• Russell (8/5): Nice place to stay, very new and up to date. Woud recommend for small family short stay. - Nice new build apartments, very clean and enough space for a small family. Kitchen good for meals and laundry cupboard was useful. Outside space is small, but its good enough for getting the washing dry. Location is ok, not really close to much so you need a car. But nothing to complain about, happy with the stay and service.

We really appreciated checking in a few minutes earlier so we could quickly change to attend a 2pm graduation nearby (we had arranged previously and host was obliging). Nothing- Really enjoyed it. A king bed would have made it perfect! .

• Linda (9/5): Great Dubbo accommodation - Great location, central to tow. The apartment was quite new and spacious with comfortable beds, along with ducted air con to keep you cool or warm. Lovely complimentary items, a variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate with biscuits and chocolate. Great outdoor courtyard area also. Highly recommend this stay.

Bigger bathroom than I have at home and great water pressure. Ducted air conditioning works a treat. Highly recommend. There’s nothing not to like about it.

Extra touches could assist including clothes pegs to hang washing, extra cutlery and plates. There is a set of four but an extra couple would assist. Details about where the rubbish bins are would help us in cleaning up as well.

The gardens need some love but I think the apartments are fairly new so I'm sure this will improve.

• Karrin (8/5): Suprisingly above expectations! Quiet, accessible to everything , comfortable , private and relaxing - I arrived feeling unsure about the place. The reception is in an older-style house, and you can’t see the property from the street, so it was a bit confusing at first. After checking in, I went to meet my family and didn’t look at the apartment straight away. No one I spoke to locally seemed to know the property either, which didn’t help my confidence. Once we were shown where to go, the apartment was actually very easy to find. When we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet, cool, and the aircon had already been turned on for us. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and had good-sized rooms with great amenities. The TV and WiFi were simple to use. The private courtyard felt secure and made the property ideal for families. I’ll definitely be returning. The fridge and laundry could have been cleaner. There also weren’t enough hooks to hang toiletries or clothes, and the wardrobes had space but no rails for hanging. There was still plenty of storage overall, but those small details would make the stay even better.

It was very quiet as apartments are located back from the main street. The addition of a coffee machine would elevate the accomodation as there is really no where in walking distance to grab a coffee.

• Ainsley (10/5): Modern and well appointed apartments, very clean and comfortable, and in a convenient location - Met by Ben, who was a terrific host. The apartment was modern, very well appointed, had all the facilities we needed after a weeks camping, and was very quiet. It is close to town, and parking was ample and safe off street. It had a nice little private courtyard, which was great to dry off clothes after washing when I didn't want to use the dryer. We had some lovely Blue-faced Honeyeaters visit us in the courtyard. This isn't a criticism, but don't be put off by the street view, as it is a semi-industrial area as you drive into the city. The apartments are out the back in a private space and we felt very secure.

Big No to cleanliness.Bedsheets in the bedrooms were so.dusty not washed at all..Lucky we got our sheets otherwise won't be able to.sleep..Floor was not vacuumed..Rooms and shelves nothing have been dusted. Anything you touch filled with dust.. Backyard filled with cobwebs..It's a shame the house itself looks pretty new but not cleaned at all. If you could change the sheets and wash them after every stay and bath towels as well .The place would be first choice for many.

For instance, refrigerator shelves had not been wiped down and there was visible dust and fluff on the floor under furniture and in corners.
