• Gerardine (10/5): Delightful. Five Star. - Everything… Access, location, spotlessness, freshness, brightness, comfort, decor, quietness. Silvia, our contact for the apartment, so friendly and easy to deal with. She always responded immediately to any queries, and offered good advices when sought. Our studio had a spacious feel, with a very well equipped kitchen containing hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The living space had a very comfortable sofa. The comfortable king size bed is ideally situated by the patio door and when open you can hear the beautiful bird song from the canaries on the roof terrace opposite the apartment. We were treated to a dawn chorus every day! The balcony overlooks the street with Plaza Naranjos which is only a few metres away within view. There was absolutely nothing not to like about the apartment and it met all our requirements in comfort, quietness and location which was central to everything in The Old Town and yet only a four minute walk from the coastline. All was extremely good. Faultless.

• Shane (10/5): Best accommodation, best location and Silvia was the perfect host. - It was very well appointed and decorated in such a way that it was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. Everything in the apartment was new and the place was sparkling clean , comfortable bed, great bathroom, I wouldn’t change a thing. The location was superb in the old town, 1 min walk to Orange Square and central to great restaurants and shops. The beach is an easy 10 min walk away , again plenty of restaurants along the beachfront. Absolutely nothing to complain about

W zamrażarce był lód :) Apartament na żywo wygląda równie wyśmienicie jak na zdjęciach! Na pewno będziemy polecać! Wąskie schody. Ciężko wejść z większą walizką. Ale warto! ;)

Het enige wat verbeterd zou kunnen worden is een koffiemachine ipv oploskoffie m.b.v. een waterkoker. Hoeft geen luxe koffiemachine te zijn, een Mokka Express zou al volstaan.

• Aferdita (10/5): Mitten in der süssen Altstadt, bequeme, saubere und grosszügige Wohnung! - Die Wohnung ist ein Träumchen! Würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Altstadt ist der süsseste Teil von Marbella wie ich finde, da zu wohnen ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin. Überall gibt es Restaurants, Cafes und Shops. Innert 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist man am Strand. Es war bequem, sauber und ich habe absolut nichts auszusetzen. Es gibt keinen Lift - was man bedenken sollte. Aber ich hatte auch einen sehr schweren Koffer und die nette Putzfrau half mir am Abreisetag ihn runter zu tragen. Einfach perfekt! Nichts :-)

Esta exactamente al lado del ayuntamiento, tienes a menos de 200 metros la playa, te queda cerca de absolutamente todo. Volveria a ir en mis proximas vacaciones o estadia en marbella. 100% recomendable. El unico punto a mejorar, seria la cama, no es cama duplex sino 2 camas unidas. Pero fuera de eso todo excelente.

The host (Silvia) provided us plenty of information about how to: find the location, check-in/out and what to do in Marbella. This place is a jewel: so cleeean, with everything you can need. The bed was so comfortable, we really enjoyed resting. We worried a bit about the outside noise, but I think that the windows are a bit soundproof, that was cool as well. On the balconies you can have your own symphony before midnight, when the shops are closing and the people are still walking and talking, it's great to watch. P.S. They even left us beach towels, we appreciated so much.

AC unit turn off in the middle of the night, so you need to get up, go to the main door to press main switch, if you want to turn AC on again, it is not practical...
