• Ilias (10/5): - Μείναμε τρία άτομα και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα, και η τιμή του πραγματικά πολύ καλή για αυτά που προσφέρει. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

• ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ (10/5): - Άψογη καθαριότητα, πολλές παροχές και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Οι μικρές έξτρα λεπτομέρειες μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!
• Lefteris (8/5): Our stay was comfortable, with a great location and a clean room, though a little too noisy. - Great location near the center of Ioannina and all the main attractions. The room was very clean, with clear instructions for everything. Communication with the owner was excellent. The double bed was very comfortable, and the TVs had Netflix and other apps. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The room had poor noise insulation, and at night we could hear the upstairs guests quite clearly. There was a musty smell in the room, though it did not seem related to cleanliness and we couldn’t identify the exact source. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were aged, with cracks or marks. One of the beds was actually a couch and not as comfortable as the double bed.

• MARIA PILAR (9/5): Cozy apartment close to everything - Spacious and comfortable apartment. It's close to everything but really quiet. With everything you may need for a short stay, including tea, nescafe, coffee pods, sugar... and even a novel by Steven Millhauser. We could leave our luggage after check-out time free of charge. We didn't meet the host, but the communication was extremely fluent. Nothing.

• ΙΟΑΝΝΙS (10/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό και περιποιημένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η Αλεξάνδρα ήταν απίστευτα ευγενική, καλοσυνάτη και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία — το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! 🌟

• Rebecca (10/5): Well-named apartment! - Don't be put off by the other decrepit buildings on the street! The building that houses the apartment, and then the interior courtyard and the apartment itself are perfect. It's a 10-minute walk from the bus station, and it's perfectly located to the center of town, about a 5-minute walk, but it's extremely quiet at night and great for sleeping. The interior is spacious and lovely. There is a patio with a table and chairs in front of the unit so you can be outside. Coffee, toasts with jam, and bottled water (although the tap water is perfectly good!) are provided as well. Toiletries are provided. Blackout curtains so that you can sleep well. A ceiling fan in the bedroom! (I've never encountered one in the Balkans) So nice for sleeping! But the most delightful and surprising thing was the bed! A tempurpedic (latex foam) mattress!! And the pillows were of the same material! This was the best bed I have found in all of the Balkans! My joints really appreciated this bed!! When I return to Ioannina, I will most definitely stay here again. The first step of the five steps that approach the unit is way too high! It's especially bad with a heavy bag. The bed only has a duvet: a separate sheet would be much appreciated as the duvet is too warm. The sofa is a bit low and not very comfortable

• Ισμήνη (10/5): Exceptional - The bed was really big and comfy, and the pillows were amazing. It had a TV with Netflix in both rooms and a capsule coffee machine. The best part was the windows, the apartment was quite picturesque, and the windows, while being aluminum or pvc had a faux wood color and appearance, which completed the picture. Very comfortable, within walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions and restaurants/bars within the city center and near the lake. Last but not least, the decorations was very well done!
• Sivan (8/5): great value for money, 4 people had a very nice time. - Offers anything you'll need for a short stay in town. nice balcony, the ability to cook and eat in is very good. Supermarket and nice cafe's are within walking distance, washer and dryer in the bathroom is a great bonus. we would appreciate a full-body mirror and some hangers and knobs to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom and living room, bedroom. But we did ok without it.

The owner was very helpful and very communicative. I arrived early to the location. the cleaner let me leave my bags in the apartment. She was so lovely and very helpful. • Sabina (10/5): Great value - This apartment is really such good value for money. It provides a very good base from which one may explore the immediate area or venture further out. We were able to park very close to the accommodation for just €3.00 p/day and found that to be so convenient. The apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings, although had we wanted to go out we would have been spoiled for choice. The street itself is truly fascinating - quaint shops sit side by side with what appear to be abandoned houses and the street art tells its own story. The area, which is thankfully not gentrified, offers a real authentic and vibrant experience. Alexandra, our host, was ever so prompt in replying to our queries and check-in/out were flawless. We loved the small details such as the key rings souvenirs and personal hygiene travel kits. Cool rooms and comfortable beds ensured we rested well during our stay.
