• María del Mar (3/5): Es muy caro para lo que ofrece, muy mal mantenimiento, lo único que lo salva es la ubicación y de eso se aprovechan. - La ubicación La limpieza, el ruido insoportable, no se pueden bajar todas las persianas, una de la duchas no funciona y la otra le falta parte de la mampara y la cafetera rota.

(9/5): Centro de Madrid - Se ubica prácticamente en el Km 0 de Madrid, la seguridad del apartamento es excepcional, con la precaución que siempre debes tener internet pues usa llave digital. Está cerca de todo para recorrer Madrid desde lo más común en el centro como de la red de transporte público. Rodeado de restoranes y los mejores y más tradicionales atractivos de la ciudad.

Apartamento a mejorar - La ubicación El suelo crujía hasta me corte con una madera que salía, el pulsador de wc roto, la bañera le faltaba el cristal que evita que se salga el agua, los grifos de la bañera medio salidas, las almhodas pésimas… hoy en día una almohada un poco decente es muy barato… en general un poco decepcionante

El apartamento es muy ruidoso ya que está en el centro Podrían dejar tapones para los oídos, es una solución barata (por que también podrían cambiar las ventanas pero eso ya es bastante más caro) y que agradecerían mucho los clientes para poder dormir. Además, en el salón que hay un sofá cama para dormir, una de las persianas estaba rota así que, si te molesta la luz, cuando amanece ya estás despierto. En cuanto a la atención, deja bastante que desear, la cafetera no funcionaba, enviamos un mensaje informando y nos dijeron que vendrían a arreglarla, nunca lo hicieron. Por último, con los cientos de miles de euros que facturará esta empresa, creo que costaría poco tener algún detalle como unas cápsulas de cafè, azucarillos, un poco de leche...y, por supuesto, una cafetera que funcione..
• Evangelos (4/5): Όμορφη τοποθεσία, παρ´ολα αυτά ανασφαλής διαμονή, λόγω κινδύνου έκρηξης. - Κατά τη γνώμη μου, το μεγαλύτερο προσόν του καταλύματος είναι η τοποθεσία του και η πανέμορφη θέα στο κέντρο της Μαδρίτης. Κατά την άφιξη μας, αντιληφθήκαμε ότι δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό. Μετά από επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους, ήρθε υπάλληλος τους και μας είπε ότι εάν ενεργοποιηθεί ο λέβητας του φυσικού αερίου θα υπάρξει διαρροή αερίου στην κουζίνα και κίνδυνος έκρηξης…!!. Την επόμενη μέρα, ήρθαν δύο υπάλληλοι του καταλύματος οι οποίοι μας είπαν ακριβώς το ίδιο πράγμα και μας υποσχέθηκαν να το επισκευάσουν την επόμενη μέρα, δηλαδή δύο μέρες χωρίς ζεστό νερό. Τελικά, μετά από επανειλημμένες πιέσεις μας, σε δύο ώρες ήρθε υπάλληλος της εταιρείας αερίου ο οποίος απομόνωσε την παροχή στην κουζίνα για να αποφευχθεί η έκρηξη και άνοιξε την παροχή ζεστού νερού. Επιπλέον, από το κατάλυμα απουσίαζαν κρεμοσάπουνα, τα οποία δεν έφτασαν ποτέ παρά τις υποσχέσεις των υπαλλήλων, και παραπάνω σεντόνια ενώ οι πετσέτες ήταν βρώμικες.

• aline (3/5): Trop bruyant, chers pour cette appartement très mal isolé et mal entretenu - L emplacement de l appartement. La grandeur de l Appartement Il fessait beaucoup trop chaud, on a du allumer la Clim dans la chambre. Appartement non insonorisé, très très bruyant impossible de dormir toute la nuit. Appartement fait pour des jeunes et non pour une famille. Les salles de bains minuscules, cabines de douches très très petites et les draps étaient pas très propres (taches de sang sur les draps dans une chambre et l autre chambre des cheveux sur les draps).

• Maria (7/5): Greta views and location, but needs a good cleaning. - The location and views are great! The place was not as clean as I like. There were visible crumbs and dust balls. Plus we saw and killed several little spiders. Also, one of the bathrooms is supper small and again, not so clean.
• Lucía (3/5): Impossible to sleep - Location The floor in the apartment is terrible, breaking in several places, the windows doesn't aisle any single sound from the street, it is impossible to sleep. The apartment has many details that need to be fixed and it was not really clean.
• massimo (1/5): Di impressionante solo la sporcizia e la presenza di trappole per topi - La sua posizione centrale , strategica per visitare il centro e i suoi punti di interesse La scarsa pulizia, trovati peli e capelli sulle lenzuola e per terra, tende sporche e soprattutto la presenza di 4 trappole per topi! Cosa inammissibile . Non siamo stati per niente avvisati dalla struttura e ce ne siamo accorti sin dal primo giorno, siamo stati costretti a restare con la paura di incontrare topi nell'appartamento, abbiamo subito avvisato l'assistenza di booking e nessuno ci ha risposto se non il giorno della nostra partenza. Inqualificabile. Soggiorno avuto dal 18 al 22 settembre ..ad oggi (9 ottobre) la struttura rifiuta qualsiasi forma di rimborso e booking , dopo aver avuto foto a supporto di quanto riscontrato deve ancora dirci una risposta. Inqualificabile comportamento da parte di entrambe le società
• Salamon (7/5): - The apartament is right in the centre, bright, spacious and easy to reach main visiting points. Easy access from the street. Host was nice letting us to drop our luggage earlier and we could enjoy a walk before the time of check-in. I think the host should mention in their add about this apartament being surrounded by night clubs/bars which makes it impossible to sleep during night. Its far too noisy and if you are not a night party person, than this is not the right spot to stay. Constant loud noise, shouting, music, etc from 9pm till 7am in the morning every day of the week,..never stops, these bars and night clubs are open every evening. A nightmare to get some sleep in the night after a long day out visiting the city. We had to reduce our day trips, just to be able to get few hours sleep in the morning or afternoon, as during the night we couldn't, even though we shut all the windows and had all shuters down. During the day is noisy because of the traffic in the area. If you plan to visit Madrid and enjoy the city walks and tours, find a spot quieter for the night. Cleaning could be better and probably a bit of upgrade on the floors could give a better feeling while walking in the apartament. Some of the wood slabs are moving. Pillows could be replaced as some of them are ready for the bin.

• Rendon Peyret (7/5): No hay calidad-precio - Sin duda tiene unas vistas hermosas y la ubicación es buena sin embargo es lo único que podría sobresalir Por mencionar e importante se considere si estas viendo este piso, Calidad precio no lo tiene porque: Empezando que NO se puede descansar yo me he quedado de Lunes a miércoles y hay muchísimo ruido como si los tuvieras a lado apesar de estar en el quinto piso, ventanas completamente cerradas no hay manera no se descansa Las almohadas pésima calidad Estaba " limpio" pero encontramos la cocina un poco llena de salsa roja en los bordes, cabellos en la bañera del cuatro principal El piso suena por cada movimiento El cuarto de baño del cuarto principal es imposible bañarse no tiene cancel y se termina si o si mojando todo afuera. Había leído comentarios anteriores y pensé podríamos dar oportunidad pero sin duda hace falta reformar y sobre todo poner ventanas insonoras. Si vas plan amigos que no te importa porque saldrás de fiesta y apenas vas a dormir pues podría ser, si vas en plan familiar como era mi caso imposible descansar, bañarse de manera cómoda y dormir. Pienso que el precio lo pagas por la ubicación y por la vista, nada mas
• Agathe (1/5): Logement dangereux, insalubre et service client inexistant, un scandale absolu - rien Ce logement est une honte et un danger public. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un appartement sale (cheveux, cafards…), mais le pire restait à venir : la porte d’entrée ne fermait pas. Oui, impossible de verrouiller le logement. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l’agence et Booking, mais malgré des heures d’appels et de fausses promesses, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée (des agents venaient soient disant réparer la porte mais au final rien a été fait) Résultat : nous avons été contraints de passer tout notre séjour dans un logement totalement ouvert et non sécurisé, avec l’angoisse permanente que n’importe qui puisse entrer. Le drame : en utilisant la salle de bain, la porte vitrée a explosé sur mon compagnon. Direction les urgences, plusieurs points de suture, et un séjour gâché, dans un état de stress et de peur constant. Ce logement est insalubre, dangereux et indigne, et le manque total de réaction de l’agence comme de Booking est tout simplement scandaleux. Un avertissement clair : fuyez ce logement et Booking devrait immédiatement le retirer de sa plateforme pour éviter qu’un autre voyageur vive ce cauchemar.
• William (3/5): - Quero deixar registrado aqui a minha insatisfação e indignação, que também podem ser classificadas como frustração, e vou explicar o motivo. Reservamos um dia de hospedagem no apartamento e, após sairmos no período da tarde, havíamos programado retornar para acompanhar o pôr do sol da sacada, que possui uma bela vista. Esse momento foi, inclusive, o principal motivo da escolha dessa hospedagem. Para nossa surpresa, ao retornarmos ao prédio, as chaves digitais disponibilizadas pelo aplicativo da administradora simplesmente não funcionaram. A partir daí começou uma incansável tentativa de acessar o prédio e, posteriormente, o apartamento. Depois de falarmos com seis atendentes, apenas quase duas horas depois conseguimos entrar. Nesse intervalo, já havia anoitecido e perdemos o pôr do sol justamente o ponto principal da experiência que buscávamos. Além disso, passamos por enorme constrangimento: ficamos parados na porta do prédio, com sacolas, enquanto dezenas de pessoas passavam e olhavam. Para piorar, estávamos com uma criança de três anos, que queria usar o banheiro e reclamava de fome, sem que pudéssemos sequer entrar no local. Mesmo após explicar toda a situação para a administradora e solicitar uma reparação, não houve qualquer esforço em resolver ou amenizar o problema. Pelo contrário: após relatar os fatos no WhatsApp, sequer obtive resposta sobre a possibilidade de reparação por esse dano material e emocional. Entendo que erros podem acontecer, mas o que vivenciamos não foi apenas um erro pontual: a forma fria e negligente como lidaram com o ocorrido revela que situações como essa parecem ser comuns para a gestão do imóvel. Deixo registrado, portanto, a péssima qualidade de gestão desse apartamento e aconselho futuros hóspedes a não optarem por essa estadia.

• Jai (7/5): Great location, but if a few shortcomings are taken care of, then it could be worth the money - The location is great. About 2 mins walk to Sol and 5 mins walk to Gran via. The apartment is large, rooms are very large but few improvements are needed badly. Tech is nice. There are large TV screens in all rooms which are appreciable. The Wifi was nice. Amazinn places responses were prompt and appreciable, but on ground realities need to be taken care of. The check-in experience was not ideal. It would be very helpful if clear photos of both entry doors were shared along with the digital link in advance, along with the exact apartment number (Apt 5) displayed above the apartment door. For first-time visitors—especially those who don't speak Spanish—it can be confusing, as the main street door is only marked with the number "1" and offers no other indication of the apartment location. The building itself is quite dated, with an old elevator that requires manually operating the outer door. The stairwell areas are narrow and cramped. However, the apartment interiors have been nicely renovated, though several functional shortcomings remain. The wooden floors have visible cracks, which could be uncomfortable if walking barefoot. Despite the large, well-designed rooms, functionality, and practicality need improvement. For instance, with so much space available, the addition of luggage racks would make it easier to open suitcases without hassle. Most of the furniture is glass or mirrored, making it awkward to place bags or other items on surfaces without worry. A small mirror is provided, but no shelf or tray nearby for basic toiletries while getting ready. The hanger rod in the main bedroom almirah is broken and should be fixed immediately The kitchen is in serious need of a deep clean—it smelled strongly of grease, which could easily be resolved with thorough cleaning every few months. While the host thoughtfully provided welcome cookies and basic dishwashing supplies, offering a couple of bottles of water would have been appreciated. Notably, there is no dishwasher or vacuum cleaner. Small essentials, such as a pair of kitchen scissors, were also missing. The bathrooms are very tight, and the wash basin in the main bedroom requires deep cleaning.
• Crawford (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location. Very spacious luxury feel. The web site photos do not do it justice. Entry instructions need to be clearly, OBVIOUSLY written. Step 1, PRESS THE FLOOR NUMBER, step 2,...etc. Friday night revellers' noise from the street went on to 6 am... city centre life, to be expected! The gas cooker does not self start, a lighter is needed, we left one there for the next guys.

• David (9/5): Overall a great spot but too noisy during sleep time. - The location was great. Everything was very clean and lots of room. TV in each room was great. Response to door unlocking issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Second bathroom shower is way too small. Same for miniature sink in second bathroom. Noise level from party crowds in the streets in the middle of the night (3am to 6am) was way too loud and crazy. This was a Sunday and Monday night and we were not able to sleep at all. The front door did not open using the app. Had to call and have someone let us into the building. (The app worked on the apt door fine.). Thanks, David Flores
