response from owner within minutes and both were sorted. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again! Nothing at all!

• Shaista (7/5): Pleasant - The apartment was modern and comfortable, and the host was easy to contact. I appreciated the info folder with Wi-Fi details. The cleanliness was disappointing — there was hair throughout the space and dead flies in the bedroom. A more thorough cleaning would really improve the experience.

• Lucy (10/5): Had a great stay, the apartment was even better in person. Great location only a few minutes walk to pubs and shops in S - Outdoor facilities were fantastic, we made great use of the hot tub and BBQ. Nothing we disliked.

• Christie (10/5): Relaxing stay - The woodfired hot tub was my favourite. After an exhausting 7 hour drive to Yorkshire and arriving after 10pm, unwinding in a hot tub by midnight was just what the Dr ordered. I was a little unsure if this would be manageable after reading a couple of reviews claiming it didn’t heat up but I had no issues at all so think maybe it’s a case of learn how to build and maintain a fire before you visit if you’re not used to open fires/log burners etc Will definitely be visiting again

• Chloe (1/5): Don’t bother coming to this place if you want to use the hot tub, it’s pointless and a waste of money - The property was in a good location The property says it comes with a hot tub, this hot tub was full of ice! So we was unable to heat the water up. If we would have known this we wouldn’t have paid the price we did.

• Leah (7/5): Was a lovely place to stay, just disappointed in the hot tub as this way the main reason for staying - Liked how big the apartment was, how it looked exactly like the pictures when booking More clear instructions on how to set the hot tub up. There was no firelighters, the host sorted this however we couldn’t get the hot tub fired up as the firelighters wouldn’t catch light to the wood. There was no hand soap, body wash, shampoo etc which we didn't get told we would need to bring .

• Kevin (7/5): Nice apartment - pay attention to small things not hot tub - Lovely modern apartment WiFi signal too weak, wouldn’t work (think it’s extension from owner’s WiFi) Under the bed was absolutely filthy, an inch of dust No soap, and would be great if some uht milk/coffee/teabags/washing powder was available - esp for 1 night stays - that’d be far more useful than a hottub that probably hardly anyone uses

• Sumru (10/5): I enjoyed my stay very much, - its proximity to the town was great and it was in a quite area, which made staying very comfortable It was hard to figure out how some of the appliances and doors worked. It would be great to have brief explanatory instructions especially for foreigners like me who are not familiar with European appliances, doors, etc.
• Christina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was immaculate. The owner met our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Not a major thing but I'd suggest that the hot tub was turned on before arrival ready for when we arrive.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Location is good for Slaithwaite centre, apartment was clean, bathroom was lovely, shower was great, very modern, minimalist, lovely apartment but could do with some softer features, throws and cushions The noise from the upstairs property, led to disturbed sleep on both our nights stay. The bed is very low and not very comfortable

The sofa bed was fabulous and we’d love to know where it was from as my little boy loved practicing his crawling on it! Only a short train journey to Manchester too. The only thing is we struggled with was trying to turn the heating off

Garden & hot tub were on point with the hot tub been a log burner, u can stay warm near it if ur out of tub aswel….. nothing to fault the place on! Shower was excellent…… Will definitely be coming back 👍🏼
• Anonymous (10/5): Amazing place to stay with everything you need. Shops on your doorstep and parking right outside. The shower was fantast - The property was immaculate, had everything you needed and the owner contacted us straight away with the details to get in. There was nothing we disliked.
