We were provided with detailed tips for hiking in the vicinity, including which skilifts and restaurants were open, and the approximate length of each hike. We really enjoyed our stay. The shops (including supermarkts) and restaurants in the village itself where quite expensive compared to those down the mountain and weren't open for a most of the stay (which is to be expected, especially outside the skiing season, but something to take into account).

- Zsuzsanna (10/5): Overall it was a great stay, dog friendly place, comfy and well equipped apartment - Dog friendly (he even got 2 bowls), great location, nice place, comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Fridge has freezer too. Checkin can be contactless. Parking is a bit crowded, not enough space in front of the house.

- Petra (10/5): Perfect for short and long stays! - Beautiful apartment fully equipped even for long stays. Nicely located with amazing out of bed views. We came with a dog and we did nit need to pay extra for her, so this was a lovely gesture. Owner Valerie is very kind and helpfull. This will be my choice again when returning to Obertauern. Nothing to say here.

- Josephine (10/5): Rundum perfekt 😍 - Die Unterkunft hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Alles super sauber, super Ausstattung und eine ganz freundliche Familie die das Hotel betreibt. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich immer sofort gekümmert wenn man eine Frage hatte. Die Wohnung war für ein Kleinkind perfekt zusätzlich ausgestattet wurden. Alles war sehr sauber und der Blick auf die Berge aus jedem Fenster einfach ein Traum. Man konnte aus dem Bett raus oder beim gemeinsamen Essen am Tisch, die Kühe auf den Bergen sehen. Durch die gute Lage konnten wir viel umliegendes anschauen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!!

- Josef (10/5): - Die moderne und witzig geschnittene Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Urlauberherz zu begehren vermag, z.B. die Küchenzeile. Auch das Bad mit WC und das Solo-WC , die Betten ließen keine Wünsche offen. Alles war tip-top sauber. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauna mit Liegeraum/Duschzone im Keller stand uns jeden Abend kostenlos zur Entspannung von den Bergtouren zur Verfügung. Von der Wohnung aus konnte man einige der umliegenden Berge sehen, z.B. die Seekarspitze, und mit dem MTB die Seekaralm und die Hochalm erreichen. Wir werden irgendwann mal wiederkommen. Haus Fasswald ist also uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

- Oded (10/5): Amazing vacation, highly recommended - The apartment was absolutely amazing! Super super clean, very spacious and extremely comfortable, equipped with everything that you could possibly think of, with unbelievable view of the mountains from our apartment windows and balconies. The village itself looks like a ski resort and was very quiet during our stay, in the end of July. We enjoyed it. The view around the village is spectacular. Valerie, the host, is the most nicest and kind person and she helped us with absolutely everything we needed and more. She also gave us excellent tips for traveling the village area. We had a great week staying there with our two young children! Very Highly recommended and definitely one of the best places we ever booked through Booking.com

- Nicole (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit schlechtem WLAN - Die Wohnung ist recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Man kann von dort viele Wanderungen starten und sie sind sehr hundefreundlich. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht. Die Uploadgeschwindigkeit hat nur einen 1 MBit.
